The seals content will be blown out of the seal,and fly through the air,, slightly faster than a average thrown object, the seal disapears after the object/s emerged from it. If one stands near the the seal he might notice the strong wind being emitted from the seal.
It is possible to set a condition on a seal as well, without releasing it at once (example: comming in contact with liquid; activation after 5 second; etc..).

The seal will remain there until coming in contact with something, then the seal will glow violet and stop the movement of whatever it is in contact with. It vanishes after 1 post, its effect is then neglected. If the object/ person which is under the seals effect is moved away from the seal the effect will be neglected, too.
Or, if it is a person which is sealed he can break free either changing his chakra flow or brute force. If the person has a specification in Fuuinjutsu he will only need to use 70%, if he doesn't 150% of the original ( for the jutsu) paid chakra.

Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. The user has his hands on the ground and starts rotating and using momentum to spin his legs in the air (on chest height most of the time), when performing the technique perfectly his legs look like a rotating windmill, while performing this move he moves in a circle, but not slowly. While doing this move he can change the way his arms are placed on the ground to change his attacking height, too he can get down on his elbows to change the directions he may move to and to increase the rotating speed dramatic for a split second.
But before starting the rotating the user partial releases seals on his legs, tummy and back to protect from strikes and to attack. This technique can only be used with katana blades, because the blades are not used to cut of limbs, but cause cuts who can go deep into the flesh, any other blade would make the user loose all his momentum at once.
This technique can be continued until the user looses his momentum, too the user can connect this technique with "Kuusatsu", "Bouseki Tsurugi", "Daichi Kazaguruma" or "Harinezumi Rinten" which will make the jutsus Cp cost drop by 2 points..
