If there are any applications or topics that have gone more than two days

Been 2 weeks since it was claimed, PM'ed Owl twice about it, checked the departure thread to see if he had left. No response and no notice. Anyone know if he just forget that he had two evaluations or did he drop off the site and not ask someone to cover for hm?

I added a Curse Mark Seal Jutsu with a ton of requirements that are based off of Cannon. And to keep my Clan from going void. Since in cannon it was Jugo's clan Enzyme that made it possible.

I'm willing to make restrictions for the clan, as well as tone it down or what not. Can a Mod give it a look over please? Oh and if there is something wrong, can I know what so I can change it, so it's not OP?

All I need to know is if I properly explained the two Jutsu so I can know if I can keep them or change them and add in 3 jutsu [since I got rid of Cloak and have yet to replace it]. I know that the puppets are awaiting someone else to look them over.

Oh and is the Jugo Clan out yet? If not them I'm all good other than a look at my Jutsu logic for a decision and my puppets. Thanks for y'alls time.
