Something that should have been fixed long ago: The Kai technique's chakra cost has been fixed to make it more suitable.

[b]Description:[/b] By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them.
[b]Chakra Cost:[/b] Equivalent to the cost of the opposing jutsu +2

Any applications that haven't been approved yet should make sure they make the edit to ensure they don't get approved with the incorrect version. Any approved applications will have the technique altered hopefully within the week. During that time if anybody is in a battle make sure they use this version. Please and thank you.
