Daize, MesciTHE INFO. Name:Mesci Daize Nickname: Messy Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: Mesci, or Messy, as he's often referred to, is a young, lightly tanned boy with hazel eyes. He got the name Messy from his hair, which when long is normally a wild mess atop his head. He has dark brownish, black hair that matches his small eyebrows and lashes. He is a short and lanky individual with long appendages lacking any significant amount of muscle or the motivation to keep him upright, leaving him at a slouch while standing in most situations. He has a large tattoo of a rose on the right side of his neck which is one of the most noticeable things about him. He normally has most of his arms bandaged up as a method of carrying it without needing a larger bag. He wears a single silver amulet around his neck which has a crescent moon on it, but no make up.
As for his wear, he is of the lower end of the class ladder making his clothing for the most part the poorer and less quality of clothes. Most of his clothes have been worn by someone else before him, and passed down and then modified by him. A lot of canvas and cheap cloth materials are used in his clothing and when he has color, patterns or graphics he normally flashes them off and when they are worn, attaches them to his secondhand clothing. His wardrobe is not the largest nor most elegant but most are impressed by his handiwork. His shoes are normally made of thin leather with little sole, but enough to properly protect him from things like pebbles and such, in the more harsh conditions he commonly wears thin leather boots. Personality: Being sixteen, his attitude has been known to fluxuate randomly and often rapidly in ways anyone could obviously tell was puberty. He's still a kid so he act's like he has something to prove, and likes to talk a lot of crap. He is adventurous is any and all situations, socially, combatively and just being out in the world, he will not hesitate to try something new if it will get him out of the sticky situations he so often places himself into, however if it is something he knows how to do he will more often then not go for the sure-fire method he knows. Being sixteen he has not had to experience a lot of more challenging life situations as older individuals, he has dealt with death, birth and losing people though. He hasn't been in many fights as a kid or really as a ninja either so for the most part he is inexperienced in combat, however through extensive training he understands his body more then the average joe and allows him to utilize that part of him better. He understands his strengths and weaknesses, when he needs to get out of a situation, he does. When feels he is in a solid position, he will crack jokes, and poke fun and get into shit. More then anything he loves to mess with people, to set people off balance he will do just about anything to get a good laugh. Though rarely the performer of such things, he uses a sharp tongue to cleverly trick other's into doing his wrongs for him in most cases.
He likes to sheep people into submission with him, unless he actually values their opinion as a person. If not, he will make people his little followers and they will become part of his "crowd" you could say. While he does this on one hand, being a sixteen year old, he is also constantly attempting to move into new crowds. For most of his life he has not had many people he would consider equals in fact very few he would respect at all. His lack of friends will most likely cause him to become more lonely mentally, and probably later become a mental illness in his life, if he doesn't learn to cope obviously. He enjoys anything rhythmic musically and anything visual easily gets his attention. Being an outgoing and experimental individual does however have draw backs, most adult's have come to know his name, its nearly a household name in Kumogakure and often parents tell their children to stay away from him. This seriously inflicts his abilities to operate inside Kumogakure because of his bad behavior in the past. While he has become more rational through the ninja-academy, he has also become more daring in his escapades when he performs them, and is one to avoid detection at all times. When doing anything that could get him into SERIOUS trouble, this is a term used lightly by him however, he normally plans carefully out and proceeds with caution.
Everyone who has been caught knows the penalties of being caught, so he does his best to not get caught and for the most part has kept his name from the dirt lately. However his past he was known to get into a lot of fights standing up for people, and being not one of the largest kids on the block often got his ass beat. He is also known as the resident prankster and most keep a wary on him when he's anywhere where he thinks he has an audience. While he may get into trouble often, most of his trouble is fun, and rarely does anyone get hurt even adults laugh at some of his more intricate schemes. Has become addicted to nicotine, and whenever he is without nicotine for 3 days (IRP) or more, he suffers major withdrawal.

Messy's style is more of a hit and run til they are disabled or distracted type of fight in most cases. You see he lacks the physical strength to match most on-end taijutsu users in hand to hand combat, and his fuuinjutsu is still in the early stages of his life, he does not have many real strategies. Most of his fights are thought out escape plans, with a couple punches thrown in for good measure. He also practices a form of open-hand slap fighting known as savate, and this is how he fights most people close up. Special Characteristics:
Name: Savatian Fighting : Enhanced Visual Perception Rank: D Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Cannot be blind/deaf, must have taijutsu spec's. Training Requirements: 600 Word post Description: Through tough physical training, mostly through extreme dexterity, the character has become attuned with their body mentally and physically, understanding the exact length of their arm and legs to perfectly execute parries and blocks. While it does not give the character any boost to their reflexes, it simply hones them to the best of their abilities (No chakra involved in this SC). Because of the character's training in this however, he is prone to re-act without thought, which can be beneficial, or deadly in some cases.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Birth Father no where to be seen, hardly even known by the prostitute mother of Mesci, named after her father and dropped into an orphanage. The prostitute failed to even know the name of the orphanage when she dropped little Mesci off still in his robes from the hospital. It was the Daize clan orphanage home, and they immediately ushered him into the family. He had 24 brothers and 17 sisters at the orphanage in Kumogakure while he was growing up, though many of them came and went as the years of his childhood went by. For the most part his peers were his teachers, adults in the home were only seen normally at feeding time and sometimes they taught you how to read and such. The most common memories of his childhood were of the other kids pranking people on the streets. Their little adult supervision gave them that confidence they needed to do the more crazy and elaborate of pranks, and was how Mesci's life began, child prodigy to teenage pranksters.
Childhood-Teenage - Pre Academy As he grew as a child he began to understand why things were done, for amusement in most cases, and sometimes to get back at people. This became his main methodology while preforming said tasks with his prankster friends. He spent most of his time with other orphans, "babysitting" the younger ones, as well as being at playgrounds and parks where they were free to run around. Outsiders rarely let their children around the orphans, even if they didn't know the kind of stuff they did to people, just because they are orphans. This made them grow up mentally, unlike anyone else. They would be seen as lesser individuals throughout their whole childhood, and they realized this. Because of this, they learned that they were also freer then other people - they had the ability to do things that others wouldn't because they were scared of the consequences. They didn't care about much other then themselves, however still being kids the kinds of things they did were normally not too terrible.
As he became a teenager, he became the Shepard of the small group of friends he had at the time. While not being the biggest or toughest teenagers on the block by any sense of the word, they held their composure on the streets they roamed. Being orphans, they were allowed to explore the city, they just couldn't leave and for the most part were free to wander the streets, and they often found trouble in other neighborhoods where other orphan kids, or just ordinary teenagers became hostile. It began for the most part with sporting competition, Mesci's group played significantly more dirty which the other teams didn't like, and it ended up getting them into a lot of fights. These were no mere brawls either, no adults means no rules, kids bit each other and clawed at their faces, lots of kids got broken bones, and Mesci is one who has broken quite a few trying to show off. They never really used weapons or anything and it, for the most part was a fight much like two brothers fighting each other. Yes it gets violent, but they weren't going to kill each other.
Teenage - Academy-Thieves Initation As the orphanage began to get more and more kids in it, they needed a way to outsource a lot of them and the Ninja Academy seemed one suited for Mesci. Perhaps it would chew him up a bit and help him act more sociable and natural. This wasn't the case for Mesci. For the most part, he got into just as much trouble here as he did on the streets, only this time he had chakra to play with as well. A lot of time was spent alone, learning how he could use his chakra, feeling it and holding it in his hands. The Thieves organization seemed an obvious end for Mesci, and they grew interested in him and his mental capability being easily manipulated he became the ideal recruit. They taught him some basic skills, how to pick locks, knock someone out and make a speedy get-away. This became his style of fighting, it was something he picked up on real quick, and real easily. Hit and run, it was his style. His academy days for the most part were spent with the head-instructor under close surveillance or doing the bitch work of the missions. Shoveling animal excrement was a task he was often given. He didn't mind, it allowed him time to think, something he was gradually becoming good at as he was learning.
Another thing he grew confident in was the people he was assigned with, his fellow ninja, thieves, instructors, he trusted them and as he learned their abilities he figured out to compliment them in what ways he could, mostly distracting opponents as his buddies tore them up. This gave him a smart ass mouth in any situation where he felt he had the edge, or felt they were talking smack. He used people's lost heads as an advantage in a fight, if he could knock them off balance mentally he could then do it physically with tactful planning and the precise actions the thieves taught him. Another thing he picked up on was the confidence in his friends and fellow villagers, simply because he was forced to utilize their help, whether it was running with thieves or shoveling shit out of a stall, his comrades were stuck with him and this gave him a serious reliance on his friends. The failure to pass the academy for the first several years also helped with this fact, since he had to constantly continue to make new friends and companions.
Young Adult - Genin After he finally did advance past the ninja academy and become a genin, he was still known as trouble on the street, and to be honest he still was. He is learning how to properly compose himself socially however there is still a way's to go, 15 years of childhood freedom slows that up a bit. His half or so of a year as a genin have been filled with time alone or with fellow ninja's and thieves, practicing what few skills he knows and growing on them. His life has begun to become a life of monotony, which he does not like in the slightest, and why the grip of his childhood is holding to him so strongly. He lacks any real emotional distress as most teenagers would from love, lost friends or family members seeing as he could rarely keep friends and comrades for more then a few weeks or a year or so. These sorts of things will most likely never effect him as a person since it is unlikely that he will ever fully grow out of his childhood.

As Lloyd took to his feet, the creature appeared directly in front of him and he moved to defend himself but before he could he was yanked out of the way by Yuudai, luckily too - that small one latched onto the tree as it missed its target, jumping off it and back at them. Lloyd grabbed 4 shuriken from his pouch and launched them using his right hand at the beast, it was taken aback by the shotgun style throw Lloyd used on it and it fell, two of its legs crippled and shot to the head. Before Lloyd knew what was happening, he was dunked under water by Yuudai, he grabbed onto him and pushed him off, "Cut the s*** man." Lloyd said, he was a bit upset that he had gotten soaked, he gave Yuudai a stern look afterwards but was quickly re focused on the task at hand. He looked up from his spot near the pool and saw Yuudai, preparing some sort of technique as the largest of creatures moved back in towards them. Only two of the smaller ones remained with it.
Lloyd moved to his feet as Yuudai unleashed his attack, the largest one was caught in a water-prison. It was a good use of the technique, perfect for what they needed to do. Lloyd immiedately saw his moment and quickly wrapped his chains around the bubble and caught the beast by its legs. From here it was a large sack of bricks to move around, it had no way to struggle anymore but its fangs were still exposed. Lloyd hoped Yuudai was able to protect himself while Lloyd tied up the beast, but it seemed not to be a problem. The other two of the creatures made those purring sounds again and jumped back and forth a little bit away from their now captured companion. They didn't approach either of the genin and Lloyd looked up from his work at the two smaller ones.
They turned their attention to him but Lloyd stood tall, his Kama in his left hand he opened his arms to full extension. Offering himself as a challenge to the two smaller ones, they purred louder at him. Lloyd gave a thunderous yell at them and they backed away, slowly moving until they were out of sight. The largest was held down on the ground, its head trying to do anything to get out. It had already covered Lloyd's chains in the poison it had tried to use on him, which proved to be quite ineffective. Lloyd moved back away from the beast and to one he had fell before and retrieved his other Kama. The pieces of cloth that he once used to silence his weapons from clanking were now in use to clean the blades.
He wiped each of his Kama's clean and then returned them to their hoop rings on his waist, turning back to the large creature they had successfully captured. Lloyd smiled at their catch, it was quite a sight to be seen and they were going to give it a name. He reached into his pouch and removed the small plastic tube and pulled out the joint he had rolled earlier, he returned the tube after he took the joint and then pulled out a single match and struck it on his drums. Placing the joint between his lips he rose the match to it and gave it a couple good puff's until the cherry got a good color to it. He puffed on it a couple more times then put out the match, taking a long drag of the joint. He exhaled from his nostrils and took another drag before extending his arm to Yuudai. "We'll be remembered for this, that's for sure." He said as he extended his arm, not even asking if he smoked or not, simply offering him it.
It was going to be a long haul back, they didn't really have a way to carry it from what Lloyd saw, unless Yuudai had something up his sleeve so Lloyd intended to make sure he was ready for it. If Yuudai didn't take his joint he would simply stretch with the joint in his hand, and then Lloyd would turn to Yuudai, waiting to see if he had anything up his sleeve like he hoped so that they wouldn't have to drag this thing all the way back to Sanringakure. They were quite far in the forest, luckily they had started early, Lloyd took careful note of the time they had left in the day, he reckoned it was about 1 or 2 in the afternoon from the way the sun was holding itself in the air, though it could be earlier still. It was hard to keep time when there were so many shadows from the trees, once they got out of the thick of the forest Lloyd would be able to determine what time it was though. He took another drag of the joint and exhaled, blowing the smoke upwards, relaxing after a pretty rough battle. His abdomen was still sore from that hit, but he seemed alright other then that. He adjusted his clothes as best he could, and tidied himself up a bit, now ready to go.

However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Open Fuuinjutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Chozou no Jutsu (Storage Technique) Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Name: Modoru Kikkā - Back Kicker Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Modoru Kikkā is a taijutsu technique. Once the user has gathered enough chakra to their feet, they will try to maneuver themselves behind their opponent so that they can deliver a chakra - enhanced kick to the back. A normal kick would be damaging enough but to have chakra reinforcing it will result in more pain. If a direct hit is made, they'll be able to force their opponent down onto their knees or flat onto their face. Chakra Cost: 3 Custom Fuuinjutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Thieves Seal : Activation Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: --- N/A Element: N/A Description: Upon initiating into the Thieves branch of the clan, you are begun to be taught the techniques the clan uses. This is the activation technique used by the clan to utilize any other of their techniques, this technique holds the keys to the rest of their power. After forming the needed handsigns, the character's seals in their finger tips activate (Excluding thumb), as well as a large seal that extends from the base of the thumb across the hand to encompass the most meaty part of one's hand. The seals are linked to a reel of woven string (not ninja wire), and painted in locations used to create seals(A seal within a seal), while the larger one is used to deactivate the seals since they cannot form handsigns. These seals are placed there by the clan using white ink in the form of a tattoo on the hands. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Thieves Seal : External Enclosure Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Long - 500 Miles Element: N/A Description: The first seal taught to thieves is an odd one, its widely known as the desperation seal, since the only time you need it normally is in a place of desperation. After activating the thieves seals, they deactivate their middle, ring, and pinky finger's seals by pressing their tips to the meaty part of the hand where the seal is activated. Once that is done, the ninja holds his index fingers near each other while releasing a short strand of the string which draws a straight line using the paint on the string, and the ninja activates this seal. This seal is linked to a room within the Clan headquarters where all their food is stored, the room is set up in rings, so that one wall can have seals on it, while the other can store food and water with the walls narrowly placed together. The seal opens a small window (1ftx1ft) which the ninja can reach through to grab supplies from shelves that are re-stocked daily. It is for the most part dry storage. Chakra Cost: Directly proportional to the distance, 15 to activate and to reach any distance less then 5 miles from the clan headquarters, add 5 CP per 5 miles over 5 away from the clan headquarters.
Name:Thieves Seal : Aggravated Assailant Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: - Element: - Description: The Second seal is the index and ring finger seals, after forming the needed handsigns and activating the seals, the user grabs the strings appearing out of their seals and reels them out and in the same motion forming a Z in the air which summons a pair of brass knuckles from the user's weapon scroll or booklet. These knuckles(**These are the Thieves Branch Knuckles**) are in ideal location then for the user to slide their fingers through them after deactivating their seals. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Thieves Seal : Ignite Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close - 1 Foot Element: N/A Description: The third skill is one not given to all thieves, only the top one during their generation of the "academy." This seal is linked to a large hearth, but only a small portion of the flame is within the flame's seal. To activate this seal, the ninja, after forming the needed handsigns, releases strings from his index, middle, and ring fingers and forms a hourglass symbol, the seal activates a seal on the unique character's hand releasing a small flame maybe half a centimeter off of the players hand, this is limited to a single hand, the flame only extends 10-14 inches from the palm, more often used for a light source then a weapon. However certain characters utilize fire-spitters alcohol could utilize this quite well. Because the flame is so close to the hand, it makes it very hard to maintain the flame for long periods of time and thus the flame can only be active for a maximum length of 3 posts. Name: Thieves Seal : Mirrored Escape Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close - 10 Meters Element: N/A Description: The third skill that is given to all thieves is one used in many cases for a clever escape. After forming the needed handsigns the ninja opens the index, middle and ring finger's seals and create move in a large motion, opening the seal which at first unleashes a bright blast of light, and then places a full-size standing mirror where the seal was. While the target is placed in his daze, the user normally makes his escape and when the target's daze clears all he begins to see at first is himself. The seal closes once the mirror is placed. Name: Open Palm Stance Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close - Touch Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is a stance which utilizes the character's enhanced visual perception as a means to protect himself from incoming attacks. This for the most part is through the use of quick, agile dodges while subsequently decreasing the distance between you and your foe. For the most part the chakra use in this technique is used in the muscles to give them almost instantaneous visual reflexes while the stance is active. Chakra Cost: 10, 1 per post
Name: Powered Strike Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close - Touch Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is focused around forcing a large amount of chakra into the user's hand. This creates a larger impact zone for a strike, and the strike is also amplified in means of power. The chakra is focused into a single action however, so utilizing this technique in combat is tricky without careful planning. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Enhanced Roll Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Element: N/A Description: After forming a single "Bull" handsign, the user makes a forward leap into the air, this handsign activates the jutsu in the user's feet, giving them an extra little spurt of distance in their jump, which is then turned into a forward roll, which can be used to close a distance between a foe and possibly transcribe into an attack, or to narrowly escape attack. Name: Sealing Booklet Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Appearance: The sealing booklet is a simple booklet, leather bound in the shape of a triangle with a bell attached to it. These booklets are used in the same way scrolls are, capable of holding weapons and items when bound to them. Quantity: 2 Storage: Person Special Abilities: Can store • 15 basic weapons. • 2 C - Rank and below weapons. • 5 C - Rank and below items. • 1 C - Rank and below Summoning or Puppet. • 1 C - Rank and below technique.
Name: Daize Clan Savatian Knuckles Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Quantity: 2 Description: The Savatian knuckles are knuckles that can be used to increase the strength behind a taijutsu users open handed strikes, as well as their punches. Consisting of a brass knuckle, connected to a large solid brass ball that the user holds in their hand, making it easy to smash someone's face in. The fingertips of the hand will slightly go over the ball if held in the hand normally, so in most cases the wielder holds them in a claw like manner.

| Alrighty, let us get this underway.
1.) First, please format the thread name to: Daize, Mesci [Kumogakure Genin] This is just the simple format that all members use when posting their character application.
2.) Next, please resize your character photo. Luckily, these forums have a very simple way of doing that. If you click on the 'Host Image' button, the second step will allow you to resize it. Otherwise, when we open your spoiler, the page nearly doubles in size.
3.) Please link your clan correctly (very easy fix)
4.) Elemental Affinities: Each character has at least two elemental affinities (the third would be an advanced element, generally a Kekkei Genaki), so please choose two. The reason for this being that most taijutsu techniques have an elemental affinity.
5.) Special Characteristics

Addict: Has become addicted to nicotine, and whenever he is without nicotine for 3 days (IRP) or more, he suffers major withdrawal.
Fighting Style : Savatian: Visual perception through extensive and methodological training has increased for Messy, this increases his hand-eye coordination compared to the average individual or ninja, and also makes him extremely accurate with attacks utilizing his body.
Notorious : Kumogakure : His younger years were prank filled and because of this, many citizens of kumogakure know Messy as a troublemaker and would not trust him with ordinary tasks. The Special Characteristics section is designed for abnormal or 'Special' attributes that the character possess. These characteristics can be found here. If you are intent on keeping this information, the personality portion would be more appropriate. In no way must you work these into paragraphs, simply move them to the personality section.
6.) History- Most children enter the academy at the age of eight or nine.. If you would like to give a reason as to why you didn't enter until you were a child (other than being in an Orphanage, because I'd assume that'd give more of a reason for children to be put into the academy). Otherwise, you might want to consider downing your character age.
7.) Custom Taijutsu-

This for the most part is through the use of quick, agile dodges while subsequently decreasing the distance between you and your foe. For the most part the chakra use in this technique is used in the muscles to give them almost instantaneous visual reflexes while the stance is active. Chakra Cost: 10, 1 per post
Only thing here is your Chakra Cost. C-Rank jutsus can only cost 5-9 CP. If for some reason you wish to keep the cost where it is, you're free to.

This creates a larger impact zone for a strike, and the strike is also amplified in means of power. The chakra is focused into a single action however, so utilizing this technique in combat is tricky without careful planning. Chakra Cost: 4
This seems like something that can be sustained for several posts, and in that case please add a per-post CP Cost. Also, are there adverse consequences if used without planning?

This is a drawback to my character basically, he has no elemental affinities (making it that much harder for him to even preform enhanced taijutsu)

I removed addiction and notoriety from this list, however i left Savatian fighting style there because i believe it could be considered a "Physical" special characteristic of enhanced visual perception and reflexes.

Mesci was a late bloomer, as soon as they needed to start sending kids he was sent, but he was older at the time. (This is already in the history, just written differently).

Negative, its something where you would activate it and swing all in one motion basically, Each time you swing, its 4 points of chakra however the field is not maintained between the swings.

I dont care if people use the image though, it was basically just so you had a general idea of what my character looks like, if someone wants there character to look like that one, go right ahead i won't notice nor care. Lol. I couldn't find an image to properly convey what my character would look like, so i used what i could find. |

| You have 11 of your allotted 15 weapons/techniques. You're sure you do not wish to add any of the non-elemental Tai or Fuuin from the Encyclopedia? |

| All of the Jutsu in the encyclopedia from what i saw were Konohagakure techniques, it wouldn't make sense for my character to learn them, so i'm fine until i can think of more lol, and i'll train for those when the time comes. |
