| Uzumaki, TenmaTHE INFO. Name: Tenma Uzumaki Nickname: Finn Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: Tenma differs greatly from most of the natural-born residents of Kumogakure. His appearance alone screams that he is a foreigner, which is true. The most noticable would be his fair skin that appears much paler than an average resident of Kumogakure. He rarely holds a tan even in the village that sits above the clouds. He rises just short of 5'10" keeping him around the height of many of his male peers. He is neither tall nor short staying within the average for his age. His body type is fairly average as well. He lacks the muscles and physiques of physical training, but due to a strong metabolism keeps himself thin. His broad shoulders make him appear more in shape than he really is. A thin layer of fat seems to stretch across his body keeping his bones from appearing, but also obscuring any shred of muscle that could peak out.
Scarlet and medium length. The main factor of his appearance that makes him easily distinguished in a crowd. His deep scarlet hair draws the eye toward his head and differs greatly from the usual lighter or darker hair colors ranging more from blond to brown to black. As an Uzumaki it was inevitable that he would inherit his parents and ancestors red hair. It would appear that he took from his grandfather with his nearly brick red hair rather than his parents who both shared a more bold red closely resembling a fresh tomato. Another trait passed down the Uzumaki line is hair growth causing nearly all members to have extensively long hair at some point in their lives. By the time Tenma was five years old he already had hair nearly reaching the small of his back. A benefit of this hair growth is that no member of the Uzumaki clan suffers from baldness, and elderly members commonly sport a thick beard. The rate of his hair growth has kept him preferring his hair medium length. Though this rapidly changes as you can see by his hairstyles in the past year alone. Currently he's let it grow out more causing it to spike out. As it threatens to reach his shoulders he keeps it tied back in a small ponytail that barely reaches out further than two inches. Due to a natural curve from this cut his hair tends to stay out of his eyes and reveals a bit of his forehead. Though to maintain this style he will have to get his hair trimmed every two weeks to avoid overgrowth.
Tenma's eyes are a deep scarlet that is nearly identical to his hair. His brick red eyes reveal a lot about what he's thinking betraying his inner emotions to the world. He plays this as one of his strong points making his non-verbal communication almost as powerful as his words. Though his eyes are powerful with emotions they lack power for visual function. Tenma is heavily near-sighted keeping him from making out words and details at distances further than his arms length. He can function with it as is, but it does present a problem in certain situations. Tenma always wears his personal glasses except when he plans to go in the water. His glasses are vital for his ability to perform at 100%, and he prefers to wear them anyway under a claim that they make him look more intelligent.
As for fashion Tenma has simple tastes. His common attire includes what would be considered work clothes by others. His outfit was something that his father wears a lot as well thus why he likes it so much. His shirt is a very short sleeved, almost sleeveless, black tee. The material is thin and wears a bit saggy on his body allowing air and the wind to pass through easily. Over his shirt if its too cold he wears a zip-up jacket. It's grey in color and has a collar. Two pockets sit on the front for hands or items to placed in. The sleeves have three bars of color, two black and one orange, just at the wrist by the hand. Tenma's kumogakure headband is sewn into the right sleeve of his jacket just below the shoulder. It takes weather cold enough to freeze water to make Tenma actually zip up his jacket leaving it open and exposing his front on most occasions. Matching his jacket, Tenma's pants of choice are grey cargo pants. These pants are easily a size or two larger or designed to be very baggy. This is by Tenma's preference. Two pockets open up close to the belt-line on his thighs, two rear pockets made only for small thin items, and two bigger pockets with a secure flap sit near his knees giving him six available pockets. Vastly different from the common shinobi footgear of sandals, Tenma wears heavy work boots similar to those who work in a mine. To retain his right to wear these boots Tenma has been forced to train to keep them from being a hindrance. Though a few situation arise where his boots are superior, most of the time they can prevent certain motions vital to fluid movement in the field. The boots have long laces and two buckles to fasten them to his feet. They appear to be made of a simple black material like regular shoes, but this is just a fluke. His boots are made to be water resistant and chakra conductive to make up for the obvious obstruction that sandals lack. Thus his boots prove to work as intended and provide no disadvantages for anything a shinobi might need.
Personality: As an individual who does his best to separate work life and personal life Tenma lives a two-faced existence. A shinobi is forced to do some unsavory things in his or her life and Tenma will be no exception. The demand to be a shinobi betrays his good nature that his parents instilled in him. Though he tries to shape his path to stay as true to himself as possible, it's virtually impossible. He knows this fact very well even though he is just a genin. He has no experience doing anything too grimdark, but he has heard stories causing him to resist steeling his own heart. To preserve himself he must do what he can to keep himself from corroding.
When he is able to walk the life of a civilian Tenma remains his true self. He is a good-natured fellow choosing to do what his moral compass says is right most of the time. He is soft spoken and speaks kind words to all he runs into. Often greeting those he comes across on the streets as he passes, or simply wearing a pleasant smile to brighten an otherwise sterile mood. If he comes across a situation where he can lend a hand he prefers to do so. These can include, but are not limited to, assisting those who are overly burdened or preventing a possible accident. He has developed a reputation for his good spirits and selfless acts. Tenma is an altruistic person at his core.
Tenma's reputation even reaches his peers in the village. He has a reputation of being upbeat and approachable. While he was in the academy he was someone everyone could be on good standing with if not friends. He made a great peer councilor for his classmates having no objections to at least listening to someone else's dilemmas in hopes of being part of the solution. Being able to shoulder someone else's burden to give them some reprieve brings Tenma solace. He always wears a smile when he helps someone. When questioned as to why he goes so far for others he often simply shrugs. "Why must one question what brings them happiness?"
In his free time Tenma enjoys being outdoors and spending time with others. As a young man filled with youthful vigor he can't help but become stir crazy. He can't stand spending extended periods inside spanning longer than one day. Often he can be seen sitting on his porch or roof just to get out of the restricting walls of his home. This doesn't mean he doesn't like his home or has some kind of phobia of the indoors. He simply prefers to be outside and finds even the simplest of excursions to be enough. This is why he will often describe short day trips to others if he gets a say in planning for an event. However, his voice will not be heard most of the time when it comes to planning. Tenma chooses to sit on the sidelines and let others lead. He feels most comfortable in the role of a support character. Only in situations where leadership is dysfunctional and chaos threatens will he step up and assume control. These times are few and far between, and even when they do occur they are short-lived as once order has been maintained someone else usually assumes leadership once again.
His personality makes a few sharp turns when he is representing himself and his village. The once joyful Tenma who was all smiles is replaced by a quiet serious Tenma who does what it takes to get the job done. He follows orders while only putting minor details up to scrutiny and making decisions based on his moral compass. Though elements of his good-nature do bleed over they just become more serious and selective than they were before. He pass attention to the emotional states of his teammates and offers council if they require it. He tries to offer help to others where he can, but only to those that not only himself but his teammates and squad leader can identify as non-combatant. He feels a twinge of regret when he is unable to assist others when he is a shinobi, but those feelings are pushed aside because duty comes first. The only time Tenma may step forward as a voice in his squad is to give his opinion on a situation, mostly for information and tactics. Otherwise he lets others with more charisma and experience lead.
His role in his shinobi squad has been molded by his personality as well. As a passive person throughout his childhood Tenma doesn't make a good head to head combatant. He opts for support roles often backing up his teammates rather than move for direct conflict. He prefers to keep his distance from the enemy. His signature jutsu from the Uzumaki clan makes that possible with chakra chains. His arts with sealing are a direct result of his heritage and are incredibly useful on the battlefield. Though his skills are not the best as a genin, he is proficient for his experience. He is bettering himself to fit the role as the ultimate support squad mate as he learns healing techniques. To be able to keep his teammates and others in fighting condition and fix any ailment that they may come across is an invaluable skill. The role of a medic suits Tenma's personality fairly well. Don't be fooled, just as he will assume leadership in certain situations, he too will lash out if he is cornered or in a desperate situation. He is not foolish enough to not train himself to be able to defend himself and others against attacking forces.
However, as we all know genin are rarely exposed to the true hardships of the shinobi world. What they may experience is only a small fraction of what an average shinobi lives through in their career if they manage to survive it at all. Still, Tenma has prepared himself for what is only the beginning of a harsh lifestyle that only brings hate and destruction to all. A necessity none the less. Who knows, if given the opportunity Tenma would abandon his duties to become something akin to a hermit to live out his life in peace. Until that opportunity arises he fights every day to fulfill his duty to himself, his peers, and to Kumogakure as a whole.

Following the role of a support fighter, Tenma stays behind the action commonly during a fight. If he is fighting on a team he will hang back and provide support where he can. This includes setting up traps with explosive tags or putting pressure on enemies with his chains. If one of his injured allies falls back he acts immediately to bring them back up to full health. By himself Tenma rarely fights head on. Often running or jumping away to gain some environmental advantage or set up a trap. When cornered Tenma tries to keep his opponents away with his chakra chains usually by trying to strike or bind them. Tenma isn't the best in a hand to hand fight. He often works to avoid and keep distance from the opponent using palm strikes and kicks to push them back. Special Characteristics: Advanced Chakra Control

Chakra Control is key to preserving your stamina which will increase your vitality and enable you to use techniques to it's fullest capacity. It is essential for nearly all specialties of Ninjutsu but is heavily coveted in the areas of Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu which require good chakra in order to perform their techniques proficiently. Those with Advanced Chakra Control however are able to take it to the next step and preserve more noticeable chakra from their standard pool. Depending on the rank of the technique, a small quantity of chakra is preserved within the body when executed the Jutsu, which ultimately lowers the cost of your techniques. Furthermore because your Chakra Control is so flawless and exceptional, your Surface Walking and Water Walking techniques no longer cost chakra because you can now perform them effortlessly. Description: The ninja trains their ability in more advanced evasive maneuvers which serves the purpose of avoiding enemy attacks. The survivability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips and dodging basic forms of physical attacks by reading an enemies movement.
Perception

Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Every physical motion is identified to the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell.
THE BACKGROUND. History: The branch of the Uzumaki family that Tenma hails from lives scattered across Kawa no Kuni. His immediate family consisted of his mother and father (Marie and Yukio), his older sister (Mizore), his aunt and uncle (Tatsuki and Kotetsumaru), and his grandparents (Koenma and Zeniba). A small village was formed with just the group of them that was fairly self-sufficient. Kotetsumaru and his wife run an inn which brings some traffic to their small family village and some merchants every now and then from it. Koenma and his wife maintain the local temple that acts as both a Shinto temple and a shinobi temple. Tenma's parents works the local farm and ranch to keep food growing and on the table. It's a quiet, peaceful, harmonious existence.
Tenma was born four years his sister's junior. Mizore was always told that she was to watch out for her younger brother. Family sticks together and since she was older it was her responsibility to maintain sense within her sibling. This wasn't always the case as Tenma often ran off as a young child and would be found an hour or so later wandering in the woods with a bright grin on his face. His parents were always thankful that he wasn't hurt and would pay tribute to Tenma's good fortune at the temple. Yukio worried that his son may be too adventurous, which brought plenty of ridicule from Kotetsumaru and Koenma. Kotetsumaru had two sons and a daughter, all of which went their separate ways from their tiny village, and Koenma had three more children excluding Yukio and Kotetsumaru. Both Tenma's uncle and grandfather suggested the boy make a pilgrimage to Kumogakure to become a shinobi. Koenma respected Kumo shinobi after serving with some in his time. Kotetsumaru just liked them because they tipped well. Obviously Tenma's parents, neither of which were cut out to be shinobi, were against the plan at first. Still with Tenma just reaching three years of age was still too young to enact any of these plans.
When he reached the age of five Koenma began teaching him the ways of the shinobi and the Uzumaki. He was physically conditioned to improve his natural attributes and worked with tapping into his chakra. Though the process was slow. Koenma is not the best tutor and Tenma was no genius. It took time for the two to become in tune with one another enough to show true results. This took two years. By the time Tenma was seven they believed he was ready to go to the ninja academy. Yukio and Marie stayed firm in their position.
The event that persuaded them otherwise came in the form of a pack of boars tearing up the crops. They were driven from their usual feeding grounds by rising flood waters forcing them to take higher refuge. This so happened to be in their tiny village. Koenma was gone on a trip leaving only the mundane members to deal with these beasts. Yukio and Kotetsumaru tried to drive them off with farming equipment, but the boars turned hostile and tried to gore them. Both of these men were frankly dumbstruck when little seven year old Tenma actually kept the boar away with the signature Uzumaki clan technique. He was only capable of creating one strong chain and one fairly weak chain, but it was enough. After some minutes of working the boars they became threatened by their inability to keep the chains from attacking them forcing them back into the forest to find another feeding ground.
Tenma's parents knew that their boy was a natural-borne shinobi and had to be cultivated as such. When he turned eight his grandparents and uncle made the trip to Kumogakure to get him set up at the ninja academy. The trip was four days via horse-drawn carriage. Still Tenma couldn't keep his excitement contained. His grandfather continued to train him along the way and even threw him out of the carriage forcing him to catch back up with it multiple times. Tenma didn't enjoy these parts of his training. They pasted the time though and they arrived in Kumogakure eventually. It took about two days to get everything settled. Koenma had to go through customs and set up citizenship with Kumogakure for Tenma. Someone had to stay behind to be his guardian. Tenma's grandmother took up the position saying she needed more old people to spend time with.
Koenma and Kotetsumaru took the carriage back to their small village while Tenma and his grandmother Zeniba stayed in a small cottage in Kumogakure. They paid for the establishment with money and goods shipped to them from their village to be sold in Kumo. With just his grandmother Tenma attended the Kumogakure ninja academy for the following years to become a shinobi like his family believed he could. He made several friends bringing the good nature he developed from his parents with him. He performed adequately at the academy peaking at just around average in most fields. He wasn't exceptional at anything, but he was neither horrible.
Several times throughout his academy days in Kumo his grandmother would make trips to the family village that would takes weeks at a time. Sometimes someone would swap out with her, most of the time his aunt or uncle, and other times he would be left alone. He wasn't without some kind of supervision as an instructor from the academy would come check on him every night or one of his grandma's friends would babysit him. During long breaks Tenma would get the chance to go home and see his family. He always enjoyed these trips home where he could help his parents out on the farm, eat fantastic home cooking, and train with his grandfather.
Tenma graduated from the academy at the age of thirteen and became a full genin after that. He took a short vacation to the village to let his family know before being assigned to a team. He swapped teams several times as they tried to find a set of genin whose values complimented each other. It would be about five to six months for each, giving them time for about five random missions. Due to his constant team swapping Tenma hasn't had the chance to participate in the Chunin exams, but his sensei's assure him that he wouldn't get far until he found squad mates who skill sets complimented his own. Tenma is on friendly terms with several of the genin in the village and with various jounin teachers. Currently Tenma's in purgatory as another team is being formed with a need for a support member.
Roleplay Sample: An old roleplay I did for training as an old A-rank rogue named Enjou Kagutsuchi part of an oddly set up and overpowered fire clan.

The large gates of the temple were ablaze with flames. Their colors varied, but their purpose was the same. To decorate, to protect, and to educate. These flames were the hearts and minds of those who studied, lived, taught, and worshiped at this temple. They each had a meaning and a purpose that related to the realms of human personality. Though these flames were highly symbolic in nature, they caught the attention of one hot headed rule breaker.
Enjou Kagutsuchi, A-ranked Rogue, Nokogakure Runaway, Former Member of Kaen no Metsujin Madoshi. Though he no longer considered himself part of his former clan, he kept all of their secrets and abilities for himself. One of which was the desire to eat flames, and these multicolored flames looked awfully tasty. The shinobi leapt up onto the wall and examined a particular brightly burning blue flame. It had significant heat, but it also cooled extremely quickly in the natural air. Enjou speculated that its taste would be like a burst a flavor before fizzling away in his mouth. He opened his mouth and leaned forward when a loud cry stopped him.
”You there! Halt your progress and dismount yourself from that wall.” Enjou gave the man a puzzled look before taking his suggestion. He stuck his hands in his pockets and hopped off of the wall. The man approached Enjou. He had long gray hair and dark black eyes. His wrinkles were all dipped inward toward his brow making him seem even angrier and older than he really was. He was just under Enjou's height and wore traditional monk garb including robes and the such.
”What was your purpose up there near one of the sacred flames?” The man asked.
Enjou grunted and looked away with his chin high, ”Obviously I was going to eat it.”
The man scowled even further if that were even possible, ”What gives you the right? Who the hell do you think you are?”
Enjou snorted and smirked, ”I give myself the right, I do as I please.”
”What arrogance, I will teach you to be humble,” the old man said, ”Then I, Ginrei Kageroza, will purge you with your fill of flames young one.”
Enjou scoffed at the old man, ”If you want a fight just bring it, I won't hold back because you're elderly.”
Ginrei gave a sour look before leaping backward, with the skill of a shinobi. He raised his sleeve to reveal a black scar or tattoo that ran along his arm. It snakes around and up his arm like a serpent. The made several handsigns in quick succession. Enjou watched with mild interest obviously underestimating his opponent. Ginrei finished his handsigns and held his hand high above his head. In a matter of moments a giant black dragon of flames emerged from his hand. It seemed to give off no light and block out the sunlight around it.
Enjou looked up with a mixture of horror and excitement. He could hear Ginrei yell something else, but he wasn't listening. He wanted to do something like that. Ginrei cried out one final phrase and the dragon turned itself upon Enjou. The large black flame beast moved downward before flying just above the ground directly toward Enjou. The blond maned shinobi took a stance and called out his own technique. A large fireball, black in the center and white around the edges emerged around him. The black dragon crashed into his fireball, and it seemed to be repelled for a moment. Enjou had a victorious smirk at first, but that quickly dissolved as the black dragon ate through his fire. It took only a moment for the fireball and Enjou to be swallowed up. The dragon's flames ran over him for several seconds until the dragon simply disappeared into the air.
Enjou stood heaving large breaths, a small portion of his fireball remaining, with many light burns across his body. His eyes were alight with fiery passion. Ginrei was disgusted with his very existence. The old man prepared for another blast when a cool voice call out.
”Enough Ginrei, please do not disrespect a member of my kin.”
Ginrei quickly turned around and dropped to one knee. His head was bowed and he was silent. Enjou however was speechless. His mouth was slightly agape and his mind couldn't quite comprehend what was occuring. Only one questioning word escaped his lips.
”Grandpa?”

Three individuals walked through the interior of the temple. One was the older Ginrei who was an elder monk of the temple and another was the blond maned Enjou. The final member was light gray hair that hung down around his head and a long beard. He was much older than Ginrei, but still moved with the coordination of any young person. The eldest member of the group was Koga Hiryu, and was Enjou's grandfather. Koga was the patron of the temple and made sure the temple was well-maintained. The trio had been walking through long hallways of black and gold lite only by small candles hanging on the wall.
Enjou had a sour expression as he was forced to walk with Ginrei. His grandfather was hailing him with questions about his life since he had last seen him. The fiery man didn't mind the questions, but wondered if he had heard the news of his departure.
”I'm so glad to hear you're doing well grandson,” Koga said with a small smile, ”If you continue to excel at this rate you shall find yourself the head of the clan tomorrow.”
Enjou frowned but didn't say anything, ”Grandpa, is this where you've been since you left the village?”
Koga's smile faded a bit, ”Yes it has. This temple belongs to our family and has been maintained by one of our kin for generations. My great nephew was maintaining it in my old age, but he received an early death.”
”What's this place for? Why is it so important?” Enjou questioned.
Koga took a deep breath as he began his explanation, ”This temple serves as a ground to practice the lifestyle of the great dragons. We conduct our day to day lives within the codes and traditions of the nine flames. We're also a shinobi temple so we teach our students how to survive as such.” Koga gave a glance to Enjou, ”And we hold a secret to a special flame you got to experience.”
Enjou's interested were piqued, ”Talkin' bout that black dragon the old man used on me?”
”The very one” Koga turned to Ginrei who had been silent this whole time. ”Ginrei, would you mind teaching my grandson the technique? He may one day be head of my clan and I would be so proud if I could see him do it.”
It was evident that Ginrei didn't want to head the task by the furrow in his brow, ”Of course Koga-dono, as I may not like your grandson's arrogant demeanor, I will do it as a request from you.”
Enjou scoffed loudly at his mention which caused Koga to chuckle loudly, ”It comes with youth in our family.”
The three walked into a large chamber room that was much brighter than the hallways, but still seemed dark. The chamber was easily large enough for thirty people to train in without disturbing each other. Koga waited by the wall while Ginrei beckoned Enjou toward the center of the room. Enjou looked around the room with an annoyed expression, though he was very interested in all that was going on around him. Ginrei lifted up the sleeve on his right arm to reveal his tattoo from before.
Enjou lifted his right hand and pointed at Ginrei's arm, ”What's the significance of that black marking?”
Ginrei continued preparing himself without looking at Enjou, ”No questions, you will learn. That is all.”
Enjou scowled, but decided to sit tight which was against his many impulses. Ginrei had secured his sleeve to his upper arm and walked over to Enjou. The blond maned behemoth watched with curious interest as Ginrei's hand erupted in black flames. They appeared the same as that dragon he had used on Enjou before. The flames themselves looked like Kokuton flames at first glance. Enjou found the differences quickly. Kokuton flames looked strictly like black flames. These flames burned and shaped oddly as it moved about in its form. They reminded him of the old pictures he had seen of Amaterasu. Ginrei grabbed Enjou's right hand and placed the black flame in his hand. At first it seemed to sit in his hand and it didn't burn him. However, when Ginrei removed his hand the black flames remained and began attacking Enjou's arm. He gritted his teeth as the flames pulsed up his arm and snaked around forming the same markings as on Ginrei. The black marks seemed to seer his skin leaving it incredibly sensitive to the air around it.
Ginrei stroked his beard, ”Good good, your resistance to heat and burns makes the first step of the training child's play. Most students require at least one week's rest for the markings to fully develop and have the strength to go on.”
Enjou didn't much care and his expression showed it. Ginrei picked up on this and continued, ”This type of technique is far more complex than simple fire conjuring. It is even more advanced than the god-like fire control shown by members of your clan. Some say the correlation of the markings and the nature of the fire suggest its actual a summoning technique. These flames are said to be from hell itself.”
Ginrei clenched a fist and opened his palm to reveal a small flame. ”Bringing forth a small flame should be easy for you as well I'm sure.” Just as Ginrei believed, Enjou flexed his fist and poured his fiery chakra into the marking causing his hand to produce the same black flames. Enjou had a great smirk on his face from the ease of his advancement.
”Don't get cocky now,” Ginrei warned, ”Acting in such a way will get you killed.” Enjou continued to play with his fire causing Ginrei to sigh. ”To create the dragon you must envision the beast within your mind's eye and call it forth from the depths of Makai. When you do such and infuse your spirit with the beast you should be able to materialize it into our world.”
That's all Enjou needed to hear. He didn't care about the specifics of what he said. He thought about a dragon and poured more chakra into the marking. His great stamina and natural affinity to fire made it an easy task to cause his whole arm to burst into the black flames. The flames quickly expanded and shaped into a dragon's head. Ginrei cried out desperately for Enjou to stop, but his pleas fell on deaf ears. Enjou turned to his right toward the empty wall and threw his fist forward. The dragon on his arm flew forward as he commanded. It produced no light and even seemed to suck the little light on that part of the room away. Enjou grinned wildly as the dragon obeyed him. This single technique was taught to Enjou in a matter of seconds.
Or so he thought...
Enjou's face paled as realization took over. The light near him was fading as the dark red eyes of a best beyond the darkness approached him. It was obvious now what had happened. The dragon demanded a sacrifice upon arrival, a target to kill. Enjou supplied him with none and wasted his presence so the dragon would make one out of him. The giant flame beast flew straight at Enjou. Enjou, instead of defending, held his arms out wide and beckoned the beast toward him.
”You think you can kill me? You think you can go against your master? I will teach you obedience flames,” he put extra emphasis on the flames comment, ”Don't f**k with me!!!”
Just as he called out the gigantic dragon overtook him wrapping him in darkness flames. His whole body felt like it was on fire. Quite literal I know, but someone of Enjou's clan rarely experiences this sensation. It created a pressure so strong that Enjou felt like he was going to die. It was incredible. The beast got its fill of pain and disappeared from sight as fading flames. Enjou stood there covered in burns and wounds. He fell to the ground. Ginrei, who had been a safe distance this whole time, now walked up to the fallen man. He shook his head and turned his back on him. His eyes widened in surprise as he felt something grasp his leg.
”Don't count me out just yet!” Enjou snarled before passing out.

Koga and Ginrei stood over Enjou's injured body. He remained unconscious still. They had brought him to one of the guest beds in the temple. His body was treated for burns and medicinal solutions were spread on his burns to help them heal. His resistance to the flames were stunning receiving only wounds that one may sustain from bathing in actual fire. Ginrei was still in disbelief at this fact.
”You're clansman's natural traits are astonishing Koga-dono” Ginrei said softly.
Koga laughed softly, ”I would have to agree with you, though this is a special case you are witnessing my friend.” Ginrei looked at Koga with a puzzled expression. ”Enjou was born to a family with two daughters already. His father desperately wanted a son, and when he received one his wife died from the labor. As such the clan gave him the surname Kagutsuchi. I was only there briefly to witness the birth and upbringing of my grandson. His father remarried and had two more daughters. His father, my son Taimatsumaru, put pressure on his son to become a far better warrior than himself. My son worried that Enjou wouldn't be able to take over the family, and without any other sons, would be taken over by another family within the clan. As he trained it become obvious that Enjou was special.”
Koga's eyes seemed sparkle and his grin became kinder as he recalled Enjou's past, ”His flames are blue. It is a rare defect in the clan, but it makes the user more adept. It is said that those who are born with these flames are destined to lead the clan. Another pressure for my grandson. He trained to become a warrior and to be obedient to the clan, yet he became more and more defiant. I'm surprised that he's stayed with the clan this long,” obviously unaware of Enjou's defection, ”Those with blue flames are said to be masters of fire and able drink lava itself. Of course these are exaggerations, but as you have seen his body withstood the Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuha much better than anyone else ever seen.”
Ginrei fell silent as he reflected on Enjou's past and Koga's words. He began to understand why this man was so arrogant and so hungry for power. He too understood the burden of expectations from a young age. Ginrei continued to question Koga about his clan, ”I find it most peculiar that his hair is perfectly unscathed from the flames.” This was true. Enjou's long blond hair held no scorch marks nor burned a bit in the flames.
”Another clan trait. Our hair is highly fire resistant. So much so that large quantities can resist the burning effects of even demon flames. Though the heat distribution is a problem. It is a tradition in the clan to grow ones hair out so that it make be harvested and sewn into the clothing and armor. Wealthy men purchase our wares for their special properties for high prices. The income supports the clan outside of the kind support of Nokogakure.” Koga explained.
Ginrei thought for a moment and had many more questions, but Koga rose to his feet. ”Let's leave the boy to rest. We'll return when he has awakened to continue his training. The dragon's defiance may have taught him a lesson about his own.” The two older men picked themselves up and left the room allowing Enjou to rest.

The wind travels directly out from the direction the seal is placed in a pillar. The blast of wind is only about half a meter wide and travels six feet out before becoming a gentle breeze. If directly on top of the seal the wind is powerful enough to lift a hefty person into the air and send them flying. Chakra Cost: 8CP

The seal immediately begins to spray out water at a rapid rate. A small geyser forms directly around the seal saturating the surrounding area with water making a shallow puddle about twenty-five feet in diameter. If the seal's size is expanded or retracted the flow of water becomes either reduced or compressed respectively. Name: Shinpi-Tekina Higo no Fūin: Mystic Aegis Seal Rank: C Type: Fūinjutsu Range: - Element: Suiton Description: By performing the necessary hand seals and fulfilling the chakra requirements the user can place a seal upon a surface or person either with their hands or with chakra chains, only as a member of the Uzumaki Clan. When activated a semi-translucent shield of chakra forms in a lens shape from the seal. This can be placed upon a surface or a person including the user. The shield only lasts a single post before fading along with the seal. The shield is about a meter in diameter. The shield's power makes it capable of blocking base weapon strike and thrown projectiles as well as D-rank Ninjutsu. Upon encountering an equal rank ninjutsu the shield shatters blocking only about half of the force and has no blocking capability beyond C-rank. The entire seal has to replaced for another shield. Name: Toripuru Ryōmen-shin no Tate no Fūin: Triple-Sided Divine Shield Seal Rank: C Type: Fūinjutsu Range: - Description: By performing the necessary hand seals and fulfilling the chakra requirements the user can place a seal upon a surface either with their hands or with chakra chains, only as a member of the Uzumaki Clan. The twist to this technique is that it requires three identical seals to be placed simultaneously upon the ground. The seal remains benign until armed by the user making the tiger symbol. To activate the jutsu after arming it the user must maintain the tiger seal and quickly lift their hand up. The motion immediately causes three bars of light erect coming together at a point above shaping into a pyramid rooting from the seals. The space between bars is filled with an orange light that forms a thin barrier. The barrier's purpose is to restrain thus the walls are sturdier within than outside. It would take a good beating, probably six or so punches or kicks, to break it from within, but a simple basic hit from the outside shatters the walls. The barriers cannot stand up to chakra-based attacks, however the space within is usually minimal not allowing elaborate movement. The smaller and more compact the pyramid the stronger its walls are meaning that if it is large enough to encompass more than one person than the walls are incredibly brittle. The seal taps into the chakra system of those that it is placed on. Whenever its host is caught under an effect that tampers with their chakra system the seal causes an intense heating sensation wherever the seal is. This is caused by anything that differs from the host's normal chakra readings. The seal immediately works as an anesthetic causing a gentle numbing sensation spreading from wherever it is placed. It loses effect as it spreads making the area immediately below the seal most effective. Unlike most anesthetics that leave the area uncomfortably numb this replaces that sensation with a gentle heat similar to that of a heating pad. Name: Futan no Omo-sa no Fūin: Weight of Burden Seal Rank: C Type: Fūinjutsu Range: - Description: Futan no Omo-sa no Fūin is a seal meant to hinder or immobolize the target. When applied through touch a large black seal with the kanji for "Burden 負担" in the center appears on the area roughly a foot in diameter. The area is suddenly extremely heavy as if a fifty pound weight were affixed to it. This seal can be applied to objects as well making them much heavier and putting stress on them. The surface is near impossible to walk upon as the soap provides zero traction resulting in slipping and falling. Upon activation the seal launches the five weapons out at speeds about 1.5 times faster than regularly thrown through use of wind chakra within. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra post per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. The clan member using their, "special chakra", can release powerful chakra chains from their palms which they can freely control with their hand gestures. The strength of these chains is directly proportionate to the rank of the technique. A C-Ranked chain is as strong as a rusty iron chain; B-Ranked chains are as strong as regular iron chains; A-rank chains are as strong as durable steel chains; S-ranked chains are as strong as Titanium Alloy. These blue angelic cords are very versatile, they are capable of binding, throwing, whipping, grappling and performing various other maneuvers the user may see fit. The number of chains an Uzumaki can product is in proportion to their skill. A C-Ranked Uzumaki is able to create a single chains, B-Ranked two chains and A-Ranked Uzumaki is able create three chakra chains, and S-Ranked Uzumaki is able to create four chakra chains. By concentrating the seal on their chain, they can project a visual representation of the seal using chakra. The end of the chain must make direct contact, and thus grappling a target will negate this ability entirely. The chakra cost for this technique varies based on the rank of the seal used. From this technique, essentially the more chakra chains one can produce the more powerful it will be. The user commands their chakra chains to touch any surface for when that happens each chain places a small red seal on the surface. This seal detonates after three seconds with power equal to that of 2 explosive tags. This can be used to encase a target in a explosion or even detonate the person in hole, killing them. This technique is canceled once each chakra chains creates a explosion seal. This seal cannot be performed on chakra producing entities; such as humans, summons or pets. The user controls their chain fluidly enough to wrap around the targets form. The chain require something to anchor them to successfully capture something like a tree or through the ground. The chains will move around them linearly to appear similar to a trap before rapidly wrapping around their limbs and torso. The rank is determined by the number of chains utilized similar to Chakura Kusari [Chakra Chains]. More chains can be created at a rate of 4 chakra per chain beyond your normal capacity. Chakra Cost: C-rank: 8CP + 2CP Per Post/ B-rank: 14CP + 3CP Per Post/ A-rank: 24CP + 5CP Per Post/ S-rank: 38CP + 9CP Per Post

| - Please remove Water Globe Seal. Would be pointless to even weaken it down.
- However, I like your Gale Burst Seal. I fail to understand this though: "The seal only activates when its surface is obscured, most commonly by a person's body."
- You can go ahead and add 5 more Jutsu. Maybe create some more elemental based Fuuinjutsu, as your character's Fuuinjutsu are not that useful.
- And of course you can train on Canon and Custom techniques after your approval.

- I was having a hard wording it in a way to restrict what can set it off, I changed it to say that it requires the weight of a person to activate it, so usually stepping on it.
- Added several more jutsu including some using 'barriers.' If it is too much let me know and I will remove them.

| - First of all, you can state into your Fuuinjutsu that the seal is activated by a tiger hand seal of a single hand, like Deidara's explosions activation. Or you can create an E rank technique that simply sets off Fuuinjutsu, pretty much similar to Explosive Tag: Activate. This would make the activation more clear.
- Concerning your new Custom Techniques, the maximum chakra cost for a C rank is 9 chakra points. As for the additional costs required per post, it's 2 or maybe 3 if exhausting. You also have to check through your descriptions for words missing. Please make the edits.
- Splashing Tide Seal: Please set a limit to the volume of water expelled out of the seal, or else it would be deemed high ranked.
- Mystic Aegis Seal: Replace the three seconds with a single post duration. Change chakra cost to 8.
- Triple-Sided Divine Shield Seal: Please reword the placement of the three seals and state clearly the way it is activated. Include a three post duration including the post the technique is performed and change the chakra cost to 9, with an additional 2 chakra cost per post.
- Blazing Alert Seal: "but also activates by chakra tampering effects such as a Hyuuga's Gentle Fist as it can't tell the difference of specific chakra tampering effects." Reword this part as it doesn't make any sense.
- Heaven's Grace: Remove this one.
- Maybe add a Fuuinjutsu - Eijutsu that numbs an area, thus acting as anesthesia in order to alleviate pain.

| - Set a limit of output, I realized that this is incredibly close to the "Portable Water Field" Shikamaru used on Kakuzu in the anime.
- Performed changes
- Added the tiger seal activation tip you gave me, and performed the necessary changes
- Reworded to hopefully become more clear, that the seal cannot discriminate individual effects so it goes off for multiple reasons.
- Daww I actually like my Orihime no Jutsu D: Welp I swapped it out with a sealing healing jutsu for helping pain.
