Description: With the raising of their arm and pointing of their finger/s the user can emit lightning bolts after they have concentrated their chakra. This technique requires no hand seals. The lightning bolt is the size of their forearm in length and 2 inches in width in the middle that decreases down to a small sharp point on both ends. At C rank the user can only emit 2 lightning bolts and they occur from the same finger in rapid succession. The damage they can do is only minimal piercing and cuts. A slight burning irritation will arise from where the bolt hit. At B rank the user can emit 3 lightning bolts in rapid succession. The piercing ability as about the same, the difference is the speed at which the lightning is delivered. At this rank the lightning bolts are shot out superb speed. The burn if hit is more severe and is about identical to a 1st degree burn. At A rank the user can emit 5 lightning bolts at the same superb speed. The piercing ability is much greater at this rank and is able to pierce through a human body. The burning is similar to a 2nd degree burn.
