[b]Description:[/b] This is a basic jutsu that is naturally only utilized by those who are experienced shinobi. The user releases a burst of chakra into the air that helps saturate it and make the air conduct negative emotions. The user then releases their true intent to kill the enemy to which the chakra in the air responds with making it amplified. Naturally just releasing one's killing intent just makes the user seem scarier if only a little but with this enhancement it is able to terrify all those who can feel it. The air becomes heavier and it feels harder to breath as they finally find the source of it. When used against those of equal rank it is hardly useful and comepletely useless to those above you in rank. Anyone below you will suffer from the fear effect however they can ignore it enough to fight and those who are fresh shinobi will be paralyzed with fear if they don't act quickly to escape or somehow ignore the fear.
