Eyes
The Yoake Clan often have naturally orange eyes. This is due to their Kekkai Genkai. The orange isn't very bright, it is more of a darkened colour. At a quick glance a person wouldn't be able to see the difference, but if one looks directly into the eye you will see the difference between a normal eye and a Yoake eye. When using their ability the orange will grow brighter and a red colour will appear around the edges. As the member uses their chakra their eyes will go darker and darker, once the member has used all their chakra the eyes will go jet black which the member will then pass out.
Chakra Colour
Instead of the natural colour blue, clan members of the Yoake Clan have an orange chakra with a red outline. This is much like the colour of their eyes. This does not change the power of their chakra, it still has the same ability's as blue chakra.

Kekkei Genkai:
Members of the Yoake Clan are considered chakra sculptors. But they can only sculpt their chakra into a certain shape which is a hoop. This means that one can jump through the hoops, to dodge them. The hoop comes out as the colour orange with also a red outline much like their eyes. The chakra hoops are very dangerous as they are capable of cutting through the bone of any limb on the body. The hoops can come in different sizes.

History:
The Yoake Clan are originally from the Kumogakure village, that is where the clan was born. After a civil war within the clan, it got separated in to two different branches. One branch would remain at Kumogakure and the other would explore the world finding a new home which fitted all their needs. The branch that would explore the world renamed their clan to Yoake Setto which stood for Dawn Set where as the others added Josho onto the Yoake which stood for Dawn Rise.

The Yoake Setto Clan travelled the world for a while, making their own circus and used their skills to create hoops and jump through them. They also expanded on to that business by using different sized animals to jump through different sized hoops. Earning a living by doing this for a while, they soon came across the Fire Country where they stayed for a while. After 10 years of staying in the Fire Country they finally decided to join Konoha and help the next generation of kids to become ninja's.

While the Yoake Setto branch did that, the Yoake Josho branch decided to stay at Kumogakure and teach their generation to become ninja also. They started early so before the other branch even started, the Josho branch already had ninja's. This helped their branch more as they already had experienced Jounin which would help the new Genin where as the Setto branch would have to start from scratch.

Two questions: Why is this a clan? and Why is this a Dojutsu? Seriously, all jutsu mentioned could be made without the need of a clan. Don't understand why you're limiting such a basic gimmick to an entire clan. As for Dojutsu, it's not even clear that your clan has a dojutsu. It's just mentioned in passing in the signature traits. Hell, the kekkei genkai (which is also incredibly lacking in detail) doesn't even mention it. So like, what's the point of this clan?

I have no idea where you got Dojutsu from...the eyes are a signature trait like all Uchiha's having black hair. The eyes are just a thing that every clan member has. If it was a Dojutsu then it would be part of the Kekkai Genkai.

And it's a clan because its chakra manipulation. This clan is basically like the Uzumaki Clan but instead of chains it is hoops.

Your 'why is it a clan?' question is stupidity at its worst. I understand if it had no special effects, but it does.

Apologies, I mistook "Yoake eye" as a Dojutsu trait. Either way, you have only avoided my main question. The reason a clan like Uzumaki is an actual clan, is because it brings something original and creative to the table that a normal member would have to think twice before doing. It allows one to create chains, true, but it's not the chains that are the Hiden of the clan. It's its ability to place seals on these chains and otherwise mix Fuuinjutsu with Ninjutsu to a minor extent. That is the ability of the Uzumaki, not chakra chain summoning. Your clan however, fails to introduce both factors of a clan. It doesn't introduce a new feature nor something original. What's to stop a member not a part of this clan from creating a technique that creates a hoop of powerful fire that they could otherwise fling at another member? By creating this clan, you are limiting the imagination of other members by telling them they must be a part of this clan in order to perform techniques that any character could reasonably do. Placing seals on chakra chains or growing bones from one's body are things that are unique and difficult to come up with. Creating hoops of water, or any material (whether it be chakra or not) is not something that only a single clan should be allowed to do. Therefore, I ask you again. Why is this a clan?

P.S. If you wish to archive this clan, then so be it. However, take note of what I said above if your intent is to create another clan.
