Name: Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball (Bouseki Kaze Bo-Ru)

Description: This Jutsu is used mainly as a diversionary tactic seeing as it has little to no combat potential. The User forms a ball (Softball sized) in the palm of his hand composed of rotating Wind Chakra, which they proceed to launch towards a foe. The ball is used to keep an opponent on their toes, dodging what seems to be a frontal assault while the user sets up an actual attack. The ball moves very fast, and with the use of a singular hand sign the caster can expand the creation in order to reach a devastating size of 10 feet from one end to another, though at the cost of its speed. On its own to does nothing besides blow air at a foe, its only direct offensive capabilities is to slightly augment any fire it comes in contact with.

Description: The user proceeds to make a quick set of hand signs before being able to perform the Jutsu. This Jutsu allows them to blow air from their mouth in a small stream (Which thanks to the Chakra kneaded inside) will push their body in any desired direction, even in mid-air. The wind is even potent enough to kick up a thin layer of dust for stealthy purposes. Four puffs per Jutsu activation.

Description: A Lightning Jutsu which has the user summon up to 10 Senbon made of pure Raiton Chakra to be fired at his discretion. They appear from what seems to be thin air after a short series of hand signs, and move 20% faster then the speed of a regular thrown Senbon, encompassing all of their regular deadly piercing damage along with the added shock of Raiton.

Description: This Jutsu has the user gather lightning in their right hand just before slamming it down onto the floor. The lightning then disperses, causing it to carve a path of destruction through the earth in order to seek its prey. If it connects, the victim is shocked for C ranked damage. The user can manipulate its trajectory much like that of any homing attack, forcing it to make sharp turns and such for up to 10 meters away from their position.

Denied. Multiple Phantom Shuriken is a collaborative technique, and a spin-off of the Shadow Clone Shuriken technique. The shadow clone shuriken technique is A-rank in strength, and a regular shadow clone technique is B-rank. Also, you fail to state how these arrows are multiplied. You cannot simply create more arrows with chakra. Arrows are too complex to be produced in such a manner; and it borderlines metal release, wood release and feather(?) release. If it was a basic shadow clone arrow, that would be fine, however it would need to be B-rank at the very least.

Is this one big burst of air, or a steady flow of air akin to that of a jet? Either way, needs to be C-rank. It takes a very large amount of force to change direction in midair, and D-rank wind jutsu are unable to push people and/or knock them over (this is doing significantly more than that). Also make this a rather high chakra consuming jutsu. As I said, it requires a very large amount of force to change direction in midair.

Denied. You underestimate how powerful a lightning bolt is. On top of that, paralysis at C-rank is auto-denied. The best a C-rank can do is numb the limb or body; and usually for a single post. 10 seconds is upwards of two full posts in RP. You also fail to explain how the user summons this lightning. Controlling the weather is borderline god-mod. Also severely low chakra consumption for such a jutsu.

This is a very unrealistic jutsu. How does one send a current into the ground and expect it to travel around unnoticed? The ground is not conductive at all; the electricity would neutralize the moment it hit the ground. In the canon it has been shown that lightning can break through the earth, but not phase through. Please explain this aspect much better, or rewrite the method of seeking. On top of that, the shock would only be a split second (otherwise this technique is definitely not C-rank), and the range for the technique is also undefined. You'll need to state exactly how far it can reach. Finally; you'll need to lower it to at least 2 posts of buffering, and it's going to have to consume chakra per post if you wish to have it travel underground. How does your character even know where the lightning bolt is if they're not steering it with their fist in the dirt?

Okay, well I based all of these Jutsu of off ones from the Canon/Filler, but lets get to it then.

When I read the description for Multiple Phantom Shuriken I never noticed it was collaborative, never knew actually so I can see why it was denied. If I bump it to B rank, and make the arrows basic shadow clones of the original would it be acceptable at a future date when Id be of rank to use it?

As for the Wind Stream, fair enough, il edit accordingly once we talk everything through. Id say its more of a quick, and powerful burst which nearly immediately changes the users direction.

As for the lightning rod, well I can imagine the strength of such a attack (seeing as natural lightning is considered the peak of lightning attacks) what if I made the move more like a shocking touch? where the user gathers lightning element chakra in one of their hands and uses it to numb the body so that the victim's movements become more sluggish for their following post (just that post)?

And lastly, I see your point for the traversal of the Jutsu. How about instead, I make it into a basic C rank attack that just rips its way through the ground towards the victim, inflicting a C rank shock? The user controls its direction, basically making it a homing attack whose range can basically go for as long as the user keeps his fist to the ground and feeds it chakra? (Id say a 2 CP upkeep). Is this more acceptable?

I know, but the canon isn't known for being consistent and reliable.

1.) Yep.
2.) That seems fine. It could easily be used for offensive purposes too Razz

3.) Numbing the body for a post is fine.
4.) Well, you'd need to state how fast it can go; and if there's a maximum limit to the range. Seems rather powerful for a C-rank technique to be able to travel 40m away from the user. Would require unrealistic chakra control from the genin to maintain such a distance.

Okay, so edited accordingly. No worries on the wait, as you can see ive been rather busy myself, so feel free to give this another look over whenever you can. Added in a different Jutsu in place of "Multiple Phantom Arrows" and replaced "Lighting Release: Lightning Rod" with "Lightning Release: Senbon Shower" (seeing as there is already an adaptation of the former on the site as a B ranked move).

I'm against the ability to mold Raiton chakra with that degree of precision with a C Rank technique

How fast can this stream travel? Also, how big of a shock are we talking? In terms of pain and effects associated with electricity e.g. numbness, paralysis
