Name: Hyuuga Yatsuo Letter Rank: C (Experienced Genin) Specialty: Taijutsu, Eijutsu Elemental Affinities: Raiton, Doton Combat Style: While he may defy his clan in many other aspects, in terms of combat, Yatsuo is the classic Hyuga. Utilizing his superior speed, Yatsuo likes to close the gap between him and his enemy, quickly debilitating them with the traditional Hyuuga gentle-fist. That said, sometimes, he disregards the finesse of the Hyuuga style, simply resorting to beating the tar out of his enemy with more traditional taijutsu. Against more long-ranged opponents, he makes quick use of his Byakugan to pinpoint their location, utilizing his evasive capacity and near 360 degree vision to keep out of harms way while he closes the distance downs to what he affectionately calls "face-eating range." While it might seem strange for a medic to be so eager to get into the fight, Yatsuo prefers to ensure his team doesn't take damage at all, instead of simply healing them when damage does occur. Description: The ninja trains their ability in more advanced evasive maneuvers which serves the purpose of avoiding enemy attacks. The survivability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips and dodging basic forms of physical attacks by reading an enemies movement.
Name: Epic Hero Rank: C Type: Miscellaneous Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: Through courage, hard work, and honor, the ninja gains such high reputation amongst their peers they are now considered a hero of their time. Those with this characteristic possess a natural bright energy that warms and inspires people around them. This makes them very popular and respected in their villages and are seen as a new hope in their generation. They are good at speaking from the heart which makes them good in changing the dark ways of others and bringing hope to dismaying minds
Age: 13 Description: Loud, brash, open and honest, Yatsuo is everything a Hyuuga normally is not. A branch house member with prodigal combat skill, he has spent his entire life thoroughly disproving the "superiority" of the Main house. With a smile on his face and a heart on his sleeve, Yatsuo always seems to have a certain charisma about him, getting even people who absolutely hate him to regard him with grudging respect. Yatsuo is never afraid to let his opinion be heard, and unabashed of his branch house member ship, opting to wear his headband around his neck, always baring his seal to the world. He is firecely loyal to his comrades, and honest to a fault. He made a name for himself early on in his life when a rogue nin managed to sneak into the village and attack the academy. With their instructor down in the first volley, Yatsuo managed to keep the rogue occupied long enough for his classmates to escape and a KYOBU squad to arrive, cementing his reputation as a "Hero." Thirteen years old and standing at precisely 5'0", he sports short, spiky black hair, his blindness-white Hyuuga eyes somehow far more expressive and earnest than most of his kin. His outfit usually consists of a short-sleeved, ocean blue jacket, perpetually unzipped, pockets adorning the sleeves, and tan cargo shorts reaching just past his knees. His only footwear is usually a pair of plain green sandals, with his ninja pouch strapped to his right leg. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Byakugan (Activation) Rank: E-S Type: Bloodline - Doujutsu Range: Description Clan: Hyuuga Description: Byakugan "White Eye" is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. This technique is the activation of the ability from the eyes previous dormant state. When activated the users lavender eyes become more focused, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one small blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The user is able to see into vasts distances in which a regular eye cannot behold. They are capable of seeing insects behind trees with distinct perception and look behind wall with the Byakugan's ability. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. It was also noted that the Byakugan can also discern a transformation and a real person using the eye's ability to see chakra, as well as barriers. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from member to member. [C-Ranked] activation is able to see 50m in radius. [B-Ranked] activation is able to see 150m in radius. Name: Gentle Fist Rank: E-S Type: Taijutsu Clan: Hyuuga Description: This is the base fighting style the Hyuuga learns at an early age, which emphasis the abilities of their Byakugan which allows them to see chakra networks. This is an advanced fighting style which is difficult to learn and requires much practice and dedication to master. This technique allows the user to passively seal a persons Tenki points upon physical contact, thus slowly depleting their chakra in the process. 3CP will be depleted with each successful attack from the user, no matter how minimal it is. Because the chakra network and human system are so aligned, while depleting a persons tenki points the user also causes severe internal pain upon the contacted area. Technique does not apply to jutsu.

Name: Hakke Kūshō | Eight Trigrams Empty Palm Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Description: Hakke Kūshō is a technique performed by members of the Hyuuga Clan. This technique is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to violently push the opponent away a few meters. Chakra Cost: 7CP
Name: Hakkeshō Kaiten | Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: Chakra Cost: Hakkeshō Kaiten is a technique performed by members of the Hyuuga Clan. A Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. Chakra Cost: 8CP
Name: Hakke Sanjūni Shō | Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Clan: Hyuuga Description: Eight Trigrams Thrity-Two Palms is a technique performed by the members of the Hyuuga Clan. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 32 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, and finally 32. This damage forcibly closes 32 tenketsu, slowing the chakra flow of the opponent. Those who fall victim of this technique will consume 25% more chakra per jutsu for 2 posts. C-ranked ninja may find it difficult to avoid this attack, though higher ranked ninja may interrupt it by evading if skillful enough. Chakra Cost: 8CP

The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7

After gathering enough chakra within their entire body, the user will be able to gain an sudden burst in strength and speed. The user will straighten their dominant arm so that they can form a greater attack. Then using their speed the user will rush towards their target and ram into their upper chest with their strengthened arm, forcing the opponent to the ground. Chakra Cost: 8

Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra post per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post), B: 12CP (4 per post), A: 20CP (6 per post)
Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Ningen Sukiningu Shuhou - Human Skinning Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts. Name: Onnetsusei Nami - Thermal Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8, B: 13.

Name: Kaminari Kyōsei Hakai Rokujūyon Shō - Thunder Force Destruction of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Rank: A Type: Taijutsu (Hyuuga) Range: Close (OM) Element: Raiton Description: A merging of the Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms and Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, with an elemental twist. Emitting the same chakra blades as once would for the Protection, the user creates them much shorter, no more than a few inches from their hand. They also coat their hands in Raiton chakra, giving a stunning element to the blows, as well as offering the user a modicum of protection from Raiton attacks. Effectively turning their hands into lightning blades, the user then initiates an assault as if of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, jabbing into the opponents tenketsu points with the electrified chakra blades. Beyond simply interuppting the foes chakra flow and increasing jutsu cost by 50% for two posts, the jutsu effectively stabs the foe 64 times, a surely fatal number of wounds. Chakra Cost: 25
Equipment: Name: Brass Knuckles Rank: C Type: Close Range - Knuckle Quantity: 2 Description: 4 connected rings made from brass that, when placed on the fingers of its user, will greatly enhance the damage a punch deals. It does not increase the overall force applied; however the metal brass increases the energy transfer and can often be a brutal method of assault.

He will use his repertoire of genjutsu to delay and immobile his opponent, even using the same illusion multiple times to lull his enemies into a false sense of security. Once his opponent is immobilized or distracted, he further assaults them with ninjutsu, though rarely going for a direct blow, preferring to physically hamper or harass his opponents while letting his team-mates move in for the kill. That said, he is no slouch setting targets aflame and quickly expanding the inferno with his wind jutsu. It is essential for nearly all specialties of Ninjutsu but is heavily coveted in the areas of Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu which require good chakra in order to perform their techniques proficiently. Those with Advanced Chakra Control however are able to take it to the next step and preserve more noticeable chakra from their standard pool. Depending on the rank of the technique, a small quantity of chakra is preserved within the body when executed the Jutsu, which ultimately lowers the cost of your techniques. Furthermore because your Chakra Control is so flawless and exceptional, your Surface Walking and Water Walking techniques no longer cost chakra because you can now perform them effortlessly. Description: Genjutsu is a notably skillful specialization that requires great intelligence and chakra control in order to perform. Those who have attained this special characteristic have met those criteria which has allowed them to take their illusions to the next plane. Genjutsu fittingly falls under the broad category of Yin Release and it has been revealed that those with superior talent in Genjutsu likewise have greater mastery in Yin Release. This type of mastery allows them to more accurately manipulate the victim's chakra flow to their brain and stimulate more powerful illusions, making you're illusions more realistic and bypassing a persons perception. Because of your more powerful illusions, it now takes double the chakra cost to perform a Kai Release than it normally would for targets.
Name: Animal Speaking. Rank: C. Type: Miscellaneous Based. Physical Requirements: N/A. Training Requirements: 500. Description: A rare characteristic that one develops which allows them to understand and communicate with animals. Verbal exchange is common amongst those with this ability as the user will literally alter their voice to mimic the animal their speaking to as a way of communicating. More advanced people are even capable of feeling the emotions and pain of animals as well, although that requires physical contact. Animal Speaking is a very useful skill because they can manipulate animals to accomplish tasks, such as acting as scouts or gathering information they have already witnessed. Animals that serve as familiars to specific clans or people such as Kakichu Bugs, Inuzuaka dogs or summons, cannot be controlled due to their loyalty to their owners.
Age: 13 Description: Uchiha Garuga is considered something of a disgrace to the Uchiha clan. While most members generally tout their name, Gargua does everything he can to defy it, always choosing the "common rabble" over the "high class." Gargua is a a light-hearted, carefree individual, always looking for a laugh. This has yielded itself to another aspect of his "disgrace" status, his incessant pranking. While he has all the signs of becoming an accomplished genjutsu user, Garuga is more well-known for his use of genjutsu in elaborate pranks than for combat. His driving goal is to one day accomplish such an illusionary prank that even Byakugan and Sharingan will fall for. In his spare time, when he's not pranking or planning pranks, he often spends time in the outskirts of the village, communing with wildlife. Odd to see such an energetic individual doing something as calm and peaceful as chatting with deer, but there it is.
Standing at 4'10", Garuga shares the common Uchiha features with dark, jet-black hair and eyes like polished onyx, when not graced with the blood-red of the Sharingan. His hair is short and flat to his head, excluding the two long bangs reaching down to his neck on either side of his face. He has a narrow face, high cheek bones and pointed nose giving him an almost vulpine look, which is only emphasized by his ever present, cheeky grin. He wears a tight fitting, bright-red jacket over a skin-tight blue t-shirt, the zipper pulled up level to his chest. He wears long, loose-fitting blue jeans, with a kunai pouch strapped to each thigh, and plain black sandals. Despite all his time outdoors, whether it be pranking of communing with nature, Garuga can never seem to escape the Uchiha paleness, despite sunburned cheeks showing his efforts to get rid of it. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2

Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Sharingan Activated: One Tomoe Rank: - Type: Bloodline - Doujutsu Accessible To: C-Ranked Uchiha Description: The One-Tomoe version of the Sharigan is accessible to young Uchiha who skills have deemed them C-Ranked in power and skill. Like all versions of the Sharingan, the user is able to see the flow of chakra whether it be internal or external. Such skills derived from his ability include being able to identify clones, detecting chakra barriers and genjutsu, and even telling if someone is placed under a genjutsu by detecting chakra irregularities. Being the beginner form of the Sharingan, the One-Tomoe form grants the user the basic skill of the Sharingan which is being able to grant its wielders incredible levels of perception and clarity. In a more simplistic explanation, the user's vision is now able to see perceive things in slow motion. From flying weapons, to enemy movements, everything is slowed to a speed readable of that of the user. Name: Bakudan o peinto - Paint Bomb Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close(0-5M) Element: N/A Description: One of Garuga's first pranking techs, it's really quite simple; Garuga attaches an explosive tag to a paint canister, throws it, and sets the tag off. The tag explodes, spraying a mist of paint across a five meter area. Can be mildly irritating if breathed in, can temporarily blind is it gets in the eyes. If the user does not take care, they can be caught in the jutsu as well. Best to give it a good throw. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Oiroke no Jutsu - Sexy Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: The Sexy Technique is simply a Transformation Techniqueused to transform the user into a beautiful, nude woman, or a woman in a bathing suit. Starting at a moderate level of heat and a reach of up to 3m, at D rank, and increasing in temperature to an intense heat and up to a 10m reach, when performed at A rank. Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9

The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. If the target sees these leaves, the Gen jutsu will be cast. Name: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu - Sly Mind Affect Technique Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Medium: Multi-Target Range: Far (0m - 25m) Element: - Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. The caster must remain in the shadows, or within 25m of the targets to maintain this Genjutsu. Only 3 people may be influenced by this Genjutsu at one time. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post)
Name: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique Rank: D Type: Genjutsu Medium: Optical Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: - Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates up to 5 false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. If these clones leave 5m radius of the caster, they will disappear. Chakra Cost: 4 (1 per post)
Name: Magen • Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Medium: Optical Range: Far (0m - 30m) Element: - Description: After the user forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his or her target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety. The fireball cannot reach further than 30m. Chakra Cost: 8 (2 per post)
Name: Mateki • Mugen Onsa - Demon Flute • Illusion Tune Chains Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Medium: Focus Range: Hearing (0m - 25m) Element: - Description: To use this illusion the user needs a musical instrument. When the user plays the music for this illusion, her/his opponent's mind enters a barren wasteland. While in this illusion the ninja feels retrained by chains which bind the user as their skin and muscle begins to melt off their bones. Name: Kiken Bakudan o peinto - Dangerous Paint Bomb Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close(0-5M)-Medium(0-10M) Element: Katon Description: Based off of one of Garuga's first pranking techs, like the original it's really quite simple; Garuga attaches an explosive tag to a paint canister, throws it, and sets the tag off. The difference being the amount of fire elemental chakra he imbues into the tag. Since he infuses the tag with his own chakra, and an A ranks worth it is quite deadly and he can set it off at will. The tag explodes, spraying a mist of boiling paint and flames across a ten meter area. In an instant the paint inside is boiled and can melt through flesh alone. This speaks nothing of the maelstrom of flames unleashed from the incendiary device with reduces anything within a three meter radius to ashes. If the user does not take care, they can be caught in the jutsu as well. Best to give it a good throw. Chakra Cost: 20

Name: Yakata Orihime Letter Rank: C Specialty: Weaponry (Long; close), Fuinjutsu Elemental Affinities: Suiton, Doton Combat Style: Yataka Orihime prefers to keep as much distance as possible in battle, utilizing her long-range weaponry to take down her opponents from afar. That said, she specializes more in hampering her foes than in outright subduing them, using her accuracy to nail enemies in place from afar before either finishing them off or leaving them for her team-mates. That is not to say she is completely helpless in close quarters; more often than not, any enemy attempting to close in on her will either find them self locked in place or assaulted by some sort of trap fuin, of which she tends to lay many around her in battle. The combination of fuin and weaponry simply means that few enemies have a chance to get close to her, and the few that do are generally crippled for their effort. Special Characteristics:

Name: Pin-Point Accuracy Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must Specialize in Weaponry. Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A skill gained by ninja who have begun to specialize in throwing weapons. From a combination of practice and natural talent the ninja starts to acquire pin-point accuracy which allows them tohit multiple targets in precise locations along with hurling their weapons at a greater speed.
Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time.
Name: Master Chef Rank: C Type: Miscellaneous Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: Master Chef is the ability to create food for either traveling or serving their villages. Now being classified under the "Cooking-Nin" profession, labeling the ninja as now being an exceptional cook! They can whip up dishes of all kinds and provide satisfactory meals for their customers or companions. When out in the field the cooking ninja can use their surroundings to make food for their teammates or themselves. Because of their skill Cooking Nin tend to work at restaurants in the villages which gives them a steady income of Ryo and reputation amongst their villagers.
Age: 14 Description: Pretty as a picture, lovely as a sunset, sweet as cyanide. All phrases commonly used to described Yakata Orihime. The female member of this team is thoroughly determined not to let the infamous clans of her team-mates overshadow her clanless self. Orihime is a pretty girl of fourteen years, just starting to bloom into womanhood. With pale as cream skin, silky brown hair held up on either side of her head in two buns, and dazzling sapphire blue eyes, Orihime can smile and have all the boys swooning for her. At this point, she parts her full, unblemished lips, and verbally rips them in half for loosing focus over a pretty girl. She's most well known for her acidic tongue, rarely holding back when she feels someone or something is deserving of criticism. Standing at a slight 4'5" and wearing a simple navy-blue blouse with long, loose sleeves, the sort which can be easily pulled up and tied off, paired with loose fitting, pleasantly royal-purple pants.
Orihime is an accomplished fuin and weapons user, but outside of combat, her most prized skill is her ability to cook. She can make anything from just about anything, and make it tasty, a hobby which she enjoys taking part of. However, she is deeply affronted by those who would presume such a skill make her a less "serious" ninja, and more than a few boisterous lads have found themself sporting a few new holes after making some crack or another for her to "get back in the kitchen." Those who mention she'll "make a good wife one day" generally don't leave the hospital for weeks. Firey, fiesty, and determined, Orihime has her hands cut out for her getting her team-mates to be serious for very long, but she cares dearly for them all the same. Name: Pitfall Seal Rank: C Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: Doton Description: Inscribing a large seal onto the ground, this seal activates at the behest of the user, sealing the ground under it, creating a 1 meter wider, 4 meter deep pitfall. Upon activation, the seal will sink to the bottom of the pitfall, and once released, will return to earth to its original positioning. This can be used to the effect of, upon trapping a foe in the pitfall, unsealing the sealed earth, causing it to form around the foe and trap them. The seal glows a faint green-color until activated. Age: 45 Description: Tsugata Yoshiro is a virtual mountain of a man, standing at a towering 6'9" and easily outweighing an Akmichi with sheer muscle mass alone, weighing in at an astonishing 250lbs of pure muscle. With a broad, square face, shoulders as wide as an ox, and a smattering of short, grey buzz-cut hair and equally grey beard and mustache, Yoshiro is often described as "A boulder that decided to go for a walk." Despite his intimidating stature and coal-black eyes that have been the last thing many an enemy has seen, Yoshiro is actually a rather jolly, amicable indivdual. With a loud, booming voice and a penchant for being boisterous, Yoshiro brings to mind the Vikings of yore, mountains of men who would laugh heartily, drink heavily, and snap a man in half with his bare hands, and usually all at the same party. Despite this noisy nature, Yoshrio manages to remain an effective ninja, never letting his desire for a good fight get in the way of practicality.
Above all, Yoshiro is fiercely loyal to the village, and even more so to those he think of as his "children." He is absolutely implacable to those who would threaten his "family." Some would call him a "brutal" man, but her prefers to think of himself as only setting an example for his enemies. And for the most part it works; in all his missions with his genin team, only once has an enemy nin directly threatened his team before attempting to take him down; a Kiri nin who fancied himself a demon in human skin, holding hostage Yukata Orihime after soundly beating both Gargua and Yatsuo senseless. Yoshiro gave the man on warning. The man laughed, and promised to "take his time" with Orihime.
A week later, the first piece of the nin arrived in Kiri, and every day for the following three weeks, a new piece arrived, culminating in the man's head, torn clean off his shoulders. Yoshiro wasn't called "The Decapitator" for nothing; his hit humor novel, "1001 Ways to Tear His Head Clean Off," was mostly based on his personal accounts of battles with enemy nin, nuke nin, and bandits. None were more surprised than his students to know Yoshiro is, despite being a mountain of muscle, an accomplished novelist, writing the above novel and a series of rather successful children's books. A technique that imitates that of the Kirigakure no Jutsu, once the user has performed the required handseals they will be able to call upon a thick and heavy cloud that will appear almost out of nowhere. The cloud will be able to cover a ten metre radius around the user and only the user is able to sense where others lurk within the cloud. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick cloud but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the cloud. Name: Shōgeki - Tekina Shinjitsu - Shocking Truth Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 3m) Element: Raiton Description: Shōgeki - Tekina Shinjitsu is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the lightning element. After having their victim coated with water, the Kumogakure shinobi will use a torture method where they draw lightning into their hand and then shock their victim with said lightning, it's commonly used to gain information out of the victim, thus the name 'Shocking Truth'. When unaided with water, this lightning will simply cause an electric shock, causing a tingling sensation. Yet when water is present, it performs the equivalent of a C - Rank lightning attack. The technique itself is simply to have lightning shoot out of ones hand, nothing more and nothing less. The lightning reaches a maximum of three metres before the chakra supply is cut off. Name: Kaminari no Ishi - Will of Lightning Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Description: Kaminari no Ishi is a ninjutsu technique utilizing no elemental affinity. By gathering chakra to their dominant fist, the user will be able to create a larger version of an eagles head that is covering their hand and is completely made up of chakra. This bald eagle - head can be launched outwards at an opponent where it will be able to cause great cuts against the target or they could use this in a combination with taijutsu attacks, to give a more powerful hit. If someone was so unlucky to be hit by this eagle head, they would find themselves with deep cuts made by the sharp chakra - shaped beak. The head can only reach ten metres before it begins to fade away and can only be used thrice during a topic. Chakra Cost: 12
Name: Sukai no Kami - God of the Sky Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m), Far (10m+) Element: Raiton Description: Sukai no Kami is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the lightning element. After performing the required handseals, the user will fire a bolt of lightning from their dominant hand and into the sky. During the same post, the lightning will begin to manifest the sky and give birth to a bald eagle made up completely of lightning. Only in the second post can the user actually control the lightning bird. With a simple point of the finger, the bird will drop down from the sky and target the location given to it by the user. The bird will then drop down kamikaze style and cause an explosion that is the equivalent of seven explosive tags, the area it covers is a seven metre radius. You better be quick on your feet to dodge the attack. Chakra Cost: 25

After doing the necessary hand seals, the ninja draws chakra to their lungs before swiftly exhaling it, allowing them to blow a jet of fire from their mouth. Depending on the rank at which it is performed, Endan ranges in size and heat. Starting at a moderate level of heat and a reach of up to 3m, at D rank, and increasing in temperature to an intense heat and up to a 10m reach, when performed at A rank. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5 (2 per post)
Name: Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Great Dragon Fire Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could be severely burned. No more than 3 extra fireballs may be created. The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. Chakra Cost: C (5), B (10), A (20)
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Raiton Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse with a large electrical shock after one or two solid blows. This shock is equal to a B-rank Raiton ninjutsu. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Because the chakra of each clone is evenly distributed, the user and each clone will contain the same amount of chakra after deducting the initial chakra cost. All remaining chakra on the clone after it is dispersed is refunded to the user. Name: Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7

After gathering enough chakra within their entire body, the user will be able to gain an sudden burst in strength and speed. Then using their speed the user will rush towards their target and ram into their upper chest with their strengthened arm, forcing the opponent to the ground. Chakra Cost: 8

Firmly locking themself to their back, he or she will lock his or her ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He or she will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his or her opponent's head. Chakra Cost: 12

At the impact of each blow, the user will generate a burst of Raiton chakra, greatly numbing the area of the impact and inflicting minor first degree burns. Chakra Cost: 13 CP
Name: Reddo Hōku - Red Hawk Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0-2M) Element: Katon Description: Concentrating pure Katon chakra into their hand, the user balls their hand into a tight fist before lashing out in a single powerful blow. On impact, the chakra will explode out, inflicting grievous third-degree burns on the target. Furthermore, the impact will channel the force of the explosion through the target, effectively microwaving their internal organs (fatal if the blow hits directly over the target's heart), the heatwave passing out the other side of the target in a wing-like flare of fire, hence the technique's name. The flare will reach out for about 2 meters, inflicting 2nd degree burns in and of itself. Chakra Cost: 23 CP
Name: Kaminari Tenohira - Thunder Palm Rank: D-B Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Raiton Description: Concentrating lightning chakra into their hand, the user strikes their enemy with a strong, open-palmed strike. Depending on the level of chakra concentrated, the assault can act akin to a taser at D-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent, a more powerful shock at C-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent and numbing the area around the blow for one post, and an even more powerful shock at B-rank, inflicting partial paralysis if struck on a limb, the limb being paralyzed from the shock for one post. A full body strike would only greatly numb the opponent's torso for a single post, afflicting the area of the strike with first degree burns, and inflicting minor internal damage if struck directly over an organ. On each blow, the user can cause the Raiton chakra to radiate out in a fist or foot shaped eruption, depending on the limb they're assaulting the foe with. Each lightning-attack will inflict 2nd degree burns and induce partial paralysis in the foe, paralyzing them completely for one post if at least 3 attack manages to connect. The user can assault the foe with a maximum of 5 lightning-enhanced blows before they must enter a 2-post "cool down" phase from the technique. Name: Decapitator Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: N/A Description: Yoshiro's signature technique, and the cause for his nickname. A far more powerful version of the Lariat, enhanced not only by a larger amount of chakra flooding the user's body, but their own monstrous speed and strength. Rushing forward with their dominant arm out, the user will aim not for the opponent's chest, but their neck. Even a grazing strike will snap the targets neck from the sheer force, while a direct hit will tear it clean off. Chakra Cost: 25 CP

Generating large amounts of chakra into their limbs, the user assault the foe, generating a chakra-spike with each hit. The chakra spikes each radiate six inches outward from the assaulting limb, with devastating results. On impact, the spike will blow outwards for 3 meters from the point of impact. The chakra-spikes will outright blow a hole through any target struck by it, capable of even rending a hole through solid steel, much less mere flesh. Fleshly foes assaulted by a spike will find a hole six-inches in diameter punched through their body, obliterating whatever organs or bones might be in the way. The initial use allows for 3 strikes, though the user can strain themself to achieve a total of six, at th cost of the inability to use chakra for the next post. The radio can accept multiple frequencies and is activated to talk by pushing a button on the neck attachment, making it simple to use even in the most dire of situations. With a durable carapace, it is designed to withstand water damage and even the pressure of extreme altitudes.
Name: Training Weights Rank: A Type: Main -Primary/Accessory Quantity: 2 Description: Though an old fashioned training method, which can only be acquired by taijutsu specialists who also have the 'Flash Speed' special characteristic. These extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement over time. When worn in a topic (IC), the character's Flash Speed special characteristic is removed while the weights are attached. If the shinobi decides to remove these weights after four posts, their effective speed will double for two posts; before returning to normal. This may only be performed once per topic. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs and are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Description: After many secret years of travel the ninja has gained many allies that wish to ensure safety to the user through either kinship or a repaying favor. Having these types of connections in the villages means the user always has some sort of home and can easily take refuge.
Age: 40 Description: Even if they were from across the world, had never met him before in their life, and knew absolutely nothing of the profession, even if he chose to wear normal civilian clothes, not a man or woman alive could look at Takeshi Hiro and not know him to be a blacksmith. Standing at an imposing 6'6", Hiro weighed in well at 200 pounds, a slab of civilian muscle hardened and tested in the fires of the forge as much as the very iron he worked. Indeed, Hiro looked very much like the lumps or iron that often passed through his forge to become weapons or tools of fine quality; rough, unrefined at the edges, his face not unlike a block of chiseled stone in its hard, unyielding lines. The illusion of a man made of rough iron was further enhanced by the perpetual, greyish-tint of the skin Hiro had come to possess, the result of many long days spent in a hot, smoky forge. His hair, once as black as coal, has taken on a salt-and-pepper look in the onset of his twilight years, Hiro being in his 40th Year. His outfit usually consists of a sleeveless white tunic, held in place with a rope belt, a sturdy blacksmith apron and plain worksman boots, and plain, dark grey slacks, frayed at the hems and a sooty grey from forge smoke.
Despite his foreboding, somewhat intimidating appearance, Takeshi Hiro is actually a rather amicable man, polite in ways one would never expect of someone so uncouth looking, rarely given to even so much as swearing. In his opinion, everyone is worthy of and should be given some measure of respect, until they prove themselves unworthy of it. He is also a plainspoken man, rarely refraining from saying what he means, and always one to honor his word, once he's given it. Around his friends however, especially drinking buddies, he is much less restrained, easily loud and boisterous when he's around people he considers his comrades. Indeed, most of the lines around his face are more from friendly grins than from angry scowls or the like. Hiro is very slow to anger, save for the case of insults to his smithing skills, or anyone besmirching the memory of his late wife.
Once a year, Hiro goes on a sabbatical of sorts, traveling around the elemental nations, meeting up with fellow smiths to discuss the trade and impart smithing techniques, or else learn new ones. Over the course of these yearly journeys, he has made many friends for himself amongst smiths in the various nations. As he bids his son goodbye on his first day of the Academy, he goes to meet the team that will be escorting him for this year's sabbatical. His Final one.
Equipment: Name: Blacksmith Hammer Rank: C Type: Close-range Appearance: A goody, sturdy hammer that Hiro generally uses for, well, smithing. It has a solid oak haft a foot and a half long, with a solid, sturdy three-pound block of iron set on the head, 2x2x5 inches. It has a leather wrap on the end, flowing out into a loop Hiro can put his hand through. Quantity: 1 Storage: Hung on belt Special Abilities: None, save that the craftsmanship is quality enough to rank it as a C-rank weapon in terms of durability.
Name: Blacksmith Apron Rank: D Type: Armor Appearance: A thick, black leather apron Hiro typically wears when working, it hangs around his neck with a loop of cloth, a couple strings around waist level allowing him to tie it around himself. Overall, it's ornamental, little more than a large, black rectangle of leather, curved at the top to fit comfortably around the wearers neck. Quantity: 1 Storage: Worn Special Abilities: Fire retardant to D-rank and lesser flames, also non-conductive to electricity (though C rank and higher bolts can naturally overcome the resistance).

Name: Kaminari Kyōsei Hakai Rokujūyon Shō - Thunder Force Destruction of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Rank: A Type: Taijutsu (Hyuuga) Range: Close (OM) Element: Raiton Description: A merging of the Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms and Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, with an elemental twist. Emitting the same chakra blades as once would for the Protection, the user creates them much shorter, no more than a few inches from their hand. They also coat their hands in Raiton chakra, giving a stunning element to the blows, as well as offering the user a modicum of protection from Raiton attacks. Effectively turning their hands into lightning blades, the user then initiates an assault as if of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, jabbing into the opponents tenketsu points with the electrified chakra blades. Beyond simply interuppting the foes chakra flow and increasing jutsu cost by 50% for two posts, the jutsu effectively stabs the foe 64 times, a surely fatal number of wounds. Chakra Cost: 25

Name: Kiken Bakudan o peinto - Dangerous Paint Bomb Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close(0-5M)-Medium(0-10M) Element: Katon Description: Based off of one of Garuga's first pranking techs, like the original it's really quite simple; Garuga attaches an explosive tag to a paint canister, throws it, and sets the tag off. The difference being the amount of fire elemental chakra he imbues into the tag. Since he infuses the tag with his own chakra, and an A ranks worth it is quite deadly and he can set it off at will. The tag explodes, spraying a mist of boiling paint and flames across a ten meter area. In an instant the paint inside is boiled and can melt through flesh alone. This speaks nothing of the maelstrom of flames unleashed from the incendiary device with reduces anything within a three meter radius to ashes. If the user does not take care, they can be caught in the jutsu as well. Best to give it a good throw. Chakra Cost: 20
Name: Power Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Long (10M+) Description: The user briefly overdraws their bow, giving the following arrow increased penetrating power and range, easily capable of crippling a target with proper aim. Because the technique requires the user pulling back further than they normally would, this can be straining to the muscles of their arm. As such, without the Endurance SCs, the average user cannot use this technique in rapid succession (ie, minimum of 1 post between uses). Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Rapid Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Long-range (10M+) Description: Focusing on speed rather than power, the user rapid-fires arrows one after another, up to five arrows in quick succession. Because the user is aiming to fire more arrows faster, some power and accuracy is sacrificed in order to maintain the pace. Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Multi-Shot Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Mid-Range (5M-10M) Description: And advanced and difficult technique, the user will fit multiple arrows, up to six, to their bow, firing them off all at once. The accuracy of the flung arrows decreases depending on the number of arrows, with two being capable of pinpoint precision, and six hitting across a 0.5m in diameter area. Given the user is firing multiple arrows at once, the draw of the bow is more spread out, leading to the lessened range. Chakra Cost: 10 CP
Name: Pitfall Seal Rank: C Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: Doton Description: Inscribing a large seal onto the ground, this seal activates at the behest of the user, sealing the ground under it, creating a 1 meter wider, 4 meter deep pitfall. Upon activation, the seal will sink to the bottom of the pitfall, and once released, will return to earth to its original positioning. This can be used to the effect of, upon trapping a foe in the pitfall, unsealing the sealed earth, causing it to form around the foe and trap them. The seal glows a faint green-color until activated. Chakra Cost: 7 CP Activation, 4CP Deactivate
Name: Greater Explosive Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0-2M) Description: Similar in concept to the Explosive seal, only instead of being activated by the user, these seals act on a proximity alert, going off explosively when a foreign chakra signature (ie, someone other than the user) enters the range of the seal. These seals can be placed on the terrain, though a bright yellow glow will give away their location. These seals have the power and according range of 5 explosive tags. Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Yajirushi Arashi - Arrow Storm Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Long (10M+) Element: N/A Description: Deirvative of the Kage Shuriken no jutsu, the user will instead generate 2 or 3 arrows at a time, rapidly firing them off before generating more. The user can generate up to 60 arrows like this, firing them at an extreme rate of three per second, creating a veritable "arrow storm" capable of turning a single foe into a pin-cushion or holding off a multitude of enemies. Chakra Cost: 25
Now, something of further note; you'll notice under all the headings (Except Hiro) that there is a "Death Jutsu." You'll further note that these jutsu are beyond the skills of characters of such ranks. Genin performing an A-rank jutsu? Preposterous. Allow me to elaborate; within the topic I have planned for these NPCs, they are all going to die. All of them. The "death jutsu" is to be their final, parting shot into the Dark before succumbing. And it's natural, is it not, for people to accomplish things they'd never otherwise accomplish were it not for Death staring them right in the face. Just look at the show "I Shouldn't Be Alive." Back on topic, these jutsu are supposed to signal the "end" of each NPC; they can be used ONLY when the NPC is about to die. Once used, whether from having their throat ripped out or dropping dead from chakra exhaustion, the NPC will be able to make no further actions.
Why am I going through the trouble of trying to get a "Death jutsu" idea through? Because it will make their deaths so much more epic. I figure, it would not be too grievous a breach of the rules to allow it in this instance, for characters to use jutsu completely beyond their rank; they are all NPCs, they are all slated to die, their topics will involve no actual Player Characters whatsoever, technically occur several years in the past of the current timeline, and the jutsu will literally be the LAST things they do.

| Let's work on the custom jutsu first:
- Both Paint Bomb and Dangerous Paint Bomb, won't they affect even the character that uses this techs?
- Multi-Shot. I may not know much about archery, but when I look at my hand, I see only 4 open spots to put an arrow. So how is someone able to fire 6 arrows at once?
- Thunder Palm. I never liked the idea of paralyzing someone for a whole post, because with it, you're basically getting an auto-hit, or an auto-kill which I really don't like. And after talking with others, they agreed that complete paralysis should be only A rank. For lower ranks it should be just a momentary stun or something similar.
Huh. I thought this would be much longer... Much, much longer. Apart from the jutsu that I mentioned, I don't really have any problems with the NPC's. |

- Yes, the Paint Bombs would certainly affect the user. I'll edit that in.
- Thunderpalm will be edited down to partial paralysis; say, a single limb.

| You know Travis I've put off looking at this for a while because it was so daunting and I expected to need to change a lot of stuff about it, however as is becoming a theme with the stuff I've seen of yours this is very very well put together and well thought out. Ivan took care of the issues I would've wanted addressed had I been the first on the scene however between the two of you I feel that this is more than satisfactory for me to put my stamp on. Good lock with the advancement of your plot, don't forget to RP with us plebians though.
