THE INFO.
Name: Tsurino Kaguya
Nickname: Camellia
Age: 25 Gender: Female
Appearance: Tsurino is a girl of great beauty who stands true to the looks and appearance of a Kaguya. Her hair is snowy white and falls just past her shoulder blades. A single scarlet bead is fixed in her hair while her short bangs are parted with the the traditional zigzag pattern. While she may have looked petite in her younger years she has filled into an elegant form. her skin is soft and pale, accentuating the scarlet markings upon her forehead that give her the sign she is a Kaguya as well as the eyeliner tattooed around her eyes. Her eyes themselves are duel toned, while one is a light vibrant blue the other is a deep shade of green. Her clothing is often limited more to what she is required to wear. As a Kaguya having large amounts of clothing will simply lead to large amounts of ripped or tattered clothing. In her case loose open or flexible clothing is what she often stays towards. During work her uniform represents itself in different ways. Her breasts are wrapped and covered with a thermal white cloth that clings to her skin tightly. Resting on her shoulders is a light grey poncho engraved with the symbol of a medical ninja on it's high collar. her toned stomach is exposed and she wears a pair of loose dark green colored cargo pants fixed at her calf where the rest of her leg is bound with the same thermal cloth before her petite feet fit into traditional black slippers. This is of course when she is sent out on a mission. At home, or in the comfort of her own personal work space her clothing choice is varied to more comfortable airy pieces of clothing. that allow her to move without the restricting feeling of cloth. These clothes are often very flattering and hang from her body elegantly.

Forehead Protector: Her headband remains fixed to her right wrist tied in a loose knot, if it is not placed around her wrist it is usually located hung upon her neck.
Personality: Tsurino in her younger years as a Genin was subjected to the idea that her clan fell because of the cruelty of the village. Yet they were strong and filled with valor and tradition. Now she knows that the Kaguya were partially responsible for their deaths. There were flaws in there creed, in their pride and she now strives to better herself and the clan which has seen so much pain and death in the past. She works on bettering herself so she can better the people in her life she wishes to save from the darkness she had pulled herself out of. Yet she is not a morbid person who locks themselves up and isolates themselves.
Tsurino is a loyalist. Now within a position she finds is suitable she wants to abolish the men who ruined the childhood of herself and the people she is dear to. Yet Tsurino has not strayed away from the Kaguya creed all together. She does what she is told, ordered to do by people she respects and follows willingly. This has made her cold towards many aspects of life. She does not shiver or shy away from the use or the sight of blood or pain of suffering when she has been accustomed to it since she was a child. Tsurino is a rather organized person, taking to cleaning up certain messes of those few she cares about.
Yet despite her open and dark red lighted past Tsurino has no reason to hide anything from anyone. Her dark skeletons in the closet are what makes her who she is, she sees no reason to hide them. Though she may be reserved, if asked right out about something often she will not lie unless given incentive to. This is simply because, as a child she lied almost every day of her life. the act itself is as easy as breathing to her, though anyone who knew her today would not have guessed. She is honest about the world, often coldly so with a bleak outlook on the current state of the world.
As she is honest about her personality, her secrets she is also honest about her body. being a Kaguya she was accustomed to not wearing much, this has continued to her adulthood. Tsurino has never been shy about the human form and never will be. She knows she is beautiful and accepts it without flaunting or pride. There is no honor in being prideful of something you are born with, it was not achieved and so her beauty to Tsurino is like the color of her hair. Something she has and nothing more. This often leads to confusion when some people are more modest when she does not care in the slightest nore understands peoples odd need to cover up what each human has (to her the human body is nothing new, so why freak out so much about it.). Though Tsurino is by no means flirtatious. The fewer people in her life that mean something to her gives her more stability. Less chance to be wounded emotionally by the black market which still seeks her to this day.

Description: The first level in the art of endurance accessible to those who have undergone intensive training. The possessor of this talent has an increased endurance of 20% which makes them slightly tougher. They can withstand greater damage that could otherwise stun them in pain, and continue fighting.
Name: Clan Prodigy Rank: C Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a innate talent for the manipulation of clan based techniques and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the the clans abilities has become so considerable that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy by the clan elders. Because of this, the user's clan based attacks are 20% more destructive with their increased power and size.
Name: Evasiveness Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: None. Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their ability in more advanced evasive maneuvers which serves the purpose of avoiding enemy attacks. The survivability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips and dodging basic forms of physical attacks by reading an enemies movement.
THE BACKGROUND.

Broken Promises:
You won’t regret it. She would be a burden, hated, and cast out and you don’t want something like her for a child.
Tsurino never understood what those men would say to convince her parents that she was a trouble. If she thought about it, perhaps then she could understand their reasoning for selling her, though she would have to think really hard. They were trying to hide who they were, two escaped members of the Kaguya clan just wanting to survive under the radar, just wanting a normal life where they were not hated or cast out. They changed their looks, removed tattoos and cloaked themselves in lies to create this new life for themselves. That new life would be shattered by Tsurino’s presence. She was a little girl with the rare gene that caused all the bloodshed in the first place.
They couldn’t possibly want something that could ruin their sought after peace. So when rumors began to spread of a Kaguya child living in the high mountains, men came to their doorstep. They did not approach them with fire and hate but with manipulative smiles and people who could do the dirty work for them if they refused. Tsurino was three years of age then, clinging to her mother’s leg looking up at the men who eyed her like one would eye fresh meat. Her tiny heart shook as they spoke to her parents. She didn’t understand what they were talking about. What the men were asking, what they were offering large sums of money for.
She was rare in this day and age, exotic. Because of her rare traits she was sought after by many for her looks, and abilities. Even as a child they knew Tsurino would grow up to be beautiful. She contained abilities that would have gone to waste in some cottage in the mountains. Tsurino didn’t understand what Kaguya’s were, why people feared them or why they were rare in the first place. All she knew was the moment she was grabbed by that man Tsurino would never see her parents again. She didn’t understand that she was just sold for a large sum of money, or what would become of her. She only knew that her mother was pushing her away now, picking her up and handing her to the man that smelled like alcohol and salt.
”Good good, you won’t regret this, don’t worry. No mistakes, she would never get along in the outside world anyway. Killed in a day, we will give her life.
She couldn’t kick and scream enough for the man to let her go. Her tiny body could only wiggle helplessly in his arms as she struggled to get back to her mother and father. Her mother was sobbing after all, and her father didn’t look as he hugged her. Tsurino wouldn’t understand until she was older what they had done to her, she wouldn’t understand that they abandoned her. Her parents sold her into a sect of the black market tailored to fulfilling people’s needs, and whatever those needs entail where it be business or pleasure money could buy you anything. Tsurino learned quickly that what her parents had done was unforgivable. They abandoned their only child for a life of peace.
Killing her would have been kinder.
She was carried from the high mountains where she had lived to a ship waiting in the harbor. After this long of a walk her tiny body couldn’t handle crying and struggling to so long and she collapsed on the man’s shoulder sobbing and hitting him weakly. The harbor was always a place Tsurino was told to avoid, there were dangerous men there. They were right. She couldn’t even stifle a sob when she began hearing other men start to talk about he, grabbing her chin and looking at her face.
”She’s a cute little thing ain’t she. Damn look at those eyes.”
Oh yes, she’ll sell for top dollar when we get her fixed up.”
”So she’s 100% to eh? Kaguya’s like that are hard to come by. Half-bloods just don’ have the bone structure. She’ll have to play er’ part, you gonna play good little girl?”
”Oh we’ll train her right.”
Tsurino was finally dumped onto the deck of a large ship. Frightened she tried to run but the man who had bought her held onto her tiny hand tightly. “I am your daddy now.” He smirked down at her, pulling her along as though she was a rag doll. Too scared to object she followed him tears streaming down her face. Tsurino was lead to one of the the storage rooms, and set up on a large table, her little legs hanging off the sides. Before she could squirm though, her new father figure Shou brought in another man. Gripping her chin he turned her face over brushing the snowy locks from her face.
”No tattoo’s. Usually they are tattooed at birth. “
”They wanted a regular life. Too bad they aren’t regular or it wouldn’t have mattered. Can you fix her?”
”Yeah she’ll look the part. Gimmie…three…maybe four hours in my chair.”
Tsurino’s eyes shut tightly and she squirmed away from the bony man’s fingers as he poked and prodded at her body, hairline and eyes, laughing and throwing his sour breath in her face. Pulling open her eyes the man laughed loudly making her flinch and cover her face in her hands.
”Oh my look at those eyes, you struck gold with this one. I’ll get her fixed up, looking like she should in no time flat.”
”Good we will need her to show off in a couple of days. Don’t fuck around giving her what she doesn’t need. We just need her to look the part she is.”
Tsurino quivered on the table looking between the two now. She wanted to run home. Off this ship and away from these scary men. Nothing they said made sense to her, all she knew was that she was frightened and wanted to go home. That wouldn’t happen though. Within ten minutes Tsurino was strapped to a chair. He was kind enough to knock her out before-hand. She had begun kicking and screaming again. She was woken up, hours later, her hair parted differently, her face aching and now a scarlet bead hung from her soft white hair. She was shook awake by Shou, the same man who took her away and he told her she was a Kaguya, and this is how Kaguya always look, that she would be trained like a Kaguya, she would learn everything about being a Kaguya, and that people were going to love her.
She wouldn’t understand most of what he was saying until she was older. What her role was supposed to play. Tsurino was sold to the sect that catered to pleasure and fantasy. When she would be old enough she would be hired for a plethora of reasons she did not have a choice in. She could be an exotic dancer, an assassin, a lover it did not matter if they were paid enough money. She would spend the next few years of her life, training to be any and all of those things though never understanding what she was training for. Unlike her parents Tsurino took pride in her lineage and bloodline. She was taught to be proud of who she was and to never even for a moment try to hide what she was. Hours were spent learning their History, their brutal slaughter and their conquest to create Kirigakure in the first place. It was up to her to uphold the honor that the Kaguya once had. And it was because of her into this life but how weak they had been. How they could turn their back on their family in so many ways. She didn’t know who she then hated more. The men who stared at her like they were enjoying a good meal, or the weak couple that scarred themselves to remove the tattoo’s on their forehead and to sell their only daughter. Tattoo’s she was told to wear with pride.
Delicate Flower:
She could not remember the age when she was first abused both physically or sexually. It was painfully young. Only a few years after she became a resident of the sect she now found herself a part of. Right away however Tsurino knew she was different from other children her age. While many little girls her own age were beaten, bruised and hardly dressed Tsurino was always kept clean, well dressed. She was constantly shown off like a pearl. When she wasn’t being put on display for possible buyers she was spitting blood, the training for her Kaguya techniques were both painful on the body and painful on the mind. She was hammered in with knowledge of how to act, what to do. Tsurino was subjected to open tortures and excitations to harden her. She would become their dog. And behind the curtains she was treated like one.
She couldn’t remember her age, but she could never wash her tiny body enough times to rid his scent from her skin, or remove the sounds from her ears. She was still so young, he could lift her with one arm. She had hardly gone to his hip. Pleading and crying he left her in her room, crumpled and broken clinging to what shreds of clothing she had left. She was too distraught, to frightened and in pain to hear the exchange of gold take place in the hallway. Her whole body was shaking for days. But the man did not leave. From that moment on Tsurino was subjected to being sexually abused every other week. She had reached it, the point where she could start being shown off not as something they could only see but something they could taste, and touch.
Disagreeing was never an option. If Tsurino made any fuss, any word of how unwilling she was, no matter what sort of person bought her. She was severely beaten, though never in the traditional sense. No no the days where she was physically beaten came only during the long transitions where she was honed in the art of Kaguya dances, she was left with broken ribs to teach her to repair herself, and the strain on her skin from pushing the bones through her flesh. That was a pain she could see, she could wear in the form of bruises or cuts.
No the first time she refused she was seven. Clinging to the coat of the man who took her from her parents she shook her head staring back at the man six times here age smiling down at here. Her body felt sick, and she was shaking. ”Please don’t make me go with that man, I don’t want to.” She whispered her voice quiet. He said he was like her father now, but he gripped her shoulder tightly, to tightly and she let out a small whimper of pain.
”We will get her nice and ready for ye’.” He assured the man before leading Tsurino away by the shoulder. She hurried after him, glad to get away but she could not feel the anger, she did not see what an amazing liar this man was. He led her to a small room where the baths were. A tub of cold water stood in the center of the room. Without pausing he pushed her away from him and ordered she undress. Hesitating only for a moment she saw the fake kindness leave his eyes and she stripped down out of her clothing, It was something she was used to. People had seen her naked since she was five. Waiting for another order she assumed she was taking a bath, stepping into the water she waited to be told what to do. What she was not expecting was his hand, strong and vicious to grip the back of her head and force her underwater. Tsurino could not even gasp for breath before the bubbles swirled around her.
She could only struggle, but it did not matter. Her grip was slicked by the water and gradually she grew faint from lack of breath. Her heart pounded and she was pulled back just as her eyes began to roll back in her head. Being torn from the water quickly Tsurino gasped up a sob, hardly a breath before she was plunged back under. She was crying, screaming under the water. Until once more she couldn’t struggle and was pulled up, her vision blacking out her lungs hurt and she sputtered and coughed tears mixing with the water, his fingers pulled on her bruised scalp, knotting themselves in her pristine white hair.
”You embarrass me like that again and I will leave you under this water. I will kill you do you understand?” He hissed in here ear, she could smell alcohol and tobacco but she was to Terrified, to out of breath to care, to frightened and cold, and in pain to respond. So when he shook her again, forced her face near the water she screamed and begged to not go under, she understood. She understood everything she wouldn’t disobey. Anything to not go under the water again. Then he left her cursing loudly as he slammed the door leaving her in the pool. Minutes later a bitter woman with a towel forced her to dry off and get dressed. Telling Tsurino how if she even hinted to what happened she would upset the customer and then be right back here. The idea terrified her, so when she was walked out of the bathhouse, she sucked in tears and was lead to the man’s room, acting like nothing had happened at all.
She was water boarded so it would not look like she was being abused. Tsurino was not able to scream, not able to wear the bruises, she was not allowed to shy away. Because of this new form of punishment Tsurino was corrected, she never resisted a patron. She hardened herself to what she was forced to do, blocked it from her memory, though she couldn’t hide from what she was subjected to on a regular basis. Her body was growing up, as it did more patrons wanted her. She was their pear in the rough of used and abandoned. Their prized bell flower conditioned by fear and abuse to obey without a word. She became a fair creature who would do anything she was asked. Her dances became well known for their entertainment on the surface, yet in the shadows these very dances were used to slaughter men and women who ran from the sect. She became everything they ever wanted her to be, everything her Clan fought against. She became a dog on a leash. Doing anything and everything for the sake of her dark master. Inside, Tsurino closed herself off from the world. She became a cold shell used by the people of this twisted world, they meant nothing to her, nobody did.
Red moon:
During this time, the life left her eyes. All that remained in her heart was hatred. Hatred for her parents for giving her this life for some safety – she hoped the sect double crossed them, killed them in the night. She hoped they had slaughtered them quickly and brutally like she was now ordered to do to others. Now twelve years old Tsurino could hardly remember her parents. All she knew now was the sect, the black market and the people within. She knew the ship inside and out as well as the many courtesan lofts she spent her days locked away in. Life was corrupted and rotten wrapped in glamorous silk. Girls her age in the black market hated Tsurino for her beauty. She was favored above all others for her breed, embodied with all the traditional markings of the Kaguya, the red eyeliner around her eyes became tattooed so it would never leave or fade, she would be the very embodiment of the Kaguya’s beauty whether she liked it or not. Gradually however, she couldn’t handle it. Tsurino hated the horrid men taking advantage of her, and the fear that if she refused she would be plunged underwater over and over again until she was half dead laying on the ground throwing up water and shaking to her very core. She began to hate everyone around her. It was only once she began to seek out the stories of her clan’s legacy did she know she was part of something greater. The Kaguya were not always people used as dogs. They were a people who fought, brutally for their freedom, for their peace. It was a freedom her parents were willing to sell to keep.
She had to fight for her freedom to. She was a honed weapon and her owners had no idea how deadly a creature they had created. It would be months before Tsurino snapped, out in the bay she walked around the deck feeling a rock forming in her stomach as a man approached her. Often people would not come onto the ship unless they wanted to be very secretive about their affairs. This man was secretive, a patron she was forced to know well. A man she hated, and the first man to ever touch her.
He should have left her alone, perhaps he was drunk. Touching her shoulder was the first mistake, her soft skin glowed in the moon light and he hadn’t paid for her. She swatted his hand away effortlessly, holding back the urge to lash out at his jugular. ”Today is my day off. You should go bother somebody else.” She replied coolly to him. It was true, and to let her body heal she needed at least one day off. But he was smug and rich, and drunk and wanted her. No he gripped her forearm tightly and pulled her in front of him.
”Now that is no way to treat an old friend. Don’t forget, I own half of you. I’ve given your pimp father enough money to drown himself in. So he wouldn’t mind if a sneak a taste.”
He whispered in her ear and Tsurino felt sick, remaining silent he continued, groping at her waist. “Don’t forget Bell~ I made you a woman. I can make you my bitch any time I want. You have to do what I say I own you.”[/i] He grabbed her ass and she knew she was done. Tsurino looked straight into his eyes as a sharp bone pierced his chest. Her dual colored eyes glared back at him. She didn’t say a word, but something clicked within her. She was a Kaguya, she was not a toy, she was not to be on some pedestal. Nobody could react fast enough, she was in a haze of red as he fell to the deck and she lunged at the closest person. Years of training pounded through her. She was a machine, fueled by hate and rage at herself for taking it for so long and at the slavers for forcing it on her, for taking her away from a life of peace. Everything she became a monster, something they could no longer control. It was so surprisingly, so vicious many did not even know what to do when Tsurino jumped at them. They hardly had a chance, her skin was cut but she tore them to shreds. Living up to every stereotype for the Kaguya style.
The ship was utterly destroyed, the mast, shattered and crashed into the desk, smashing through and rupturing the hull. Tsurino lit fires, wielding only her bones and whatever weapons she could get her hands on. Soon the water and fire mixed together with the blood no one could tell which direction was up. She didn’t know who she killed, who was alive and who was dead. As she knew was that she had to get out, forced from the ship she clung to barrels or pieces of wood. The girl was never taught how to properly swim and the thought of being tossed underwater brought horrid images to her mind. So she clung to the wood in the churning tides surrounding Kirigakure.
New Slate:
Tsurino woke washed ashore on the mainland to Kirigakure. Time passed between the ship incident and when she awoke Tsurino did not know. How she survived she would never know. All that mattered was that she had, and she was alive. Disappearing quickly Tsurino ran into the village realizing she had a huge conflicting problem. The shadows held people who knew her, people who wanted her dead, or worse. But outside, in the world she was never shown was a life that was crisp, clean and apathetic. The Kaguya was not sought after in this life, they were feared.
It did not matter though, soon Tsurino found how to life in the limbo between both worlds, she found new clothes. Joined the Ninja Academy to sharpen her skills and found a small house on the outskirts of the village as far away from the harbor as she could afford. She was alone, but it was a life she was comfortable with. Still however people avoided her, unlike other Kaguya that achieved peace through hiding their tattoo’s, dying their hair and fundamentally ignoring their heritage. Tsurino continued to wear her Tattoo’s, fair skin and white hair with pride. She did not hide who she was; lying was never something she wanted to do ever again. Her old life was over, that part of her was dead and she would rather die than go back. Still however scars never fade, she was known by her face along the market, even as she grew older. She would receive threats, and soon she realized and accepted that they would never fully want here to leave the life she had, the life she cut herself from. People don’t leave the sect. It was something uncommon, and in her case it was vicious and bloody. From then on she was on guard. Waiting for the moment they would try to come for her again. Training so she could maintain her new way of life and promising herself that if a day came she had children, she would protect them with here life.
From this point she enrolled into the academy, finding a banishment due to her clan bloodline. Nobody was used to seeing a Kaguya back along the streets that wasn't slipping into the darker recesses of Kirigakure. Through the years she grew up, and found more about herself. about what she wanted to do with her life. Bringing her to this point in her life.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either their right or left arm to create a short, hilt-less bone sword. Since they can increase and compress the density of their bones, they can make the sword harder than steel. The user can modify and pull out their own spinal column to use as a flexible chain staff, regrowing a new spine to replace the removed one. The protrusions on the vertebrae are modified to make them stronger and sharper. Chakra Cost: 4CP
Name: Karamatsu no Mai | Dance of the Larch Rank: C Type: Weaponry - Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Clan: Kaguya Description: Karamatsu no Mai is a technique used by the members of the Kaguya clan. The user uses this jutsu to create a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over their body. These spines appear to be branches off their pre-existing skeletal structure rather than completely new bones. The user is even able to grow these bones at an extremely rapid rate so they can stab an opponent even as they are growing. They can even use them to block or trap an opponent's strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes them basically untouchable at close range. Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones regenerate after release, this technique can be used in succession. Chakra Cost: 5CP per 5 fingers.
Name: Yanagi no Mai | Dance of the Willow Rank: B Type: Weaponry - Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Clan: Kaguya Description: Yanagi no Mai is a technique used by the members of the Kaguya clan. To perform this dance, the user grows several long bone blades from their body for use as weapons. Though they primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of their hands, they also uses several secondary bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counter strikes. The user can also extend their bones to attack his opponents without having to adjust their own movement. Chakra Cost: 10CP (Additional 3CP Per Post)

Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Seiryou Nami - Cool Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Onnetsusei Nami - Thermal Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Kisoku Kuchidashi - Airway Interference Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will focus chakra to their hands and release it to either the throat, in order to loosen the air ways, or the chest, in order to help the lungs expand. This will help the user or the patient breathe easier. A bastardized use of this technique causes the airways to constrict making it much harder for the target to breath. This technique lasts one post without continuous contact. Chakra Cost: 6 [3CP for continuous use]
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8, B: 13.
Name: Ningen Sukiningu Shuhou - Human Skinning Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts. Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post), B: 12CP (4 per post), A: 20CP (6 per post)
Name: Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Chakra Cost: 10 (Additional 3CP Per Post)
Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required. C and B rank poisons may be removed via this technique. A-rank and S-rank poisons will be negated for 3 posts via this technique, but on the fourth will become active again. Chakra Cost: 13
Name: Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Changing the chakra in the user's hand into an electricity, the user can create an electric field to disrupt her/his targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the user can use the field to disrupt her/his targets ability to move. What results are commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body. Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: 5m Element: N/A Description: Tsurino uses the weight and force of her opponent, well placed footing and a small burst of chakra allowing her to turn quickly around her opponent , rolling along their side to their back in a fluid movement as though she became a blur making this hard to anticipate or avoid. Name: Honehibi -Bone crack Rank: C-B Type: Taijutsu Range: Self Element: N/A Description: Tsurino will concentrate a small amount of chakra to a part of her body that is used in a defining blow to the opponents body. This attack is aimed at the person's bone structure so the bones under the skin will crack or fracture from the blow (Note: This cannot be done to the spine unless used at B rank). At B rank The intended bones will splinter rather than crack making repairs long, painful and tedious with the possibility of permanent damage. Chakra Cost: 6CP (C rank), 10 (B rank)

Name: Tsuwari no mai - Cascade of Troubles Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m~5m) Element: N/A Description: This technique is modified from her clan technique Tsubaki no mai. which uses a weapon (Kunai, bone, stick, hand, foot ect) of any kind to attack the opponent with a skilled series of sharp cuts and blinding combo's that are difficult to avoid. Name: Teshi shingai - Drilling tooth Rank: C Type: Weaponry - Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Clan: Kaguya Description: Teshi Shingai is a technique based on Tenshi Senden the technique used by the Kaguya to fire small bones from the Kaguya's fingertips. This tenique remains the same at it's essence. Though Tsurino has adapted a way to shoot these bullets not from her fingers but her mouth using her teeth. This technique fires fire bullets (five teeth) from her mouth in succession and would have the appearance as though she is spitting. Chakra Cost: 5CP per 5 teeth.
Name: Teshi kujiku - Shattered Heavens Rank: C Type: Weaponry - Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Clan: Kaguya Description: This technique is an adaptation of the Kaguya Technique Tenshi Senden. The Technique uses the same basis of shooting bones from the users fingers. However these bullets are altered, they are more porous so they shatter upon impact creating shrapnel or a "scatter shot" (Think, buckshot from a shotgun). This shards of bone are razor sharp and cut at the opponent. these, like Tenshi Senden can be fired in rapid succession. Chakra Cost: 5 CP five per finger

Name: Jinsei Hirate: Electric Palm Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: Concentrating Raiton energy to her palms Tsurino can produce an electric shock with her palms in order to re-start a heart. This technique can be used offensively as well producing a potent shock to the body that can throw them back with a sever feeling of tingling through their extremities. If this technique is used directly on a heart which has not stopped beating it can cause the heart to skip and become rapid resulting in a heart attack. Chakra Cost:

They can be incredibly inconvenient, Tsutsubell, especially for users without the luxury of lots of RAM, fast Internet, or even an environment in which sudden music isn't an imposition. So in general we'd consider it a courtesy to leave the option to each user c: Thank you for cooperating
