Description: Countless hours, days, weeks and even months of lifting weights, muscle stretching, exercise and pure raw-power training has built the shinobi’s strength to something comparable to an animal. These ninja are so talented in strength, they can lift objects of equal weight to the themselves, and strike with the ferocity of one and half of their peers. This boost is usually enough to cause serious damage to an enemy with a mere punch or kick; sometimes even fracturing or breaking a bone if struck in the right spot.

Okashi was born within the Fire country most valuable and known villages. That being Konohagakure or village hidden in the Leaf. Though unlike other Inuzuka of his family he was raised by two other Inuzula was were simply thrown out from their own clan. Known to be traitors, and spies though not necessarily known to be true both his father and mother were thrown out of the village. For years with Okashi as a baby, and only their dogs as companions they traveled long miles, and dusty rodes in hopes to being assisted and be allowed on a village where they can legally be free without the need of being a shinobi to live life. First off they stopped at the village hidden in the mist. Where they weren't really discriminated against but their powers were used against those they loved Konoha even though they were kicked out of there. The village used them for spying, for tracking and even trying to gather information from them on whatever they know about the village and its leaders. Of course they would refuse and their lack of help would go with punishing. Years they lasted this. Okashi was now about 7 years old, yet he seemed to have never had a stable life. His mother as well as his father constantly being beaten almost to death and if he tried to jump in there was no say what would they do to him. He would only wait and struggle to keep himself back from getting harmed just like his parents would tell him to do. They both wanted Okashi to live free and find a place where he can make the life they both couldn't.

It wasn't so long after when Okashi had gotten his own animal companion. His instincts had begun to show while his own body began to develop. His body was taking on new shapes, not to say his own height. He was starting to become a man. And the blood that he had seen by this time had only made him understand that life as a ninja was only about killing. Begin raised in the land of waves the boy took on different personality. Each matching Kirigakure's most wanted crimminals. His heart had become dark, while his appearance had only changed for the worst. He was starting to look like death himself and the constant fighting for his life was not helping nearly one bit. He was about 10 years old when he had decided to stand against his own comrades. His life didn't matter at the moment. And while his parents were still alive, they held no courage to stand against those who punished them daily. Whether they died or not, to Okashi didn't mattered. Their heart was dead as it was right now so dying would only be a way of helping their very soul. In a dark night the young man began to take matters into his own hands. Deciding he would stand against the people from the mist. His parents refused and apparently tried to stop his actions. Though the young Inuzuka could not listen to reasoning no more. His mind was swallowed by so much darkness it could not be helped. His hand raised, with kunai in hand and looked both of his parents. His crimson red eyes gleaming in the dark room. The parents did not fought back instead allowed him to do as he wished. Blood splattered against the walls, and the room fully tainted in the red rose colors. The boy would easily wait there. Covered and bathed on the blood of his own parents as the Kiri ninja would make his way.

The day had come when Kiri ninja had finally approached the house in search of rent for letting the Inuzuka family stay within their grounds. The front door opened slowly as a small creaking noise encased the whole area. The place was dark, only filled by the stench of the two dead bodies and the dried up blood on the falls and the body of the young man. The individuals quickly rushed inside and saw what happened hoping to find the cause for the death of these two canine folks. Their sights were then redirected at a corner of the room. The red eyes of the young man still shining on the dark. "Hey you! Did you do this?! The Kiri ninja shouted at the boy but in a sudden amount of time the person that was just there dispersed in a cloud of smoke. The ninja quickly shouted and got out of the house quickly beginning the search of the murderer. Dogs, and even tracker ninja sent after a single kid and his animal companion. The kid's plan? To lure them farther and farther from their own village and slowly make his own attack. The boy spent days, using his canine abilities and sense of smell. Smelling out any close and nearby opponent while hiding his own chakra. Then when the time came, he would make his attack. Slaughtering those whom stood alone in the forest, or simply using nature to slaughter a whole team of Kiri ninja. It was all falling according to plan. That is until the boy could no longer fight no more. His chakra completely gone the boy passed out in the middle of a fight around the land of Iron. The boy was taken just a little far out from the country and there he was punished. He was not taken hostage, instead he was left for dead. With a slit throat, and his veins cut out in both wrist the boy was left to bleed in the forest. Though there was still one living being around. His companion whom struggled to watch as it all happened and as just a single pup managed to carry the body of the young man all the way to the land of clouds.

As they both reached the land of clouds, Okashi half dead because loss of blood was taken to the nearest hospital. There he was taken care off and after days of pure surgeries and using medical techniques to sew up the wounds on his neck as well as his wrist the boy managed to live on. His eyes slowly opening in the hospital room, standing next to him his animal companion and other doctors. "Where am I? Who are you people? The young man said frightened and began to struggle to get up from the bed but his efforts were useless and soon enough he would drop unconscious. This would happen again and again for the next few days until he managed to recover completely. "It seems he lost all his memories pup." The doctor who was in charge of taking care of him said to the young man's animal companion. The pup simply growled at the doctor and continued to watch the kid in case he would get up anytime and acknowledge him and he did got up but never really noticed the reason as to why a dog was always following him everywhere.

Due to his age and able ness to deliver in combat situations the young man after spending years of training by a certain person within the villages high rank. He was introduced to the ranks of the village fully becoming a full blown genin able to take on missions to earn his own pay.

Description: By manipulating wind chakra around the fists/legs the user will create small currents of slicing wind that will circle around the user's hand and legs. These gale of winds will quickly rotate along the fist and legs, providing for offensive purposes. Though it does have its cutting abilities, its real purpose its to give somewhat of a pull effect on the opponent when they are close enough to be punched or kicked. At D rank the jutsu only works as the normal wind technique, for its cutting abilities and the user will actually have to make contact for the winds to do some damage. Though at D rank the winds will only generate a weak winds, thus only creating small cuts much like that of a kunai gracing the skin. At C rank the gust of winds will begin to get more powerful thus having another ability of its own in one technique, meaning its has the ability to rotate faster and cant only give cutting effects but it can also give a slight pull of the opponent's body part targeted. Meaning that if the user happens to miss his taijutsu attack, while using this technique at a C rank or higher level the wind will simply create a sucking effect and pull him towards the attack if its as close as 1inch from the fist. And though the punch will miss, the wind will slightly adjust the targeted area by a simple pull and use its cutting abilities to injure his opponent by making mild cuts. At B rank the winds will become stronger and slightly spread around the hand. The winds will take on a higher speed, thus able to create a stronger sucking effect on the opponents body if as close as to 2 inches to the fist. The wind though cannot fully pull at the opponent to a point where they cant pull away it does have its effect and if gotten as close as 2 inches to the fist the wind will cut the skin of the opponent, leaving slightly deep wounds, enough force someone until the point it needs stitching. (Note: Keep in mind that the opponent might be bigger, or strong enough to pull himself away from the pull. And clearly the jutsu will take a more stronger effect if the attack was a direct hit to begin with. The sucking effect, pretty much works only when the user misses an attack.)

This jutsu slightly enhances the user's speed by a mere 1.1x while in use. The jutsu itself will remain in tact until Gatsuuga is used. Considering it takes all the wind around the user created by this technique and focus it around themselves to spin rapidly. Once Gatsuuga hits its target, the wind itself upon contact will disperse and fade away. Though if not used immediately, the jutsu last for about 3 posts.
