Seoul is a tall person, being about six feet tall, even though that is not extremely tall for most people. Seuol has red hair, which is a little bit short, and is styled a little messy, as if he just rubbed his hand through it. His hair comes down a little lower on the sides, which cups his face rather nicely. His eyebrows are also white, which match his hair, which is a sign that the hair color is natural. His eyes are a little smaller than most eyes, and slightly more squinted on the sides, near the ears. The eyes are a stunning ruby red color, and have a quiet determination in them. He has a chiseled chin, showing not only age, but manliness.

Seoul has very broad shoulders, which are kind of small, but wide and toned. Years of training with various weapons and being a blacksmith strengthened his shoulders, adding muscle tone to them. His arms are the same way, but are not very big. They are toned however, and look very muscular when he flexes them. His hands are very sturdy, with callouses on them from intense work, and they also have quite a bit of scars on them, from various battles. He will also often wear a glove on his left hand, and have prayer beads wrapped around his right forearm and held in his hand.

Seoul's chest is a little wider than most, and his pectoral muscles are very well defined, and so are his abs. Seoul's midsection has well defined muscles, that look as though he himself was sculpted out of stone, rather than flesh. He has eight highly defined, highly visible abs, along with the muscles on the sides slightly showing. His midsection is only slightly covered by a robe that flows over his body, which looks more like a jacket, but doesn't have a zipper or buttons, or anything to clasp it together in the middle. He has a bellybutton that goes in instead of out., not really a need to know, but oh well.

Seoul's jacket is more of a white and black cloak, which has a hood, and flows down to his knees. The jacket has red strips, outlined with gold, that usually borders parts of the cloak, such as the lining of the hood. This border also separates the top and bottom half of the cloak, the top being whit, and the bottom being black. The cloak has other little designs on it, all in gold, that are on his chest, and a red design on top and back of the hood that resembles the horns of a demon. He also wears a special belt buckle that he has kept with him since his childhood.

Seoul's lower body is not a very stellar in the looks department, because it is a simple pair of monk pants, that cover a little bit of the top of his shoes. The pants have a small golden border on the bottom, which is wider, covering the shoes. His shoes are simple leather shoes, that have actual golden plates on them, with a large gem on the center of them. Overall, he looks slightly holy in nature, as if he is a traveling monk, which is how he got the nick name.

Personality: Seoul is a very mysterious person, as no one else seems to ever be able to accuratly guess what he's thinking about. He often keeps to himself, however while he is often anti social when it comes down to it he can become very loud. That is only when he actually gets worked up, which doesn't happen often. Because he grew up pretty much worshipping his father, he became obbsessed with making sure that in every situation there was always justice. This would later lead him into getting into a lot of trouble, as he was known as a very idealistic man. He was simply up until the point when you asked him what he thought was the right thing. This often leads him into getting into arguements with people that believe in something that he doesn't. He is very compassionate, and he believes that although the life of a civilian is precious, so is village security.

On the days where he happens to be a lone, with pretty much no responsibilities he often likes to take a trip down to the sands or outside of Suna in the woods to better get in touch with nature. When this happens, he usually goes out there because of it being peaceful. He will go out there, usually meditating. Whenever someone breaks his solitude, or as he likes to call it, his 'me time.' Seoul will become very angry, although typically around most people he won't show his anger, only state that he was upset. That is one trait that he is known for, he always is calm even when he is betrayed or anything in that nature. When he is disappointed, he'll act calm as ever, however this is only an illusion. In some cases when someone disappoints him he will act calm to them, however it is more than likely that he kills them. That is because he hates when people are weak. He would be considered a strong leader but doesn't exactly have the best track record with morals.

Because of that, a lot of people don't approve of him in the village. It isn't that he is necessarily brutal, it's the simple fact that not a whole lot of people trust him however if it was one thing that they do know it is that he is powerful, and whether or not it's in a negative or positive way he is decently wise. One of the main positive things that Tenrai possesses, a trait that would make him a very good leader is the fact that he is usually able to prepare for any possibility. Any out come that is possibly in a situation he does very well at reading, this is because he is a particularly good strategiest when it comes to leadership.

There have been some points where Seoul has been known to judge based on compassion rather than logic, but those times are very rare. He often believes that Suna needs to be stronger as a village, and that they should stop making compromises with the smaller villages, and they should stop giving people power that may turn into an enemy later down the road. Seoul with every decision he makes he is always looking out for the village which is his way of showing that he is loyal. Sometimes he will carry out missions without the Kazekage knowing, doing the dirty work for the village so that it can stay strong.

Primate Summoning Contract: Due to the great bond that the primates and the Yamazaru clansmen have summoning is a lot more easy and is used more frequently. Clansmen sign the contract with the primates when they are young and it is sealed within the Shokyou Seal on their stomach. This means the clansmen doesn't have to summon the primates through a scroll or tattoo all they need to do is form the monkey handseal and the summon seal will form anywhere the summoner wishes able to summon a primate anywhere at anytime with ease. Experienced clan members don't have to form any seals at all. Clan members are able to summon any primate that they wish as the contract covers all species of primates that exist in the world. This ranges from monkeys, apes, gorilla's, Chimpanzee's, Orangatang, lemur's etc etc.

Kekkei Genkai:

Animal Sealing: Long ago, the Yamazaru clan members sealed traits and abilities of specific animals which they studied on their travels with a special type of seal. They place these fuuinjutsu seals on every clansmans body in different areas to usually replecate the ability which it possess. These seals, ultimately, when released by the user combine both the clansmens chakra with the animals ability which is sealed within the seal, in order to link the seperate animal trait/ability to the user. The ability is able to temporarily allow the user to gain the trait/ability that is sealed within the secret fuuinjutsu of the clan.

Shukyou Seal:
This is the most famous seal within the Yamazaru Clan and is the most complecated and powerful that they have created. Due to a new law within the clan all new born babies must have this seal placed on them before the first week of life. The seal is placed on the newborns stomach and it is large, taking up the whole stomach. The Shukyou Seal combines both the clansmens mind adn chakra with the primate species as the Yamazaru clan has a bond with the primates. This links their neurons together allowing them to have a complete bond. The seal is ultimately an advanced form of the Animal Sealing method as the primate elders combined with the clansmen allowing them to used secret fuuinjutsu techniques that allows the seal to have a vast amount of power in it, a lot more than i normal seal. The Shukyou Seal allows the clansmen to transform into ape hybrid giving them all the characteristics, behavior and abilties that a primate would have. Seeing as this seal is very complecated it is released in three forms:

1st Seal Release: This stage of the seal is active since being applied and allows the clansmen to gain the basic traits of a primate. The clansmen gains enhanced reflexes like a monkey able to move like a monkey with ease, they also gain an enhanced sense of smell and hearing stronger than any ninja hound.

2nd Seal Release: When this stage of the seal is released the outside decorated layer of the seal lights up a blue colour, the same as chakra activation. The clansmen's primal traits strengthen and they soon look more like a primate. Their hair will grow long down to their back, thier pupils will become smaller, they grow long sharp fangs, nails grow longer to a claw-like length, they grow long sideburns and their hair thickens and grows in length on their forearm all they way down to the back of their hand and on the tops of their feet. The most startling monkey trait they gain is that of a tail, a long tail grows from their tailbone. In this partial primate transformation they gain an even sharper sense of smell and hearing. They gain greater speed and strength and a superior climbing ability. In this state their balance and agility is greater then that of a monkey, combined with all their other trait increases they become very difficult to deal with.

3rd Seal Release: This is the final stage of the Shukyou Seal and when released both the black circle and the decorated edges of the seal light up the same blue colour. The clansmen now becomes a complete ape-human hybrid gaining more intense primate traits then in the 2nd seal. This is considered the most powerful stage of the seal seeing as it gives the user access to the greatest level of primal instinct and ape ability. In this stage the clansmen strength and speed is doubled along with their agility and balance. Their physical capabilities increase dramatically able to punch craters into the earth (2-3m radius) and move at increased speeds. Though the greatest asset in this stage is the unlocking of specific parts of the users mind. Primates are considered the most intelligent of all animals and when in this stage the clansmen gains the intelligence of that of a primate as well as a human. They gain wider perception of their surroundings able to react to situations quicker. It would appear to others that the clansmen moves at amazing speeds but they are only reacting to the oppositions movements faster. The genral knowledge and mental capacity of the user increases. But using this stage of the seal takes its toll and the clansmen can only be relieved of this stage if there chakra levels are completely exhausted. This seal can only be accessed by a clansmen of A rank or higher.

The user's pharyngeal slights within their neck will morph into gills, which will become visible on the outside of the neck. With this technique, the user will be able to breathe underwater, as well as still being able to breath above it. This technique also modifies the eyes slightly to give them a thicker coating, like a fish, so that the user can see well underwater, though this does somewhat impair the above water sight of the user. The user can use this technique for as long as they wish to sustain it, it can be cancelled at anytime.

Yamazaru, Seoul [Suna Genin] Yamazaru-clan-t47

The Yamazaru Clan is a long existing clan that has been around for many decades. Though not large in size or political standing the clan is well known thoughout the world for their expertise and knowledge in fuuinjutsu, animals and their love of nature. The clan first started nearly a century ago by group of young males and females who had a passion and love for animals. They travelled around the world studying animals all shapes and sizes, working out where they lived and their habitats, and how they co-exist with humans in the world. The clan members were not considered ninja but more researchers or scientists. They had a extensive knowledge of fuuinjutsu arts and this was another passion of theirs.

As time passed the members of this clan grew as they travelled through many foreign countries in search for new and exciting species of animals. The Yamazaru Clan for a long time never really settled down finding their roots, they were on the move constantly as they would find a area where animals existed and they would study them temporarily camping there for days or maybe weeks. But then once they gathered all the information they needed they soon departed again in search for a new adventure. The ability that the clan is most famous for would be their special Animal Sealing techniques which are unique to Yamazaru Clan members. With all the knowledge of animals studying their characteristics and abilities mixed with their vast knowledge of fuuinjutsu they started to create unique seals which were able to temporarily give a human the traits of specific animals.

These seals were enscribed onto members bodies and with a release of the seal the clan member would be able to use the abilities which were bestowed within the unique seal. This ability was one that the world had never seen before and had revolutionised the use of fuuinjutsu. Yamazura Clan members decided to keep it quiet and to not change anything about their behavior so they continued to travel around the world. But one day after a long and arduous trek up a remote mountain boarding the Fire Country they stumbled on a group of animals that they would eventually fall in love with and change their lives forever.

This mountain was a primate stronghold and it held all species of primates ranging from Gorilla to chimpanzee. This clan was amazed with the way these animals lived, their intelligence, strength, agility and speed mesmerized the Yamazaru clan members. They soon found out that the mountain was called Mt. Shukyou and it was were the primates had called home for centuries. They stayed for weeks even months just looking from afar experiencing something they had never seen before. Eventually they decided to contact the mighty beasts but they already knew of their presence, the mountain was sacred and they knew it like the back of their hand. The primates took the members in knowing of their love of all live and anything natural and after a while a bond formed between both man and beast.

The clan decided to set-up residence on this mountain and have lived on Mt. Shukyou for many decades. They live hand in hand with the primates and they have become one with the family. The clan is still small in size and they are allowed to venture off the mountain if they wish. But they are taught the sacred secrets and laws of the primate colony and would never break the trust that is bestowed to them and give away the secret location of the mountain. With the clans great fuuinjutsu abilties and eternal connection with the primates they created a seal which is to be sealed onto any newborn child's stomach when they are born into the clan. This seal is so secret that only clan members know how to create it. It gives the clan member everlasting bond with the primates allowing them to summon the primates at anytime without the need of long handseals or other summoning seals. But it also allows the member the ability of primates allowing them to morph themselves into a primate receiving access to all abilities and characteristics that they possess while still being a human.

Hand Sealing: Seoul over the year trained ability to perform hand seals with extreem accuracy and speed. This was achieved with the course of his life of constant training, practice, experimenting and determination.

Swordsman:through countless nights of training Seoul has mastered the art of the blade, he has made an almost unique bond with the type of weapon where it acts almost as an extension of his body, it hinders him not whatever position he might be in and can draw on a dime whenever there is the possibility of a threat. He has mastered the feel of swords that he can pick up a new sword and wield it as though he has used it his entire life.

Ambidextrous:
The character is equally adept at using either hand. Although ambidexterity is rare at birth, it can be learned. Most duelists spend their whole lives refining this talent

Battle Instinct: Seoul has to have good reflexes to deflect weaponry and taijutsu blows. He is flexible and is able to react like a light sleeping dog. His senses are as keen as they can get. He can hear the grass crunching under someone's feet and his sight is at his limit, allowing him to see fast moving objects(limited). He has to have a keen eye for incoming attacks and be able to react fast enough. This is a feat that most shinobi have but very few actually rely on there senses, instead they rely on jutsus and tactics.

Huge Lungs: Seoul was born with a birth defect that granted him naturally hugh lungs. These lungs allow Seoul to hold his breath 2x on average longer than the average shinobi. Granted he is ever trapped beneath water Seoul can hold his breath up to four post.

Animal Empathy
The character exudes a calming influence on animals. This is parshlybecause Torein clan himself looks like animal. Torein being parshly spider has an able ability to feel, sence, and understand animals due to his animal related genetics. He is seldom bitten or snarled at and animals immediately like him. If he abuses an animal, it will act confused before becoming aggressive.

Excellent Liar Trait
The character is extremely good at Lying, no one can read him even with the use of special mind probing jutsu or lie detectors. This unique trait is extremely useful. The only way to uproot a lie created is to prove it wrong; and even then the character may simply play the lie even more

Proficient Summoning

Destructive Lightning Thorns causes 5 foot thorns made of lightning jut from the user’s body and stab anyone nearby. These thorns do not shock the opponent unless the enemy is stabbed into them, thus saving energy and preventing global warming.

This move uses about mid level chakra and is very easy to keep going for awhile, if the user can mold and manipulate chakra with easier help.

Academy Student:
Seoul was born in Sunagakure, 11 years ago. He matured quickly, seeming to be 'older' than the other children of his age. His parents explained this as his 'adaptable nature' combined with having to learn to cope with the harsh conditions of her country. He took to the ideals and way of shinobi life, his parents eventually letting him join the academy aged 9.

It was there he made his first real friends, though only a handful of them. Seoul didn't mind, he preferred smaller groups of tightly-knit friends anyway. One of these friends was training to learn one of Sunagakure's specialist techniques - puppetry. Seoul was fascinated, and tried to learn all he could about it. He spent a month making a very simple puppet the show his classmates. Unfortunately, it broke as soon as one of them tried to use it, and Seoul was joked about across the class. At home, Seoul explained what had happened to his parents, who comforted him and told him he could always find a different skill. He told them about his favourite parts of the puppetry technique, one of which was the poisons they sometimes used. His father, a arconist suggested that he learn about flaming concoctions from him. Eager to learn something he might be good at, Seoul spent most of her free time learning the trade from hif father.

A month into this extra 'education', his father made a suggestion that Seoul was thrilled to hear. He had been doing some research, and reckoned it was possible to combine him newfound knowledge with shinobi skills and chakra, giving him a as yet undiscovered talent amongst his peers. He continued with his Father's lessons, but found time to train with his mother too. Seoul forsook a social life for the best part of a year, and her grades dropped in the academy. At 12 years old, he was near the bottom of the class. However, by this time he had a handle of his talent, and was ready to begin again with her shinobi training.

He impressed the academy teachers with his determination and progress, though they were unaware of his talent in ninjutsu that was being fostered at home. By the time he was ready to take the exam, she was able to create fllames internally, mimicking those he had learned to make with his father in her herbalist lessons. In the academy exam, he surprised his teammates and sensei by revealing something he had developed himself. His special puppet caught the Jounin unawares and the team managed to succeed over their weakened opponent in the set task. He graduated the academy with full support from his teachers. Even now, very little is known about the extent of his talents.

Hmmm, What ranked medical jutsu may I have with a jounin???

[I don't like the idea of you being able to use Emotion Thermostat until you're chuunin/jounin. I want a second opinion on that.]

I think Incarnation of Hell:- You should be extremely weak against water based jutsu and slightly weaker against lightning based jutsu. Please add this into you're KKG. Also, if this isn't a clan jutsu it means you'll have it activated constantly, inwhich case you'll always be using chakra. So, i'd give it some sort of on/off switch or make it a jutsu if i were you.

Emotion Thermostat:- Lets face it, unless you're bored of you're character you're not going to allow him to overheat internally and die. I like that you can only maintane you're abillity for two posts. So, i think it only fair that you be allowed to use this abillity multiple times during a fight. For example, you activate the jutsu as for the next two posts you'll be hotter than hot sauce. On the third post the technique will end, leaving you weaker. This is what i call a cool down period, so lets say this cool down period last for the next three turns. You'll be fighting at 60%, 80% and on the final cool down post you'll be back to 100% normality. After that third post you'll be able to perform Emotion Thermostat once again? Sounds fair right?

Remove all of your Kenjutsus, Genins are not allowed to start with Jutsus which are not their specialty.

Fire Planes, that is too powerful for a D Ranked Jutsus. Little planes who can follow your opponent at will and then explode.....That would be at least B Ranked.

He is 12. His life is 12 years. You can’t even pick up a metal sword until 4. You’ve been wielding a sword for 8 years max. You’re not an expert, I refuse to allow this trait to be approved. He can be better than other swordsmen his age…. But he is not an expert.

Erased pinched nerves

I'm 14 now so i can be 6'0" (btw my cousin was 6'0" by the time he was 11) So it is possible to be that tall. and NO he doesn't have any birth defects and neither of his parents are that tall. He has been tested

Swordsman Dude 8 years or training with a blade a way too much training to master it. Within about two year you'll be better than most. Besides at the age of 4 you can weild light blades and before that you can weild simple knives and such for practice.

Handsealing same deal here 8 years of training ....yea hand sealing with one hand will become easy. no KKG will be needed for this either because this isn't a genetic skill. I can also pull up other app's with this same ability.

Alright...... so you didn't change anything and instead are arguing.

Only clans get Single handed hand signs. Meaning: You must be part of a clan who does that as one of their abilities. ESPECIALLY if it can be done at the same speed as a regular hand sign. That is how it is. End of story.

8 years as a child is NOT THE SAME as 8 years as an adult. Now it is 10 years, and I still say no to both.... you'll be better than children your age, but not those who have lived longer seen more live combat and have tested their skills on an adult level. You've got none of that, because your char is not an adult. End story.

Ok since only clans get the ability of one handed techniques why dont you go through all the app's and unapprove the ones with this ability....You have that power you know. It wouldn't be fair to me to be denied this ability while other have been granted it without being part of certain clan and such. Dude I'm already hated here enough as is and I'm trying to get back in the good gracious of staff here. Please don't make me act like the old me. I'm not trying to argue I'm just stating facts.

8 years of swordsman ship as a child is actually greater than 8 years as an adult because your raised to do this one thing and that is your main focus in life.

A sustained cost is an expenditure of chakra that is used each post simply to keep the jutsu in effect. Furthermore, I agree with the mod who responded to this thread before me in thinking it needs to be c or more realistically B ranked.

Personaly, i'd like this to be B rank at minimum, i don't think that's asking to much.

I'll do whatever i believe is justified and correct, no need for the attitude..

Here's the situation:-

From what i can remember i didn't have much to do with Kinu's app and i did bring up the Megami clan in the staff room. Which yes, i said i would and then did. With the staff inactivity i can't get the support needed. It's not my fult you're not approved, i posted a valid point in the staff room and got no response from other moderators or admin. I understand what you're saying, why should you do this when others haven't been asked to. But, again that's not my problem. If it was up to me i'd stop anyone from joining as a Megami until the clan information had been editted.
