Description:After performing the required handsigns the user places his hand on an object and from it creates a weapon of his desire. However the weapon he creates is as fragile as the item he used. For example if he used wood the weapon would be as fragile as a wooden sword. When using common metals they last longer and are stronger but still fairly weak. When using Steel it lasts as long as a normal weapon and is just as dangerous. When the user dispells the jutsu the item returns to its base form from what it was created from.

Sorry, but this site runs on EXP (Experience Points), and this is basically the currency for buying jutsu, weaponry, etc. etc. The only thing that can be trained for are summons and special characteristics, and the rest must be purchased using available funds. Now onto your Jutsu. I cannot approve this as it's essentially multiple advanced element manipulations rolled into one. Furthermore, your character doesn't have an affinity for any of these advanced elements. The only way I can see this working is if you changed it to only involve your character's elements.
