Whenever they're struck by physical attacks or similarly pressured maneuvers it will cause their bones additional strain of 20%. An attack that's meant to fracture bones may indeed break one of theirs, although the thicker the bone the harder this is to pull off naturally.

Description: As a child of this clan grows in Chakra control they develop a stronger aura, this aura is described in their KKG abilities. While using any clan Jutsu, it is this aura that they manipulate and send out, similar to the shadow of a Nara clan member. Therefore if the connection is broken, whatever the clan member was sending their freeze element to will be safe from harm. The aura that was sent out will be replaced shortly after as the clan member's Chakra is released to replace what was used. In other words the payment for a technique comes from the need to replace what came from the aura. While surrounded by this aura clan members do not feel external heat, this prevents them from being burnt by nearby fires or hot objects so long as they are not fueled by Chakra. Water that does not have Chakra will passively be turned into snow powder when entering the aura, effectively causing it to fall to the ground.
Kekkei Genkai: Freeze Element [One and only element clan members have.]
The freeze element is dominant and capable of freezing almost anything, whether it be physical or made of Chakra, the costs determine what can be frozen and the outcome is decided by what is frozen. However, due to the nature of how strong this element is it takes over any other natural affinity users may have. This means that the freeze element users do not possess any other elements, they must use basic Chakra or their custom freezing Jutsu. The freeze elemental users are naturally immune to the cold and freeze Chakra itself, they are also capable of turning ice into freeze Chakra. Fire itself can be frozen from the outside in if the user sends their element into it, this will cause the fire to be turned into snow powder, flying in whatever direction it was moving towards or simply falling to the ground if it were a normal burning fire. When Raiton is frozen it will turn into many intricate strands of ice, due to the many strands of Raiton that make up a lightning technique. The ice itself is very brittle and breaks upon impact with anything it touches, making it useless as an offensive technique after the deed is done. When wind Chakra is frozen it can still be dangerous, if it's a sharp wind it will become sharp ice although visible and incapable of being controlled by the wind user anymore, it will also bare weight and fall faster. If it's an impact wind it will be turned into snow powder and become relatively harmless.
Water is the easiest to freeze, considering that it is already capable of turning into ice naturally. When water Chakra is frozen it will turn into a snow powder, rather than becoming ice, this is due to the air within the water rapidly changing its substance as the process is completed. Solid earth is the main weakness of this clan, it cannot be frozen and it cannot be turned into powder, when facing it members are forced to use ingenuity. Every member of this clan suffers from a frailty that is developed due to their cold bodies, this forces them to avoid being struck at all costs. It would be fair to say a member of this clan suffer from being shorter than regular people due to a stunted growth, it is caused by the cold temperature that surrounds their body at all times. Members of this clan look to suffer from albinism but it is due to the cold aura around them, making their skin pale as no heat can bypass it. The cold aura itself is passively harmful more so if activated with Jutsu, the techniques of which are hereditary, passed down through the genes from parent to offspring. There are more capabilities for this clan to freeze certain Chakra types, however, they must be learnt during the clan member's lifetime. Unless they experience anything outside the norm, the clan member cannot affect those elements with their own.
Small lifeforms find it impossible to survive within a freeze element user's aura, as the cold is that much more damaging to them unless they are Chakra based. It takes one post of exposure before small lifeforms lose the capability to function, effectively causing them to die on the spot, this includes anything smaller than a rat. This effect also applies to larger lifeforms which causes their body heat to rapidly drop, however they require four posts of exposure before the body's blood begins to thicken. At five posts their skin gains frostbite and at six the organs in their body cease to function. Due to the nature of this aura, clan members may never share their life with another at close proximity, to reproduce naturally with someone would cause them to die from the cold. Due to this fact, clan members have become capable of impregnating others through the use of certain methods, although the details are not pleasant and better left unspoken of. Due to this fact, mothers of Hyouketsu Hatsu children are not members of the clan themselves, thankfully the aura only develops at the age of five and doesn't kill during birth. Furthermore all secret Jutsu require one secret hand sign performed with both hands, this and the intention form the user's needs. The freeze Chakra appears as a translucent white vapor, if moving rapidly it becomes less visible. The freeze element is directed with any of the user's perceptions, or it may be directed through hand motions.
C-Rank freeze techniques will fade after three posts, B-Rank freeze techniques will fade after six posts, A-Rank and S-Rank freezing effects are permanent.
History:
From the beginning this clan has been regarded as a threat, the members were naturally hunted down and exterminated due to their tenancy to accidentally kill others. However, over time this clan has been accepted due to their high performance values, some villages bred these freeze element users as a weapon. At times there were arguments between villages about their use of the people, so over time as peace came about they were forgotten. Falling into a pitch black state of depression due to the villages wanting nothing to do with them, members of Hyouketsu Hatsu discovered methods of surviving alone. In most cases these clan members are regarded as missing ninja, purely because of their genes, although anybody with a heart is capable of understanding their situation. Nobody can help where they were born after all, even if the clan may sometimes force women to hold their children. However, there are those who are willing to be impregnated with these children, mainly women that can't find a suitable husband or just want a child and no commitments. In the case of a Hyouketsu Hatsu clan member being born within a village, it is customary to allow them to stay until the age of twenty, at that point they are usually forced to leave. If sent on missions the members of this clan must keep apt distance from their comrades, as well as their allied forces, it would weaken the team if they remained close after all.
Due to this fact, many of the members have over time been assassinated during missions, their team mates being incapable of defending their backs. This is another reason why they have been shunned from villages, although skilled members go alone and perform their tasks with little to no difficulty. Nowadays there are still more than twenty clan members remaining, living out their separate lives and doing whatever they must to survive. Some act as servants to provide for themselves, as these tasks can be performed alone with no hassle, although general cleaning duties and the like are impossible, since the buckets of disinfectant and cups of tea freeze. Clan members now only use the name 'Hyouketsu' when referring to their last names or clan itself, only in more official terms do they include 'Hatsu'.

Description: Using their freeze element in combination with their natural cold resistance, the clan member can burrow through snow or stand upon it without sinking, this effect is passive for snow created by themselves but costs an E-Rank amount of Chakra otherwise.

Clan: Hyouketsu Hatsu
Description: Infusing their breath with the frozen aura, a clan member will expel their breath at a target close by or the ground for an area of effect. The breath is capable of growing frost on anything within range, it will of course attach to the closest surface. Once the frost has attached to a surface it will stick, immediately slowing down the blood flow of living beings and causing their muscles to struggle. This effectively reduces a person's movement speed by twenty percent until the frost has been almost completely removed. If directly hit by the breath [At B-Rank or above] on skin the frost will seal the person's pours, sending freeze Chakra into the ligament. From there it will freeze the entire limb that was directly struck from the inside out, effectively turning it to ice. This can be repaired by a medical ninja and is advised to be done so quickly, if left for a prolonged period the limb will die, that is if it isn't shattered by the one who froze it.

Description: Using their control over the freezing aura, a clan member will send out a wave of it at an enemy technique. Once it is in range, the wave will disperse of said technique in one of the designated ways explained in the KKG. If a clone is within the vicinity it is also affected by this technique, being affected in the same way. The wave will only affect items of the same rank used, therefore a B-Rank Raiton technique will not be affected by a C-Rank wave, etc. C-Rank effects one C-Rank per use, B-Rank effects one B-Rank or two C-Ranks per use, A-Rank effects one A-Rank or two B-Ranks or four C-Ranks per use, S-Rank effects one S-Rank or two A-Ranks or four B-Ranks or six C-Ranks per use.

Description: Using this technique, the clan member will freeze anything they are wearing, that is within their personal aura. The rank of freeze aura used will determine how defensive the frozen items are, this can include clothing for example or enhance the ability of worn armour. While the items are frozen they are not literally turned into ice, the items can be moved around but they will appear to be solid, creases will appear where movement is made. It will last for one post or can be maintained for a C-Rank amount of Chakra per post. Due to the nature of this technique, movement speed is decreased by twenty percent during use, it can be rapidly removed by extracting the freeze element from the items.

Clan: Hyouketsu Hatsu
Description: By spinning their body rapidly and focusing their aura into a spinning motion as well, the clan member will create a larger aura that will freeze everything within range. This is due to the objects within range being hit by a torrent of cold waves, the waves stick to the target and pass through any light material. Armour can also be fully frozen, capable of shattering upon the next impact. To use this technique there must be a solid ground to spin upon, there also must be adequate time for the aura to extend outwards, however the waiting time becomes shorter as the rank used increases. While C-Rank takes a second to extend to two meters, S-Rank also takes one second to reach its peak, the Chakra rapidly increasing in speed as it's fed more and better controlled. Unless an opponent's skin is completely covered by protective gear their skin is bound to suffer frostbite, if completely exposed this technique will turn their skin into ice. Objects of a lesser rank than that used on this technique will be turned into ice if they're in the vicinity, this causes them to become extremely brittle if not completely useless, metal/wood/same scenario objects naturally shatter.

Range: A = 3Ft, S = 4Ft
Clan: Hyouketsu Hatsu
Description: By focusing their aura within its own space and using a large portion of Chakra a clan member will rapidly freeze anything within the area. The freeze will go through anything of equal rank or below in less than a second, essentially causing a living body to turn into ice, objects are also affected by this and it is permanent. Assuming someone manages to pull out during the time this is activated, whatever they had in the space during activation will still be frozen due to the rapid and clinging freeze, essentially allowing the aura to follow whatever it was attached to. This technique basically eats through Chakra and unless an equal rank is used to combat it, the freeze will continue through to the items that were within the space.

Description: This technique is used to freeze the clan member themselves, it can be activated through an instinctive knowledge of their aura and capabilities. Simply taking knowledge from the clan member or taking them over will not allow access to this technique as it is instinctive. It is only activated under extreme circumstances when they need to hide information they possess, however, anything within their aura will be near instantly, permanently frozen along with them. Essentially, anything within the aura at the time of activation dies.
