Toroshige stands around 5 foot 7 inches, rather tall for his age. His weight hovers around 170 lbs, a sturdy frame for his future to be built upon. His limbs seem slightly long, though this may just be due to growth spurts. Toro's hands are agile of seem to flow in every movement he makes. Toro's skin is a very pale color, under the light of the moon he almost seems ethereal or perhaps even a ghost. His hair is red, like many of the descendants of the Uzumaki clan. He wears it spiked with two tendrils of his bangs falling around his face. His eyes a very shimmering gold, with his pupils being very dark, making his eyes a vibrant contrast. Through his eyes, you can see he's not only calculating his odds at whatever endeavor he may currently be about, but his intense intellect has also moved on to his next move in several different directions.
Toroshige wears a black jacket with black fur lining the collar and his clan symbol in the middle of his back. Underneath he wears a white shirt, and around his neck he wears the symbol of his clan on a chain. He also wears black ninja pants with a dark kit bag on his hip. Black sandals and gloves round out his usual/mission apparel. He also has a similar outfit with a white jacket and blue pants for ceremonial purposes. On off days or when relaxing, you would usually find him in a t-shirt with his clans symbol on the back and a black pair of shorts or pants depending on the weather. His necklace is an ever-present accessory of his attire.

Toroshinge is a fairly quiet, intelligent shinobi. He however has a very addictive personality, making him prone to all manner of folly. This flaw did have a strong positive effect on his training however, making him a tireless worker when it comes to his shinobi life. He is very proud of his clan and envisions them as the top of shinobi society in Konoha. While quiet, Toroshige has a strong capacity for friendship. He is known for having very strong bonds with a few others rather than loose bonds with many.
Toroshige is also a bit of a pervert, he likes to spend time at bathhouses trying to sneak a peak of new women that have not caught on to his tricks yet. During any other free time Toro may be granted he can be found in training grounds or with his family. Toroshige loves his family and clan more than any other thing he has ever found. Working tirelessly to try and make them proud of him and what he is capable of. Just after graduating from the academy Toro's addictive personality would strike again, as he picked up smoking cigarettes at a very frequent rate.

THE NINJA. Origin: Fire Country Affiliation: Konohagakure Rank: Genin Specialties: Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu Elemental Affinities: Katon, Fuuton Combat Style: Toroshige finds his skills are best suited to using Ninjutsu from a mid-range and using Chakra Chains as a binding or throwing utility when his opponents get too close. His close combat is sorely lacking, and this causes him much trouble with opponents that can negate his clan’s jutsu or are just too fast for him to get his mitts on them. Toro likes to do his work in the dead of night, using only the moon and stars to guide him on missions. Special Characteristics: High IQ

Name: High IQ Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja innately possesses a high IQ which gives them great practical and analytical prowess. They have vast knowledge in nearly all forms of combat giving them an upper hand when faced with nearly any attack with being able to execute split second counters. With their high IQ the user can determine weak spots in attacks and defenses and can overcome nearly any obstacle. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja is well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Early Arc

Born to the Uzumaki clan of the Land of Fire, Toroshige’s father a shinobi and his mother a homemaker, he was raised to follow in his father’s path. As a strong shinobi, Toro would be well versed primarily in Ninjutsu and Fuuinjutsu. He had started his shinobi training by the age of 6, with his father acting as sole instructor for his earliest lessons on survival and staying hidden, the most important skills for any shinobi great or small. His father worked Toroshige very hard, knowing that the boy was his son and an Uzumaki. While the training was tough, especially at the start, Toro found himself hooked on the feeling of having his father so proud of him after a hard day.
By the age of 8 he had a strong grasp on these abilities, and his father moved on to Ninjutsu and trying to bring the clan jutsu out of young Toroshige. Ninjutu was relatively easy when compared to the Chakra Chains of the Uzumaki clan. His father did not have to wait long, for his son to pick up the basics of how his chakra system worked, and the concept of chakra control came too him fairly easily. Toro began to learn elemental jutsu, namely, learning Endan and Daitoppa which he would later learn to use together to great effect. As he progressed, Toro knew that his days of blissful training with his father were coming to an end. Soon, he would be splitting his time between the academy and his father’s training.
Academy Arc

After enrolling in the academy, Toroshige’s training really took off. While doing his academy lessons by day, he started to receive training in Fuuinjutsu as well as continuing his training on the lowest level of his powerful clan jutsu. He did not spend much time trying to make friends with his classmates, knowing that many of his childhood comrades would not be successful in leaving the training grounds of youth. Toro easily acquired many of the academy jutsu his teachers taught him by day. In the evening and night came his real challenges. His clan jutsu was being as particularly stubborn, making very little progress at the early stages of his new training. Fuuinjutsu was not the nuisance Chakra Chains had proven to be, however, they were not the picnic that Ninjutsu seemed to be for him.
As Toro continued his work, the years seemingly passing by in quick secession, he had become very strong in elemental ninjutsu. His clans famous chains finally started to make scattered appearances starting around his eleventh birthday, and his Fuuinjutsu had become nearly second nature. By the time graduation was at hand, Toroshige was well known for his use of Ninjutsu, including combining jutsu for effect. His clan’s Chakra Chains had come along nicely after a few more years of practice, and the blossoming of his hard work in Fuuinjutsu, now being able to use the Five Seal Barrier to startling effect. Having passed the academy exit exam with ease, Toro was confident that he was ready for the world of real shinobi. Little did he know of the dangers that were all too real, waiting for him in the darkness.

Toroshige rose early, before the sun had risen, knowing that his training was not going to complete itself. He dressed himself in his usual white shirt, black pants, black jacket, and black gloves and shoes. Now dressed, Toro made his way to the kitchen, grabbing a quick snack for later in addition to the breakfast he gulped down on his way out the door. Being part of an influential clan had its perks, as he did not have to wander far to find a training ground fit for his morning routine. Shortly after arriving and stretching his body and chakra network, his father arrived to supervise the days training as the sun peaked out from behind the horizon of trees.
Exhausted from the volume of training his father had put him through, Toroshige wandered toward the bathhouse closest to his home. A new day was in full swing and Toro thought he would try his luck at finding out who was in the other side of the large bathhouse. Having changed Toro slunk into the water to relax for a while before testing his luck. After a few joyous minutes he began to hear soft laughter coming from beyond the tall wall that separated the men’s and women’s sides of the hot springs. Toroshige scurried up a tree undetected by the occupants of the rest of the hot springs. After a few blissful minutes, the tree branch he inhabited creaked and Toro moved slightly to keep it from becoming a problem. This however was all it took for the hawk eyed women of the bath to notice that something was amiss.
Toroshige returned home approximately 30 minutes later, black and blue from the beating he took from the women whom he had disturbed. As he walked into the house his father saw his appearance and started to laugh knowing what had likely happened to his son’s face. This however brought the ire of his mother who heard the reaction and also knew what her son had been up to. It seemed today was not going to be a good one despite the good amount of training he had that morning. After about 25 minutes of lecturing, Toroshige’s mother started to run out of steam and let him off the hook, sending him to his room until dinner was prepared.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Clan Jutsu

Name: Chakura Kusari [Chakra Chains]. Rank: C-S Type: Bloodline Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10m - 20m) Description: Chakura Kusari is a technique used by members of the Uzumaki Clan. The clan member using their, "special chakra", can release powerful chakra chains from their palms which they can freely control with their hand gestures. The strength of these chains is directly proportionate to the rank of the technique. A C-Ranked chain is as strong as a rusty iron chain; B-Ranked chains are as strong as regular iron chains; A-rank chains are as strong as durable steel chains; S-ranked chains are as strong as Titanium Alloy. These blue angelic cords are very versatile, they are capable of binding, throwing, whipping, grappling and performing various other maneuvers the user may see fit. The number of chains an Uzumaki can product is in proportion to their skill. A C-Ranked Uzumaki is able to create a single chains, B-Ranked two chains and A-Ranked Uzumaki is able create three chakra chains, and S-Ranked Uzumaki is able to create four chakra chains. Name: Kusari Inban [Chain Seals] Rank: D-S Type: Bloodline/Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Description: This technique allows members of the Uzumaki clan to place seals on surfaces and targets at a distance; by sacrificing an additional chakra cost. By concentrating the seal on their chain, they can project a visual representation of the seal using chakra. Then, by controlling the chains to make contact with the surface or target, the seal can be placed on it at a distance. The end of the chain must make direct contact, and thus grappling a target will negate this ability entirely. The chakra cost for this technique varies based on the rank of the seal used. The user may only have 1 readied seal per active chain. Name: Kuchiyose Gyakuten no Fūin | Summoning Reversal Seal Rank: C-S Type: Fūinjutsu Range: - Description: Kuchiyose Gyakuten no Fūin is a technique used by members of the Uzumaki Clan. This technique requires the user to have chakra chains released for it utilizes their ability to summon seals upon contact. he user commands their chakra chains to touch their target, for when that happens a seal will be instantly placed upon their body. When this seal is placed on a summon, the user will sacrifice chakra equal to the summons rank and trigger the seals effects. The seal begins to glow with blue color and emit chakra chains from its markings. These chains grow in numbers and completely bind the summon no matter how large. The summon will then disperse back into their world and the summoner is unable to summon them again until 5 posts have passed. Chakra Cost: C-rank: 10CP; B-rank: 20CP; A-rank: 30CP; S-rank: 40CP

Name: Endan - Fireball Rank: D-A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m – 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After doing the necessary hand seals, the ninja draws chakra to their lungs before swiftly exhaling it, allowing them to blow a jet of fire from their mouth. Depending on the rank at which it is performed, Endan ranges in size and heat. Starting at a moderate level of heat and a reach of up to 3m, at D rank, and increasing in temperature to an intense heat and up to a 10m reach, when performed at A rank. Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Chakra Cost: 5

Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9
Name: Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will generate a whirling vortex of wind which he or she can send snaking towards his or her target. This wind can be used to help cause an explosive blaze when used with certain fire and earth techniques. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post)
Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5
Konohagakure Specific Techniques

Name: Burēdo no Ha - Blades of Leaves Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m) Element: - Description: Burēdo no Ha is a ninjutsu technique utilizing leaves. By using the leaves that are scattered across the ground in the surrounding five metre radius, the user is able to lift ten leaves by using chakra alone and launch them at their opponent. If contact is made, the intended target will suffer from small scratches that the leaves have to offer. The technique will only be able to lift ten leaves at a time, it's also not strong enough to kill, only to scratch the flesh to the point of blood being drawn.
Name: Honoo Ha - Flaming Leaves Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: Katon Description: Honoo Ha is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After performing the required handseals, the user will be able to launch out three oak tree shaped leaves made up of fire from their mouth. It takes a triangle formation, one fire leaf at the front and two following behind it. The leaves are capable of burning the opponent and their clothing, however, the user must ensure that they are within ten metres of the opponent. For once the fire leaves pass this limit, they will simply fade away. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Gōruden Ikari no Ha - Golden Leaves of Fury Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: Katon Description: Gōruden Ikari no Ha is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After having the Illuminating Halo active the user is able to perform the sequence attack in case of danger arising. In order to do so, the golden oak tree leaf made up of fire, will rise up from the centre of the halo and begin to launch seven copies of itself towards the users opponent. After preforming the tiger seal, one can direct the leaves by a simple point of the finger. If hit, the target will be met with minor burns on the skin and possibly have their clothes set alight. Once the technique has been performed, the golden leaf will settle back into the centre of the halo where it must recharge for two posts. Chakra Cost: 5 + 2 for recharge
Name: Ha no Bakuhatsu - Leaf Explosion Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Ha no Bakuhatsu is a fuuinjutsu technique. After gathering several leaves, the user is able to place a seal on these leaves so that when they are stood on an explosion will erupt from the leaves. The explosion is on the same scale as an explosive tag, the way it differs though is that the leaves are able to blend in with the background unnoticed. Since any leaf can have this seal, all the user has to do is place them upside down so the seal can't be seen and watch the traps trigger. Doujutsu users or chakra sensing ninja are still able to detect these explosives though for they carry a concentrated amount of chakra within them, due to this concentration they are also twice the size to the original size of the leaves, though you need a sharp eye to notice this. Fuuinjutsu

To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment. They don't all have to be lumped together; being able to be at least a good hundred meters apart Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Shikoku Fuuin - Finger Engraving Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want. This allows them to write on the skin of animals, iron plates, or a wide range of things. Must be delicate with chakra control when using this technique. If used on flesh; will scar. Chakra Cost: 6 (2 per post)
