THE INFO.

Name: Hakai, Rukasu
Nickname: The Red King

Appearance:A trait about this person that stands out is his bright red hair, that spikes backward with a long string of hair on each side of his face. Also another trait of his that has people either looking away in fear or envying him is his yellow eyes. He usually has this expression on his face that he is just calm, cool, and quiet. Having a peach tome skin completes his whole look. Having narrow eyes, pointy nose and a big mouth. He has somewhat of a narrow chin. He also has a hexagonal quartz crystal on his left ear lobe, the crystal is silver.

He wears a white t-shirt that he usually puts a black hooded jacket over it. The black jacket is nothing special, however having it on has the word cool written all over it. He rarely zips up the jacket, and on the hood part there is black fur. He never puts the hood on, the fur looks as if it's gently put around his neck. Speaking of his neck he has two necklaces, a small one that goes around his neck but it doesn't go past his collar-bone. The second is a long necklace that goes around his neck, meets up with a silver symbol, like a medical sign or something, and then it parts into two strings. Around his left wrist he has this silver bracelet nothing impressive. Just a blank bracelet that he wears. The jacket is a leather jacket.

He has a scar above his right eye, and this scar happened only because when he was a kid playing with shurikens with his friends, well one kid thought it would be awesome if he aimed it at Rukasu. However since the kid was not skilled at throwing shurikens, he only left a slightly deep scratch on Rukasu's head.

He wears black jeans, a black belt, and he has this little chain that connects to the front of the pants to the back of it. The pants are slim straight. He also wears this black leather boots. Rukasu weighs about 150 pounds and his height is 5 feet and 6 inches tall.

Personality: Rukasu is a very serious person when the time comes for a serious time, however most of the time he is a laid back kind of guy. He is the type to start trouble only because it is his blood, his nature to do so. He is one of those people who has the traits into becoming a great leader of many people who share the same ideals as him. Rukasu is not a bad person at all, however he is violent person when it comes down to it. He is a hot-tempered person that usually has a short fuse. He does know how to control most of his anger with smoking, being relaxed, and some of the time keeping to himself. People that observe him say that he is full of trouble and others say that he is mis-understood. Rukasu is just himself, a caring, hot-headed, shinobi that will hurt people if they threaten the people that he cares about the most.

Rukasu smokes cigarettes to keep his blood, anger, and excitement down. He smokes a lot of cigarettes a day, and to him it's just another hobby that he enjoys. He enjoys laying back on a rock, with his eyes closed, as the sun beams its hot rays against him. Rukasu does talk, his voice is rather deeper than the others that are his same age. This make people think that he is older.

When Rukasu trains, he usually trains alone, due to this because he doesn't want anyone to get hurt while he trains. His training can sometimes get out of hand, and this is why being alone is okay when he trains. If someone were to train with him, that person already knows what Rukasu is capable of being careful more than encourage the rage inside Rukasu. However it is not that bad, but it can get out of hand. What I mean is that Rukasu doesn't mind fighting, he enjoys it, but when there is a fight that he enjoys too much then the shinobi will either black out, or just go all out.

Rukasu is kind to everyone, however when he has a rival he would just do anything to provoke the rival so the rival will fight back.

Combat Style: Rukasu combat style is up front, straight forward, and to quick to react. He will use weapons if he has any, but for the most part you better learn how to evade or defend because Rukasu will charge at the opponent and strike as quickly as possible. He is the type to keep his opponent on their feet, and if Rukasu has the upper hand then it would be hard for the opponent to get back to the fight. Rukasu will not stop until the opponent gives up. That is what I meant by Mikoto can get out of hand if the fight excites him too much. Let me mention this now, he will not kill, only injure. Due to his nindo he knows that there are others that care for people as well so he know to never kill, unless the person is absolutely evil and cant be forgiven.

His weakness is that when he rushes into battle he doesn't think of a strategy often and he often wing anything that he may have. Usually he would protect others than himself, this is considered as a weakness only because of his personal safety. He will do anything to save the people he cares about. His weakness varies from time to time, but for the most part his anger is one of his critical weakness and strength. His anger will make him do things in battle that would seem very risky and life threatening. On the other side his anger will also help him focus on the opponent for an all out attack. There were times where his anger did hurt the people he cares about, so he tries to control it as often he can.

Description: A skill gained by ninja who have begun to specialize in the art of stealth. The ninja becomes very light and quick on their feet. Their movements no longer create sound and they now gain a natural skill for hiding and camouflage.

THE BACKGROUND.

History: Rukasu was born in the Wind country, in the hot desert, in a small village away from the Sand village. The parents of Rukasu were poor and hated the hot weather most of the time, so they knew that they wanted to move. Since they were not in the sand village it wouldn't count as being a traitor, so they went to Kiri when Rukasu was at the age of eight years old.

.:Academy Arc:.
In Kiri they were able to live for free only because the parents enrolled Rukasu into the academy at the age of ten. Rukasu didn't mind at all, he as consider the popular one due to his red hair, and yellow eyes. Rukasu actually liked all the attention that he was receiving , and the friends that he was making. During the years of the Academy he felt that he should be stronger, but he wasn't satisfied at all, so he trained everyday. He had this jelousy towards the people that were better than him, however over the years of controlling his anger, he ended up not carin about anyone that had better skills. This would only promote him to train harder. He would wake up in the morning eat, and rush out to train. Most of the days his mother or father would have to bring food to him.

One day Rukasu's father watched him trained, and he just smiled as there was something that his father remembered. He walked over to Rukasu and trained him the art of Katon. His father kept a secret that he is the master of Katon for so long. He wanted his son to follow his own path, but he knew that if he taught his son the Katon technique, it would only strengthen his ninja way.

.:Genin Arc:.
For many years Rukasu had trained in many technique and different skills that helped him along the way in becoming a fine shinobi. After the Academy he became a genin, and throughout all the training he put himself in, he was able to make time to do the genin missions. There was one incident that changed his life, when he was on this mission with his team of three, the mission was for only them three as the sensei was doing another mission. In this mission of spying on the enemy, went all wrong as they were ambushed, and they had to fight there way out of the ambush. The mission was C-Rank, but it ended up as an A-Rank mission. Due to the ambush Rukasu ended up losing one of his team mates, and this changed his life, almost destroying his mind, however his anger grew more and more. From that day he swore to everyone that he will protect everyone and anyone that he is with. His will of fire was to protect, so being by that ninja way he trains almost every day in order he doesn't have to witness another team mate dying in his arms.

.:Present Arc:.
Now Rukasu is training to become a chunin, as he wants to become someone who can protect the people he cares about. His parents are still supporting everything that he doesn't and they always help him in any way that they can.
Roleplay Sample:

Quote :: It was weird as the shinobi, looked at Kiba and Kiba looked at him, they had to start training. As the skies were still blue and the wind was more calm. The training will start as the two looked at each other.

"Well now. Somehow you manage to use jutsus right? Then let me see how you do it harder. This task requires your full focus. I'll teach you a trick that higher shinobi's will know." He said as Rukasu really didn't know how he learn how to use a jutsu. The day Kiba was trying to teach him chakra control, he kinda left a little early. Which didn't do Rukasu any good, he didn't get to learn one basic move, but he had gotten to learn more complex moves.

"Watch carefully, all shinobi's have to do this." He said as he then walk upwards and was sticking to the bark of the tree and as if he was walking normally as well. Rukasu being amazed as he didn't know if he could do that or not. "Sounds like you might have all day to do this. I will let you have at it then. Do about say, 150 times and take a break as I'll double it and you know that means. You get to do 300 times. Your break time will be 10 minutes each. Got that? Now then. I'll be back. I have some business to take care off." He said as he started walking off.

"Wait!" Rukasu said but right when he could say it Kiba was gone. The insane shinobi triggered an angered vessel in his mind at Kiba for always leaving during training, it would pain him that someone like him would even care at all, but he left a clone and leaving a clone will basically give him the details later. Looking at the clone as he was more gruesome than ever. "I don't know how to control my chakra." Rukasu as he felt embarrassed to even tell someone who as the clone was expecting to laugh or something.

So Rukasu looked up at the high tree that was about four stories high. After seeing Kiba doing, Rukasu thought that if someone on his level could do it, well so can he...Taking out his katana, he started using his little knowledge he knew about Chakra, and focus more and more as he started running towards the tree, as he ran up like two steps, slashed the tree as he fell to the ground.

"Concentrate!" The clone demanded.

"Shut up, you stupid Clone." Rukasu said as he knew he was right but this training seemed hopeless because he couldn't do it. So he kept on trying and trying, focusing on his chakra not knowing where to put it but hopefully concentrating enough so he can run up the tree.

It was starting to get more and more hopeless as the clone was still laughing at Rukasu because he only got three more steps up the tree after the first two that he already did." You have to concentrate your chakra towards your feet, you scumbag." The clone said as Rukasu was getting more and more angry at the clone than on concentrating on his training.

About an hour goes by, he is still training, running up the tree as if a dog or something of the sort chasing behind him. After the five marks on the tree he had managed to go up five more marks. Rukasu was at least one-quarter up the tree. The shinobi kept on falling as he felt like he couldn't do it, but he had faith to guide him, and make him more and more focus on what he had to do, and not his surroundings.

Once Rukasu Finished his 150 tries he took a break, as he was sitting down he felt as if someone was coming but who, Rukasu didn't know but he did had a bad feeling about this someone approaching, Rukasu couldn't see him but he felt him coming somehow. Rukasu waited to see if someone would show, who would it be?

The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the mist, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of mist. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick mist but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the mist. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can dispel the mists.

Your history is a little short. Try padding it out a little more, maybe by separating it into arcs.
As a Weaponry user, you may start with 4 scrolls. You currently have 3. Not compulsory, but I'm just letting you know.
