Mission Objective: Some bandits, classified as 'academy dropouts' or 'E-Rank Renegade', have decided to sneak back in the village and steal some items from the elderly and from the shops. They managed to steal some ryo, weapons, and food. They have left the village, making their way to their secret hideout in a little hut about 13 feet away from the gates. You must retreive the items they stole and take them down into custody in Konohagakure.
Mission Time Limit: Two Weeks

It's highly unlikely Academy students would survive even 10 minutes in the Forest of Death as it seemed only the most advanced Genin made it out alive in the series meaning this certainly wouldn't be D rank. I'd pick a different location.
