The clan's KKG is known as HC (Hadron Chakra) It can serve as both protection and attacks. When the Kururugi attacks, he shoots Hadron Beams from his hands. When the Kururugi Defends, he creates a Hadron Shield.

Name: Lightning Arrow Jutsu

Description:
When the Kururugi releases the cord, a blast of lightning chakra will be shot out of the bow. The stronger the chakra, the stronger the attack. This jutsu is for long ranged fighting and is much stronger than a normal bow.

History:

There were four generations of the Kururugi Clan. But when three generations were demolished at once, the Kururugi Clan was almost wiped out. The fourth generation was left. There was only a single fourth generation, his named was called Tahji

The bows were passed down these four generations. When Tahji got it, he did not know anything about his KKG. The clan's KKG scroll in buried somewhere in the house of the clan, where all the scrolls were kept hidden.

Now days, the hidden scrolls were almost useless. The were all unreadable. Only the scroll with the information of the KKG was readable, but it was ripped in the middle.

Personally, I think any bloodline dealing with time in any way, shape, or form should be denied.

This jutsu however does nothing for you except slow down the speed at which things seem to be moving, and only to yourself. That being said, it is a very useless bloodline. Things appear slower, but if they actually move at normal speed, you will get too comfortable with thinking you have more time to react, than you actually do.

For Example:

You are fighting another Genin, and your Doujutsu is active. He moves 3 meters in 5 seconds, but to your vision, he has only appeared to move 1 meter in the same amount of time. You move to respond to what you see, which is the 1 meter movement, only to find out that the opponent has actually moved 3, and is currently stabbing you.

If you view everything at a slower speed, it puts you as a great disadvantage. You actually have little to no time to react, because what you see and what actually has happened are two completely different things.

This jutsu was invented by Tahji, a Kururugi member. It involves using the clan KKG and the ability of Raiton. Tahji would first make a dome of water around him. It is about 3 meters in diameter and has a 30 cm thick wall. He would then place his hand inside the water and release an electrical discharge.

The water would slow down physical objects and stop fire and lightning from harming him. To destroy the dome, the enemy must be a Wind element user or Tahji himself to release the manipulation.

-How? To lie on it is solidify. To block solid objects, the water would have to be solid. It would go through it and slow down, but not block.

The Kururugi can use water from ponds, lakes, swamps, or any body of water. The Kururugi also possesses a power to purify water they are currently touching or manipulating. With this power, they can supply emergency water that are needed.

This is pretty generic, there would need to be more explaination. Why are you different from a normal suiton user? I don't see anything here that is particularly special to make it a KKG. Please elaborate and make the KKG more a of a bloodline ability in that respect. Also, supply of emergency water? what does that mean? you would need to explain.

I'm working on the history and I'm thinking of changing the KKG into chakra manipulation. One question, I've been looking at the open clan lists and there are no chakra manipulation clans. So can I use this KKG?

It doesn't seem to be chakra manipulation. I mean to be able to turn chakra into solid objects.

Hmm, seems like you've had a hard case of this ehh?

First of all, someone could very easily just make a jutsu that copies/is similar to your KKG ability. Infusing Arrows with lightning is also very possible.

Further more, there is an eye based doujutsu involving arrows and accuracy that belongs to Gabe already. Sharpen vision on its own will not be enough on its own to make this be considered a 'clan'.

In summary, everything you want it to do can be done without having the KKG, at this point. As a result it must be denied as is. I can't really think of any advice besides to tell you that you may have to think outside of the box in order to come up with something that is infact "original" especially when it comes to arrow.
