Tetsu is a rather normal looking boy. He stands at about 5"6, an average height for his age. He weighs about 130, an also average weight for his age. He has brown-black hair that just goes down to his shoulders and parts to each side of his face. He sometimes slicks it back so that it doesn't get in his way when he is in a fight. His skin color is decently normal, as he does not really have a tan however he really doesn't look pale. It is mostly because he is not in the sun a whole lot. This cloths are rather dull, just the way he likes it. He wears a black v-neck with a fish net under, with black pants and normal shinobi sandals. Sometimes if the weather calls for it he will also wears a big black cloak, usually with his hood up, giving him an ominous look. His mask that he has only been wearing lately since he became the Masked Avenger is all white with two black vertical lines on both sides of his face.

Chakra:
Tetsu's chakra is abnormally high for someone his age. It is about twice the size of a normal Genin. Even though he has no real KKG, this is one trait that his family has had since the founding of the ninja villages. Tetsu can suppress his chakra down so that his opponent doesn't know what they're up against. For fellow Genin, his chakra might even be overwhelming to go up against.

One Handed Seals:
After long training with his father, whom was advanced at this, Tetsu was taught how to use one handed seals to better his techniques. This will allow him to combined his weaponry with Ninjutsu quickly to form powerful combination attacks.

Description: A technique utilizing the user's scythe and the wind element. The user will first take out their scythe. Then, they will perform three handseals (In Tetsu's case, with one hand) to send chakra to their scythe. The blue aura will start to form all around it. After that, they will begin to twirl it around in their hands. Once they've done this, the user will release the wind chakra from with their hands, essentially shooting it out of their weapon. This will create a giant gust of wind that shoots in one direction. The wind coming from this happens to be so strong that it can shoot an opponent back about 30m. The longer the user waits to release the chakra, the stronger the blast. The user must have great control with their weapon otherwise the force of the wind will make it fly out of their hands.
At C rank, The user will release the chakra instantly, the force of the wind will cause extreme cutts and send the opponent flying back about 5ft.
At B rank, the user will wait until their next post to release the force, this time causing much deeper wounds and sending their opponent back about 10-15m.
At A rank, The user will wait 3 posts, this is the strongest form. The wind has enough force to cutt off limbs and send the opponent back 20-30m.

Description: This is a technique special to Tetsu. It involves the use of his blade and the wind element, made so that he could essentially hit his opponent with his blade without actually having to be right there in hand-to-hand combat range. This technique involves the use of only one hand to make seals, (That's all it takes.) In Tetsu's other hand, his blade. Once he does the few handseals necessary, Tetsu will shoot out a torrent of wind from the hand he is holding his blade with. This will shoot his blade forward at an extremely fast speed, hopefully hitting and sticking into his opponent. This is dodgeable, however due to it's speed it would be likely for the opponent to be too surprised to react in time. It's range is about 15-20m.

Description: A technique created and utilized by Tetsu Gun. This technique was made special for his katana. This technique is quite similar to the technique that allows he user to become invisible, however instead of a person, it makes a solid object camoflaughed. Particularly in this case Tetsu's blade. Under his cloak, Tetsu will make the appropriate handseal, yes, only one, so it can be done quickly, and he will then touch his blade. After that, the blade will become completely invisible. Since he usually hides it under his cloak this technique will work extremely well for stealth. He will have the blade slide down his arm and catch it with his hand. Of course, this will all be under his cloak, unseen by the opponent unless they have the Sharingan. Now Tetsu will be able to strike his opponent quickly without them seeing his blade coming towards them. The problem with this technique is while it does help, it won't help much if the opponent is quick enough to react to their movements.
