Kenji Hyoka's skin colour is white and yellow mixed together. He is 124 lbs, 6'7 tall he has insane dark black hair, and blue eyes. Kenji always were's a sweater that is all white on the outside and black on the inside. Though he washes the sweater every 2 days. He has muscles but it doesn't show but when he takes his shirt of you see it. Kenji is very flexible when he battles he can bend down and toucht eh ground without bending his knees.

His hair is always spiked up like in the picture and his neck is very long. He always carries smoke bombs around with him in his little pocket as he usually does. He isn't fat he's pretty skinny in my way. So now imagine him in you're head therefore there is the description about Kenji Hyoka there is more after! The random amazing guy!

Kenji is independent, secretly sensitive, and has a weird sense of humor that only some people get. Kenji has lived with his father for her whole life, so he learned how to keep the house in order, make dinner, and do other household things by herself, this developed her interdependency. Because of his independence he makes it seem to others that she is strong and that little bothers hi,, but that is not the case. He takes things to heart too often and has his feelings hurt easily. His mood's contradict each other sometimes, and at some points in her life it is difficult to see how he will react.

Kenji is pretty bloodthirsty for his age, he prefers fight over flight. He is sometimes blinded by the inevitability of the situation, and this could lead to her death in the future. He is sometimes immature, and is often referred to having her mind in the gutter. She is also known for his flaring attitude, and her extremely bad language. Because of some of her bad qualities,he has not yet recieved a squad to train. Worse, children actually avoid her. It is well known that Kenji HATES children.

Kenji's independence will also be part of his eventual downfall. He liked to be by himself in combat, and dislikes teamwork, but can stand it. He does not have a strong sense of nationalism at all, and could be convinced to do things easily if they involve adventure and freedom. He likes Sunagakure, but he thinks inside that the outside world is more exciting and adventurous then in a walled in village.

Personality: Kenji Hyoka is a nice guy but he has anger issues he always does well not always normally he will get mad when someone makes him mad like teasing him or making fun of him, but he normally in his life has only got made like 6 times. He likes pranking people without anywone noticing him. He is sometimes funny with his pranks. Like he paints a ninja's face all red, blue ETC when sleeping. Right now he is a teen but he takes every ninja mission very serious then he doesn't do his tricks and pranks on people.His teammate pulled pranks on him but didn't work. He was suppose to be promoted to JOUNIN but IT HAPPENED!Kenji got promoted to JOUNIN it was too bad for his teammate that he failed I guess but then he never fell for the tricks that his teammate did to him he was mad at him.

When he always needs to work with his temmate he ignores him he gives him the silent treatment to teach him a leason or two about tricking people when Kenji was so happy for the promotion. Ever since that day he had anger issues. Right now all Kenji wants to know about is his family's history of the clan "Hyoka" ever since a day came.. a accident happened something wipped out his whole clan he was not happy back then he wanted revenge on whoever destroyed the whole clan. Back then Kenji was only 8 he doesn't know much he was still a academy student at the ninja academy he was great in his studies but when it came to worst it had to happen. Kenji trained harder and harder every single damn day.

Kenji gives the silent treatments when people make him mad or he hates you. He also has a bit of a temper. No one talks to him when he has his temper because his emper is freaking scary he will turn his face all read his eyes black like heat and he will scream at you. It creeps alot of people out, mostly his family doesn't get scared cause they are use to it. Kenji works well with people who aren't arrongant and cocky. When he's in stress or in a situation he controls his temper and takes care of the rest. Kenji is careful for the sungakure ninja/villagers. It's like he also has a peaceful personality somewhere in his heart. He is wiling to kill anyone who get;s in his way between missions.

History:
[color=blue][i]Birth - Genin Arc:
He was born considered as a failure by her appearance, she was small. 2 years after his birth her mother died from a bizarre and strange illness. It devastated his father, but Kenji remained unaffected because of her young age. Her father was a lead figure within the clan, and was known as a strong clan member, after the death of his beloved he was overcome by drinking.

Kenji was affected by this though, and still is. He had to be the mother of the house, and because of his role she started at the academy late, but still graduated on time with the others because of her strong will and good study habits. Kenji was beginning to wear down. Being a Genin was harder, and he couldn't take care of the house, train, and still remain a child. She had to give up being a child, which led to immaturity later on in his life. She focused on being a Genin and caretaker of home.

He wasn't as bad at first as he soon became. At first he would slur his words every night, and talk about the old times with her mother. He started passing out several times a week to the point where he had to call the authorities. At last, he started bringing women home.

Genin Arc:
Soon it was the 6 month period before exams, and she was less at home and more on the field. Because of her absence in the house her father became more of a drunk, and as a result Kenji blamed it on herself. Kenji was determined to pass the exams, so she had to ignore her pathetic father at that point in time. As a result of her hard training she passed the exams, but barely. Her body was in bad shape from the combat, and she was resting for two weeks after the exams.

When he was better he resumed his duties of being a care-taker and Genin of Sunagakure. This point in his life increased her sense of independence. Then a clan member died, and the clan decided to go into isolation after much thought. He did not know much of this important man, but he was heartbroken with the results. Much of the clan had moved out, and only a handful remained. She remained due to her father not wanting to get away from the women and booze.

His training ceased for a period of time until she worked with other remaining members dedicated to improving themselves. During this period of time Kenji improved greatly, with no problems training harder and harder.

Role-Play sample: [i]After a long and hard mission. Kenjii finally came back home to Sunagakure. Tired, hungry, and still covered in blood. Kenji then walked towards, the gates limping from his C rank mission. It was a trap yet this man survived nobody knew how or why. Kenji couldn't explain himself how he survived a 7vs. 1 battle. He did do, which made the Kage think he was one tough man. Kenji was sent to the hospital as he passed out infront of the gates besides to female villagers. " Get Help" They say that’s what he said before he feel over.

Kenji awoke the next day feeling better and instead of him laying down and relaxing like he was supposed to. Kenji got up and left he went home where he rested there for a week before he was saw walking the village again. Kenji look at all the villagers as he walk down the streets. Kenji was not phased by these words for he could careless what these worthless people thought of him. Only person thought that matter to him was himself. Kenji arrived at the Kages office not to long. He look at the building and noticed there was cherry blossoms around it. Kenji thought it was funny for this Kage always loved Cherry blossoms.

Before coming to the office. Kenji bought a new suit. Kenji wears a mask over the left half of his face, disguising half of his face from the world. The mask is a plain white, with a black cross where his eye would be. Over this mask and the other eye, he wears a pair of rimless glasses. Kenji wears his crimson hair long and straight, the bangs going down to his chin, and the rest going just below his shoulder blades. Kenji often wears a formal outfit, with a nice shirt, vest, jacket, and tie. These suits are generally in achromatic, or neutral, colors, grays and whites mostly. Kenji's eyes are a duller version of the burning crimson of his hair, which appears again in both his eyebrows and the thin soul patch found just below his lower lip. Kenji's torso makes up most of his height, his powerful upper body being intimidating, while it is generally hidden under the layers of his suit. He often wears white gloves over his hands, like a true gentleman, so he won't get his hands dirty. Kenji finishes his suit off with a pair of black pants shoes, the kind that shine a bit, and make a clicking noise when he walks on cobblestone.

Kenji stood looking at the Kages office with his hands in his pockets. Kenji then smiled. " Been along time since i been here. I wonder if the Kage is home, If not a little walk should do me just fine." Kenji said as he bein to walk forward when he did the two guards that stood in his path moved and let him threw Kenji then walked tall and relaxed towards th Kages room. When he got to the door he pushed it open and then closed it behind him. Kenji walked up the stairs then knocked on the door of the Kage. " Setoshi, It's Kenji Hyoka. Are you Home If not, I'll go for a walk. " Kenji said then waited for a reply. No Reply was made so Kenji took a walk and left. Before he left he told the guard when the kage get back tell him Kenji came by. With that Kenji vanished into the village crowd he was walking along side them and he waited patiently for something to go down. He also waited someone arrival for he grew bored.

Um, I would just remove the special characteristic because I don't believe you can role play an intelligent character when you just used the phrase 'nobody can compare to his smartness'. Thats basic grammar, so I doubt you could use a character with a much higher grasp of things than yourself. The app is also full of typos and misused words galore, so I'd have to see evidence to the contrary to believe your capable of doing such a thing.

Your history is not your clan history. That needs to be seperate. Also your history needs to be longer, atleast 2 more paragraohs in my opinion.

Secondly, just say your smart. Anyone can think of 50 moves to do against someone, but only th truely intelligent can make them effective, and thats only if your opponent reacts like you want them too.

For your speed and stuff, dont try and compare it that much. A chuunin can beat you, but they arent that highly ranked. Instead you have greater speed, etc than most of your peers, and give more percentages on that.

In that case. No. Each arc needs atleast 3-4 paragraphs. Looks themselves need atleast another paragraph and personality needs more description. Your RP sample needs work also, as its MAYBE Chuunin standards.

I would edit back to genin, and work up from there to be perfectly honest.

And this is just plain not a Jounin level application so I would be dumbfounded in Hugh approved of you as one of his Jounin when he has such a limited number of them and could get more fitting quality applications so I would highly suggest modifying for a lower rank.

Oh, and fix your picture, it stretches the screen, either adjust its size or put it in spoilers.

Edit your history so that your Genin-Chuunin arc is just your Genin arc, and get rid of your jounin arc. Note that it does not mean take the chuunin out of the title.
