She has round eyes that are the color of fine gold, under long and thick eyelashes. Her delicate, smooth, light toned face has a small and straight nose over full, rose red lips that are always ready with a pout if she doesn't get things her way. Her long, straight and silky hair is the color of the midnight sky and is worn in an uncomplicated style. Most often there is a black ferret, her pet Momo, sitting on her head. Her slightly white skin never seems to be able to get a darker hue how ever much Mana tries to, those attempts usually ending with her getting red from sunburns from being too careless.
Mana has a lithe body build, being 161 cm tall and 43kg in weight, and wears a long, black skirt over knee high, socks which she changes about every day to have different colors to match her mood, and a black school uniform like shirt. (see image). She prefers those clothes since a short skirt wouldn't really be beneficial while she runs away or has to jump from roofs and what not after each prank of hers. Mana usually prefers having her closet filled with clothes that look the same, since she's too lazy to go shopping and actually having to try on some new clothes. So she goes to the same store and buys a pile of the same skirts and shirts. She has however a thing for socks, and they are probably the only things noticeable about her changing appearances, as she picks a different pair every day depending on her mood or on the weather outside.
Personality:
Mana is flirtatious, short tempered and likes to do things she isn't supposed to be doing. She's a child of nature, but also enjoys being amongst crowds of people. And it's especially fun for her if she manages to shock, offend or traumatize someone. She likes animals a lot, and can often be found cuddling a dog or some other furry, four legged friend and they seem to love her just as much back. When it comes to focusing her attention on something, then it usually fails...miserably. Whenever people start talking and talk for more than 2 minutes, she's either already out of there or has started yawning like there is no tomorrow, which could of course piss even the most patient person off.
As if she is destined to do things that are against the rules, Mana seems to have a thing for always getting caught in some trouble without even trying. Most of the time it's her full-out, never-being-able-to-shut-up personality that gets her in some tricky situations, but just as it's easy for her to get into those situations she can also easily make a disappearance by throwing the attention to some unlucky, random person. It's almost impossible to figure her out, and probably the only person that can see through that loud, clumsy and playful personality would be her twin sister, Hana.
If there is one thing you should never, ever, -ever- do that would be coming up between her and her food. If she's eating nothing else can get her attention. However, those who are unfortunate enough to mess up her meals will get to know the never ending grudges she holds and the revengeful side of her. Mana never gives up when she decides to do something, and probably everyone that have ever encountered her have rolled their eyes over her stubbornness.
One of her weaknesses is her serious phobia against yellow, fluffy birds. Don't ask... not even she herself knows why. Most probably something to do with a prank from her sister when they were young...

The weakness of this attack is that with the last attack Mana kind of has to be sure to knock her opponent out or be done with it before that attack, since she herself also gets dizzy after the headbutting. This attack is not good to use when up against more than one opponent.

Birth Arc
Mana was born on an early morning in Sunagakure no Sato. The whole Tomoko family watched as two twins appeared in the world. The older twin by a few seconds was Mana Tomoko, the second was Hana Tomoko. It was a joyuous ocassion in the family, seeing as twins being born into the Tomoko family was rare. it's been one or two generations, if not more since they were twins in the family.
The two young girls were handed to their mother, who her name was Suzumi Tomoko while their father, Satoru Tomoko watched next to his wife at the sleeping young girls with a small smile on his face. Then, the family left Suzumi and Satoru alone with their two new additions into the family, wanting to see how their future will be for them and imagining the adventures they will have ahead. But, they couldn't see their children grow up, for certain reasons that are unkown, Satoru and Suzumi left their children in the hands of the Kazekage, telling him to watch over them and whatnot until they could take care of themselves.
Growing up/Academy Arc
Being the older twin by a few minutes, Mana never ceased to gloat about it with her sister. Although most of the time she acted kinda like she was the younger one, seeing how she never thought about consequences to anything she did. As they entered the academy, Mana seemed to prefer not having any close friends and never stopped pissing her teachers off by cursing in class, falling asleep, eating her exams if she was bored, bring her pet ferret that she had found and rescued as a baby to class and so on. She always ended up in fist fights with the boys in her class, and was probably more often suspended from classes than actually being in them. But she did manage to pass everything she needed to pass, because even if she goofed off and was lazy, then she was a smart girl and she also did the stuff her sister told her to. So it was most probably thanks to Hana that Mana ever got out of the academy. It was just so boring for her to sit still in classes! Even though Hana sometimes rebelled with her sister at school, then it was pretty clear to all the teachers as they said that Hana would strive further than Mana. Unfortunately for them, then Mana heard that conversation and got even more difficult to handle.
Mana was also very protective of her sister, and got jealous easily if Hana talked with others than herself. That usually resulted in small bickering amongst the twins but nothing they couldn't solve easily. Until one day She was always pissing off the teachers and goofing around, but got good grades nevertheless. Mana had always been very over-protective of her sister, which caused the girl to end up in fist fights all the time. It was quite known that Mana and Hana were close, but sometimes they liked to act -too- close just to freak people out.
The truth was that they were scared of losing each other, since they had already been abandoned by their parents and they had some serious trust issues towards others. Now as the final exams for the academy came, Mana barely managed to pass while Hana passed with excellent scores.
Mana knew that her sister worried about her, but she just couldn't seem to concentrate or find the will to. She also knew that it irritated her twin when she refused to talk about the things that bothered her, and one day they had a bigger fight than usually. Mana screamed and stormed off after they had both said things that shouldn't have been said, leaving Hana behind in a confused and hurt state.
Mana didn't come home for many days, but she heard that Hana had been put in a team, as she got also of course. It pained her that she was missing out with her twin sister, but she still couldn't bring herself to meet up with Hana.

Momo is a pretty normal ferret, having a dark brown fur which is soft and very comfortable to have around to cuddle up against. His small, dark eyes have an intelligent sparkle to them, and the ferret is of a rather normal build.
Personality: Momo doesn't have any special skills like a ninja pet, since he's simply a normal ferret. But he's very smart and quick to learn new tricks, especially some pranks as if he can sense the excitement from his owner when they manage to trick someone. He's very affectionate towards his owner, but not many others. Hana is the only other person that gets to hold him, if anyone else tries that person is sure to get bitten. Like his owner, then Momo enjoys eating and it's not uncommon to find them sitting somewhere together while munching on food with a very pleased expression. Like some pets are, then Momo is very sensitive to his owners mood and sometimes he seems to be able to stare at Mana as if he's scolding her for some deed.
Background: About 2 years ago, Mana had been out for a walk to cool herself down after having a fight with one of the teachers about her performance at school. When she was walking past a small box in an alley, she heard a strange sound which made her come to a halt. After looking around, she found out that the sound came from the box and as she opened it and peeked inside, she was greeted with a pair of black eyes that squinted up at her. The small fur-ball that lay there seemed to be cold and it made hungry sounds as it noticed someone was close by. Mana's heart immediately melted and she took the baby ferret with her home and nurtured it there like her own baby. Since that day, they have been inseparable and Mana enjoys teaching him new tricks every day. For example it never gets old with her to get him to steal something that Hana owns and hide it, while Mana can sit somewhere with an innocent look on her face.

The day had barely begun, and yet Mana was already pissed off. She had started by going to the nearest ramen bar and have a fit there over the prize of the ramen, which of course resulted in the owner getting mad and yell at the insolent girl. The argument had ended however when Mana had dumped her ramen over his head and stomped off while pouting. Momo which sat on her shoulder was glaring at it's owner/partner as she kept stomping onwards with her cheeks puffed out in her annoyance.
"Oh shut up! He had it coming!" A low snort was the only thing that came from the black ferret as it jumped from her shoulder and up on her head and pulled at one of the black strands of her hair. "Hey! OW! Don't make me get some black, fluffy slippers, because I'm sure you would be very comfortable to wear!" People around were stopping and watched the loud girl that was walking by while seemingly arguing with a ferret that sat on her head. In fact it had become very lonely for Mana to just have her ferret to talk with instead of Hana.
Walking in fast steps, Mana very sneakily grabbed two apples from a stand she passed by without being spotted. She was getting quite good at stealing small stuff actually. But the only things she took was food, since that was really the only important thing she could think off. Making a turn to the right, she sat down in a rather dark alley and bit down on the juicy apple. Momo jumped up and down on her head and made a squeaking sound as if to remind her she was forgetting something. "Hey, you are -not- eating on my head! I don't want my hair to get all sticky from the juice of the apple." Now while they both ate, Momo having to sit on her lap while eating to his annoyance, Mana started thinking about what to do. I could always nap... or eat something good...gah to heck with that! To be honest she was getting -very- bored. "Oh I know! I'm gonna paint that ramen stand with the annoying owner, pink!" Evil chuckle came from the young girl as she jumped up on her feet, causing Momo to fall to the ground with a lot of growling and protesting sounds.
At the end of the day, Mana stepped back to admire her work of art. The ramen stand was not only pink, but also had some yellow splatters here and there. I am a genius. She thought to herself as she turned and was about to walk away. "Hey you! What are you doing?" Her foot halted in mid-air as she sweat dropped while turning her head slowly to the side, the look on her face priceless as she had her mouth squinted in a cartoon like expression while her eyes were wide. It was clearly an "uh oh I got caught red handed" expression, and it did certainly not go pass the two academy teachers that had spotted her. "Hey... isn't that Mana?" oooh crapcrapcrapcrap!! "Uhm, I am sorry gentlemen but I'm not sure what you are talking about. And my name is not Mana. Uwahahahahahaha" Changing her voice and making up that laughter at the end did most probably not work, since it only made the men's eyes twitch as they were sure she took them for retards. Time to run for it !
She threw the paint buckets at the teachers, causing them to take a few steps back to prevent getting paint on them, and with that she was off! The dust literally formed a cloud as she ran for her life away from the now yelling men, while Momo squealed out as it clung for dear life to her hair. Oh yes, Mana led a -very- interesting life for a young ninja.
