it seems like its just fanime art. searched around and that's the only thing like it. from nothing in particular.

The patch is like the kid from Air Gear, he was an odd one...

Yes I was just wanting the source of the picture, sorry I didn't make that clear. I just assumed that everyone else would figure that out. Thanks Olan, I figured that may be the case but was hoping I could be wrong

It's an original from this pixiv artist. Granted you can't see the whole gallery unless you have an account but it's his alright.

He isn't from any show, as far as I know, but there is quite a bit of art of him. (Your pic is on Page 11)
