The concept that I'm working with now calls for a young character with a very rich and deep history that precedes him and serves to explain alot of the events in his storyline to come and is intrinsic to his personal growth and direction. I've written a general outline for a large "past-tense" thread that will cover his history up until the point of his arrival in Kirigakure no Sato.

I'm asking permission to claim the custom SC of:

Martial Arts Prodigy

Description: This technique stems from the use of a traditional brand of ??? clan. By focusing the flow of chakra on the seal that circles his wrist, which is cleverly disguised as an intricate patterned scarring or branding, he envokes a summoning contract of sorts that then allows him to draw forth his weapon of choice, ????.

*The fuuinjutus responsible is in reality an advanced space-time manipulating technique similiar to the concept of Minato Namikaze - Flying Thunder God technique and the work of a master practitioner but ??? progress and skillset at this point prevents his understanding and any changes or extrapilation while limiting him to solely its application.*

Appearance: Deep obsidian color throughout its entirety that is uniform in grade, shine, and feel even by comparison of the hilt and sheath to the blade itself. Symmetrical and traditionally square and streamlined when sheathed as any wakizashi.

Special Abilities: This wakazashi, is ??? own personal weapon granted ownership to him by the elders of his clan as is tradition of all young prospective warriors. It is remarkably beautiful and evidence of great worksmanship, while also deceptively sharp and capable of penetrating/slashing through all non-metal armor. The sword is also chakra conductive and while initially ??? is unaware of this fact, upon discovery it will serve to become an even deadlier tool. Upon discovery, the chakra conductive abilities of the sword will grant it the capability to bypass the protection of any non-chakra enhanced armors with respect to reason, while the range of his slash will be increased by an impercievable 6 inches.
*Sword is due to the extraordinary nature of its crafting, extremely durable and not subject to dulling or chipping associated with continued use. THE CHAKRA RELATED ABILITY MUST BE DISCOVERED THROUGH IN-CHARACTER MEANS THAT ARE BELIEVABLE AND SUBJECT TO THE SCRUTINY OF A MOD IF NEED BE.

Please overlook the question marks as they are there for the sake of a placeholder till certain personal information of my character is developed. The sword, the seal technique, and the SC are all to be justified via a massive personal history related RP that will also serve to provide the word count needed for these items.
