This item about seems to be one of the favorite among app's and I have notice while this is a sweet item to have it takes away from specifically my clan in general. Me being an Yamanaka my Yamanaka's Telepathic Communication becomes pointless as a jutsu, because everyone now has this without the using of chakra and at a longer range being able to communicate with anyone they feel.

Both are canon, I'm afraid we can't refrain users from using Ear-Piece Mic Radio's just because they render a jutsu less useful.

My point wasn't to take away anything like knives and such...it was said because something like this actually takes away from a clans ability..yet if someone were to make something custom that inflicts with some clans ability it's ultimately denied...Yes they are canon, yes i do have a set myself. I'm just against the point of contradicting the rules allowing this to stay but yet deny users when trying to make something that is similar to other things

The Ear-Piece Mic Radio inflicts with a very minor part of the Yamanaka clan's abilities. Yamanaka's Telepathic Communication does not become useless as a jutsu, because Ear-Piece Mic Radio's can always be broken or separated from shinobi, which obviously cannot happen with Yamanaka's Telepathic Communication. Just because the major uses of the equipment and technique are the same, it doesn't mean all the finer points are too. Like I said earlier, it seems irrational to ban a piece of equipment for this reason. That's like banning Kanashibari no Jutsu • Temporary Paralysis Technique because it's similar to Kagemane no Jutsu • Shadow Imitation, which is a Nara clan technique.

Let me clear this up for you now Aries. The Yamanaka's Telepathic Communication Technique would not be effected by the Ear-Piece Mic Radio. Your clan has the ability to communicate straight to the user with the help of chakra (i.e they would be hearing the voice within their head) whereas Ear-piece is just a simple radio where information is relayed externally to be heard by the ear. Therefore a ninja could and would here both simultaneously (if that situation would ever arise?) but other than that - I doubt that every ninja will have a mic-piece and use it, and vice versa, I doubt that everyone ninja will have a Yamanaka there to telepathically relay information to them. Therefore neither one is obsolete because of the other.

Not to mention that I believe the ear piece also has a range on it where-as the Yamanka have been shown to cover vast distances with their technique. They can also pick and choose who hears it where as electrical impulses of a radio could easily be intercepted or overheard by a nearby person with certain talents in espionage.
