Hi I'm Road, nice to meet you all. This whole system is new to me, so forgive me if it takes me a bit to figure it all out. I'm a highly active person as you'll find out as I get going here. I'm working on my profile so it should be up tonight or tomorrow, who knows hehe. I've been roleplaying for roughly 6 to seven years. I'm pretty decent, not an expert or anything XD. I'm looking forward to roleplaying with you all and hope to get to know some of yah. ^^

Yes, I'm sure there have been Genin characters who have started at that age, a brief sweep through the accepted applications should confirm that. There is an age expectancy but I think there's a good amount of leniency.
