| | Hey thar! So, I had 15 available funds. I applied for two SC's. I trained them, and they are now added to my character. I still have 15 AF points. Shouldn't there have been points deducted from my account? |

| SCs aren't paid for via the EXP acquired through topic evaluation. You trained for them, so they're yours.
