Some questions

I am back to the site and seeing that several things have changed, I would like to ask you staff some questions.

- First of all, what changed with the Medics?

- Do starting Special Characteristics have to be trained?

- What is wrong with the staff team box below the navigator? Or is that correct?

- And, what else has changed that has to be mentioned? I mean what important change has been implemented?

I just need to adapt again...

To sum up the medic part.

Some medical equipment had the non-specialty restrictions removed, a few new lower-rank jutsu were added, and a few tweaks were made here and there. So in terms of overall function nothing really changed but it would behoove you to look over the changes if your character was (or will be) using medical ninjutsu.

I worked myself on the new Medical Ninjutsu List with another staff member back before I was away, but my question is, do medics have to become medics IC now?

Short answer. Nope.
Long answer. Only if you want to be that way. You could make a medic who is utterly focused on the hurting end (poisons, chakra scalpels, etc). For an example of that look at Fox's character. I don't think she has any ability to put others back together.

Unless of your course your asking if someone with medical training has to be a medic. In that case I can safely, based on being one, say nope. Even if we would be the really dangerous ones.

I thought he was asking whether a character can be pre-approved with the profession or if they need to apply/acquire the profession IC. My tentative answer is that a medic can only enter the profession IC.

Yes, you have to do it IC. I wanted to start as a Medic, but was told that I had to acquire that profession through roleplay.
