Description: Upon learning how to enhance certain weapons with chakra, the ninja may advance their skills further. By training countless hours, they may now coat normal weapons, such as shuriken and kunai in chakra. In fact, members with such extensive training can coat ANY weapon they wish in chakra, regardless of weapon rank or capabilities. Ninja with this perk may utilize and create jutsu that coat minor weapons in chakra, but if a jutsu does not exist for the chakra coating, they may not simply do it reflexively like one can with Chakra Enhanced weaponry.

I'm not really understanding the benefit of this special characteristic in a logical standpoint for it's potential use. So it allows you to coat any weapon with chakra. But, weapons that are B+ are already chakra conductive, which means this technique is essentially for minor weapons. But why would a weaponry specialist coat a minor weapon with low durability and stats with chakra than their more powerful and counterparts. Its simply for fluff.

I propose a modification perhaps.

1.) Reduce or Eliminate the sustained chakra cost for imbueing a weapon with elemental chakra. This does not count towards techniques though, but rather having any weapon just have elemental advantages without the additional draining effect.

2.) Simply add additional power to all Nin/Wep techniques in the ninja's arsenal. Like the 20/40/60 but maybe higher statistics.

3.) Continuous chakra flow: The longer the weapon is charged with chakra per post, the stronger it gets, lets say by 10%.

Those are just some ideas off the top of my head, hopefully yall understand what I'm saying.

Supposedly yes. From the last time we heard it seems like that is one of the SC's slated for removal.

The SCs are indeed under revision. Work on them has been long and arduous since numerous set-backs, but they will be done and operational as soon as we can get them out there. Thank you for your patience and I hope that this issue will be resolved when the SC updates are published.
