A comely youth, Sho has the typical looks most of his clan are blessed with long black hair that is kept tied in a ponytail and bangs swept to the side of his face albeit, the few strands that seem to find their way in front. Unlike the usual dark brown eyes clan members are born with, the Genin was born with grey eyes as a result, he is teased by his sisters for making him appear cold and unapproachable. Attributed with smooth, porcelain skin that could be argued as perfect. With a lean body that stands at 5'8 body with slight muscle definition indeed, it's safe to say that he has a swimmers build. In summation Sho in the words of his sisters and, to his annoyance is more beautiful then handsome and could pull of impersonating a woman if he wore some makeup and the appropriate clothing.
As for clothing usually Sho wears a long, black jacket with rolled up sleeves and an upturned collar, opened and, revealing his white shirt. Accompanied with his black jacket bellow Show wears a pair of black pants with his forehead protector acting as a belt of sorts. For footwear the youth dons his own traditional pair of ninja sandles that are black in color. The only accessory he displays is a necklace with a pendant that is in the shape of his clans symbol.
At home or on days off Sho chooses to dress in a Navy blue Kimono top where, on the back the his clan's symbol is emblazoned in white. For below he sport a black Hakama with white trimmings and, to complete the ensemble he dons white tabi. His long black hair is also worn differently choosing to letting it flow and hang freely although, making sure to part his bangs away from his face and behind his ear so as to not interfere with his vision. The Kirigakure forehead protector is worn around his neck instead of like a belt. Overall when on breaks Sho's clothing are very samurai esque appearance. Forehead Protector: Worn as a belt. Personality:- Spoiler:
Quite opinionated as a result, of being born in a house of women. With four sisters Sho had to become outspoken in his opinions and, desires on what he felt much more so, if wanted or not to do something, else be bullied into doing chores forever. The youth is albeit, not for a lot of words a devastatingly honest individual and has a way of challenging people and ideas. Assertive and, outspoken he won't hesitate to call someone out if he feels something is unjust or not to his liking as a consequence, the genin can be found starting many arguments with others.
Exuding an otherworldly confidence that dips in plain arrogance, the ninja is not one to doubt his capabilities. The first to brag among friends on how great he was at accomplishing a goal, Sho is not what you call humble. Loyal to friends and comrades if they are criticized or harmed the youth takes a big offense to the point you've thought he was the one that was wronged. Passionate in what he believes in and, it's this trait the drives him to strive for more. As a result, of his passionate nature and having high standards for himself, when he does fail it hits Sho harshly to the point of going into a depressed like state.
Rather than leading or, following the youth is more individualistic and accordingly, upholds the belief that one should follow their own goals and, desires. Seeing himself as the focus and, generally acting on personal self-interest, has more then on one account caused a moral conflict within himself and, a friction between his allies. In contrasts to his self-serving views, Sho on multiple accounts albeit, grudgingly has chosen the well being and, betterment of the group. His loyalty to others consistently outweighs his self-important character for the simple reason, that he does care for his friends. Of course he wouldn't admit aloud his concern for comrades and, their well being. The youth behind his confrontational and assertive nature truly believes that friends companionship, out value his goals.

The ninja prefers to keep fights at a close to mid range distance, if he could have it that way. When up close Sho relies on his swordsmanship abilities to win him his victories seeing that, his taijutsu skills are average but, definitely not something to brag about much less rely upon. As for his Kenjutsu abilities, he has a more speed, out footwork, and precise style in contrast, to a raw power like style. This isn't to assume he's weak but, more that he chooses a way of fighting that he's more comfortable in practicing nevertheless, if the opportunity arises the genin will release a powerful blow to an unsuspecting opponent.
Sho is proficient in dual wielding and, if the situation arises is confident in using the combination of his Katana with Ninjato or, his pair of Tomahawks fluidly. By using two weapons the genin is able to apply better pressure on his opponent seeing that, they have to keep track of twice the amount of angles, an attack can come from now.
When the space between his opponent grows far enough to make close combat unlikely, the genin then switches to the use of his ninjutsu with the intention, of bridging the gap again and forcing the skirmish back to close combat. Back to his ninjutsu, he chooses to use it for the purpose of giving himself in a advantageous position, or catching his opponent in a trap. From the two basic elements and his advance element, Sho favors using his Suiton elemental jutsu seeing that, he's more proficient in using said element then Fuuton and, chooses to use his Hyōton as a trump card and, to keep opponents from figuring out the clan he comes from.
If he's able to sneak up on his enemy without notice then Sho will choose to survey them first, trying to deduce any weakness they may have and, when he does choose to strike it's usually with the thought, of picking him off quietly. While in open fighting the ninja chooses to rely on heavily on tactics and his mind rather then passion and instinct. This way of fighting greatly contrasts the usual attitude Sho portrays and, he does for the simple reason, that he knows that he messes up or gets to emotional it could cost him his life. Incidentally, it should be noted that Sho isn't above mixing up the way he manages a battle and, is willing to change up his style if needed. Special Characteristics:

THE BACKGROUND. History:- Spoiler:
Born into a ninja clan Sho as a result, obviously became a ninja. Even before entering the academy as soon as he was eligible, he was being trained by senior clan members in the basic arts of the ninja. The early training as a result, gave the Yukki clan member a head start of his soon to be peers. In the academy the teacher's had noted that Sho albeit, not a prodigy showed some raw talent especially in the areas of ninjutsu and kenjutsu. However this talent was tossed as a second thought due to the fact, that Sho had constantly argued or expressed to harshly his point of views with his teachers and students, which led to a few schoolyard brawls.
His confrontation like behavior was attributed to, being born into a family of women save for his father. Having four sisters three who were his elder, had made him quite the passionate arguer. Thus, the constant child like bickering at home had molded him into quite the opinionated preteen. Although Sho did argue with his sisters most of the time there was no sense of hate or, animosity between of siblings but, their own strange way of expressing the love between them, at least that is what his mother had told him.
When the time for graduation came Sho had been one of the top students of his class, to the surprise of his sisters who thought he was lazy and, nobody special. The accomplishment gave the new genin a confidence that would be a facet of his personality in the future. As a genin, he did what all genin do and, that's the boring task like cleaning a pond, or finding lost pets. It was not after a few months that his team was given a higher ranked jutsu albeit, it was just to make sure a merchant traveling to his home town which, wasn't that far from the Hidden village Sho came from but, nonetheless it was an exciting experience for the young genin cause of the reason, of it being his first outside the village. As for the mission, it went smoothly with no protection actually needed for the merchant.
The genin kept going on missions on a more consistent bases and accordingly, gained experience on his travels by learning both the tree climbing and, water climbing techniques. It wasn't to much longer after he had learned more jutsu and his sensei had deemed himself and his teammates to enter the chuunin exams.
He failed the exams. Even though he was confident in his skills and jutsu, Sho had failed in attaining the rank of chuunin. The failure hit the youth quite hard, even going into a depressed like state. It wasn't until his very own sisters had comforted him that he had regained his usual mindset and, with his newly rejuvenated spirits the genin began to train, preparing himself for the next time he could prove himself.

The village streets were filled with the hustle and bustle that came from the afternoon. The morning dew had all but dried up with the thick mist that veiled the Hidden Village of the Mist during the morning. It turned out to be picturesque day with light formation of clouds in the blue sky and a radiant sun that could reinvigorate anyone, well anyone except for Sho Yuki.
The morning had started like any other for Sho, he had woken up weary from the training from the day before more so, since Sho had chosen to try to argue with his sensei which led to his and, to the anger of his teammates a more tiring training regimen. So when he had returned home the genin had planned to use today his only day off for the week to rest and, just plain laze around. He managed to accomplish relaxation that came with doing nothing. Enjoying the calm of the backyard of his home. Laying down on the wooden floor he took in the ambient noises that came from the sound of the small waterfall filling the pool of water just a few meters from where he laid. He listened to the croaking of the several toads that made their home in the small pond and, had even made a small game of trying to discern the amount of amphibian tenants there were by focusing on the varying levels of croaks. Yes he enjoyed his doing nothing that is of course, until his sisters ruined it.
The noise had come in an uproar of shouting and arguing that broke any form of serenest Sho was in. With his calm broken the youth had grumbled as he got up from his resting spot and entered his home irritated and curious to find out what all the fuss was about and, looking back that curiosity is what began all his troubles.
The scene of his sisters was chaotic if you needed one word describe it. His three eldest sisters had all been arguing over, he surmised after some expert discernment and, the help of his younger sister who sat to the side watching the commotion with Sho, about who would go get the groceries. Apparently their mother had chosen his second eldest sister but when the time came she had decided that she couldn't because of some prior plans with some guy. Apparently it was pretty important or, at least the way she argued sure made it seem that way. So she had tried to pass the burden to his third to eldest sister who, had quickly denied and, gave her reason was she had to go hang out with her friends already. Of course then when the eldest sibling came into the fray and, like one could expect she too was thrown into the who will do the task wars.
After watching from afar for an extended amount time, Sho had decided it was time to step in and be mediator. That was probably his second his mistake. When he had made himself the center of attention, almost as if they had a hive mind and, thought of the same idea. With scheme filled eyes and, sly smiles on the three of them the sisters had in unison chosen Sho as the bearer of the plague that was the simple chore of getting groceries.
Of course he had argued against it, the genin was still sore from the day before and, wanted to rest. He had pleaded but to no avail, the three had pounced upon him with reasons of why he was perfect to go. He's young, he's to pale so some sun would do him good, and of course he was a guy. The only male among a family of women and destined to be the scapegoat he had thought. If it were a fair one on one argument the youth probably stood a chance but, when his sisters worked together it was nigh impossible. Noticing the tides rapidly turning against him he searched for help in his younger sister, who remained aside from the commotion. She replied to Sho with a simple shrug, intelligently choosing to not get involved and as a result, metaphorically let a trio of devils to hang her brother.
From a day that was supposed to be used to cool off, to one where he was forced into doing a task that wasn't his to begin with had resulted, in making a visibly irritated Sho. It wasn't the task that had annoyed him but the fact that he was always the victim. From pranks to teasing his sisters knew how to easily get under his skin, and with their mother carrying another child on the way life didn't seem to be getting easier. I swear you better come up a boy. He prayed mentally, hoping that he would have sort of support in the future from his tyrannical sisters. Sho maneuvered through the main street of the village, avoiding people while parting greetings with neighbors, and fellow ninja until he had finally made it to the general goods store.
" Hey grand lady I've come for some stuff." He spoke to the elderly clerk as soon as he came in, waving a list of what was needed in the air before giving it to his elder. She pinched his cheek lovingly as she took the list, she always pinched his cheek, even back with his a kid she did. "Why must you do that all the time?." The genin protested watching the elderly woman make her through the aisles getting what was needed. "My sisters said hi, although they could've done that in person if they weren't so lazy..." His words trailed off into a barely audible whisper as he vented his annoyance. Of course the elderly woman didn't particularly hear him she just went about random rambling about the her past and things have changed, like she always did. When she was done picking out the items, Sho walked up pulling out the necessary ryo to pay for the groceries to the counter. "We'll see ya grandma." The ninja waved goodbye to the older woman and, began to make his way out of the store.
By the time he had made it back to his doorsteps Sho had calmed down from the irritation he was in at the beginning of his task until of course, he heard the same dreading arguing from his sisters. How are they still arguing? He thought astonished at the sheer level and capacity his siblings could spend badmouthing each other. I bet they can conquer the whole ninja world if they focused their priorities more on the ninja arts then arguing. He mused while entering his house greeting himself to a bombardment of bickering. His sister's were arguing in the same place where they had been before he had left. Probably about something stupid again. He concluded as spectated the war of words and opinions. "Hey I got the groceries. Can I at least, I don't know get a thank you?" The youth intersected, feeling he should get some kind of form of gratitude. Of course he was wrong.
As if deja vu were happening his sisters looked at him, with the same scheme filled eyes, and sly smile they wore when they first made him the scapegoat. "Not this time! I'm not doing anything else understand?" He expressed passionately, knowing what they had in mind before words were even uttered from older siblings but, like before it was futile and, like before he looked at his younger sister watching from aside like she did before, expecting some form of help. Sadly nothing came but a mere shrug and, an innocent smile. That kid better be a boy. He prayed once more, hoping his next sibling could be an ally and not an enemy as he stood defeated for the second time today at the mercy of his sisters.

However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2

Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will place their hand over their head and cause a large amount of mist to gather. This mist is extremely difficult to see through from someone not of Kirigakure, who are used to looking through heavy mists, and are more able to do combat while within said mist. The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the mist, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of mist. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick mist but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the mist. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can dispel the mists. Name: Ninpou; Kiri Bunshin - Mist Clone Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m~10m), Far (10m+) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. A variant of the water clone jutsu, the user will complete the needed hand seals in order to create up to five mist clones. These clones are, although technically solid, unable to attack or defend, or use jutsu. Should the clone come into contact with someone's attack, or try and attack themselves, they will simply disrupt into mist and then gradually reform. Any weapon attacks thrown by the mist clones will, although appearing real, only disperse into mist upon contact with their target; posing no physical threat. However, because they constantly reform, they are near impossible to get rid of, and offer a constant confusion factor. Chakra Cost: 4CP (1 per post)
Name: Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. Chakra Cost: 7CP

A water based technique. By performing a single hand sign the user will manipulate a nearby water source to shoot up into a whip and grip to the opponents legs. If it connects successfully, the jutsu will remain in hold for a post making the opponent unable to move unless the opponent uses a technique to get him/herself out. Chakra Cost: 6CP

Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. The user can quickly create an ice dome around their allies and themselves to act as a defense. Name: Hyōton Disuku | Ice Disk Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Hyōton (Ice Release) Description: Hyōton Disuku is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Yuki clan. This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas. They can also be used defensively by being used as a shield to deflect attacks below C-rank and basic thrown weapons. Chakra Cost: 5CP (per disk)
Name: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki | Swallow Snow Storm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Hyōton (Ice Release) Description: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Yuki clan. This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction up to 3 times in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. Chakra Cost: 5CP (per 3 needles)
Name: Hyōton Samui no Iki | Cold Breath Rank: C-rank Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Hyoton Description: By kneading their chakra in their stomach and, then exhaling, the user will blow a cold, cone shaped snowy mist. The mist is cold and, strong enough to freeze while at the same time deflect incoming projectiles such as, shuriken and kunai. Water techniques of the same level or below will freeze when coming into the range of the jutsu. As for people who get caught in it's effects they will experience chills, stiffened movements and, some frost buildup on their person. Chakra Cost: 6CP

This jutsu forms a hastily rising pillar of ice from the ground at an angle of the clan members choosing. A versatile technique not strictly for offensive use of ramming the pillar at opponents but, also one that can be used as a sort of way of fast trouble for example, by making the pillar rise from under them, the speed and momentum it gives will send the user flying high through the air and allowing them to avoid obstacles like walls or reach distances not thought possible. Name: Hyōton Naisei Sanhyōsho | Reflecting One's Self Triple Crystal Ice Mirrors Rank: C-rank Type:Ninjutsu Range:Close (0m - 5m) Element: Hyōton Description: A less powerful form of the famous Makyō Hyōshō Jutsu, Sho had come across the technique by accident for the simple reason of failing in being able to perform the Makyō Hyōshō Jutsu. The technique is quite effective in spite, of the failure the jutsu represents. He is able to summon a max of, like the name suggest a total of three ice mirrors positioned albeit, don't have to be in a triangular formation around the user and his opponent. Once Sho enters one of the mirrors he is able to travel between them at a high speed of course, not as fast as the Makyō Hyōshō Jutsu. Every mirror shows his reflection and so it's difficult to discern from where his attack will come from. If the mirror Sho is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. Even more so then the original the longer Sho uses the technique the slower and, more fatigued hes becomes. Chakra Cost: 9cp (Additional 2 per post)

Name: Kobudō Byakko-no-Kamae Aki Hagane | Old Martial Ways White Tiger Form Autumn's Steel Rank: C-A rank Type: Bukijutsu - [Kenjutsu] Range: Close Element: N/A Description: A technique that goes into the Byakko-no-Kamae form and requires some kind of bladed weapon to perform for example, a sword or, kunai knife. In the Byakko-no-Kamae form, the user positions their self at a sideways stance, with one shoulder facing the opponent. The form hides the length of the blade with their body by exposing the pommel to the enemy. This could work as a deterrent of sorts, the enemy not knowing the exact reach of the weapon or, the intention of the user's attack. With the dominant hand placed on the handle, the free hand is placed, gripping the blade ridge in between their thumb, index, and middle fingers. Focusing their chakra throughout their arms, the practitioner flexes his dominant hand holding the handle in a way that cause the weapon to be swung if, they weren't pulling back on the sword with the fingers on the blade ridge of the sword and as a result, generating a great deal of resistance. When the technique is performed either while moving, in the air or, at a standstill, the user in one fluid motion swings their weapon, while releasing the blade ridge and due to that, a frighteningly fast and powerful slash is produced, that has the deadly potential to finish off an opponent. Done almost instantaneously, the practitioner after the technique is performed, will quickly choose to return back to the Byakko-no-Kamae form or, the other benevolent beast stances. At beginner levels the technique isn't overtly fast or powerful, an opponent is able to see the attack coming and, properly react if able to. | Hey there, I like your application as it's neat and simple but let me point out some things.
- You have an open jutsu slot left (14/15 starting limit). Adding a weaponry jutsu, or a non-elemental jutsu would be a nice idea. You can leave it as it is, but you will have to buy jutsu through EXP points after your character is approved. That means the more you get for free the better.
- Please specify your two Weaponry ranges (Close-Mid-Long), as jutsu and weapons depend on those ranges. It should maybe look like
Weaponry (Primary: Close Range; Secondary: Mid/Long Range) or Weaponry (Close - Mid/Long)
(I include close range because you have a Katana)
- I would like to see more about your character's personality, so please make additions and expand it.
- You can also add one more C Rank weapon or other equipment if you wish to.
- Reducing the space between that Jutsu headline and your spoilers in your Arsenal post would be nice as well.

added another C-rank weapon and as a result, I put an extra few details in his combat style detailing his use of the weapon.

| Just going to jump in here in order to speed up things, and give you things to do while waiting on Panda's next post. - Rakka no Sora | Falling Sky: This sounds like an auto hit jutsu, as well as something that offers an almost definite opening for further attack. In order for this to work, you're going to have to remove the bit about this being powerful enough to knock someone to their knees, or even knock projectiles to the ground (other than senbon); though I'd be fine with it knocking them severely off course, and making their aim lower, and headed towards the ground.

Please specify that it is not instant while in the lower ranks, though it can get faster and faster as the user ranks up, and uses this jutsu at the higher ranks; by concentrating more chakra to the area.
- After that is done, this should be fine; at least by my standards, though, to be fair, I only skimmed and looked over the jutsu. Should Panda have anything else to say, feel free, as well as another moderator, should there be a pressing issue o.o Looks fine to me, bud. Looking forward to seeing you in Kiri!

took out Rakka no Sora's ability to force people to their knees and, now it's just a jutsu that makes projectiles veer off course of their mark. Decreased it's chakra cost from seven to six, since it does less now.
wrote a further clarification on the power of Aki Hagane for beginning users, also added that it becomes stronger the higher skill/rank the user is.

| I am sorry that I didn't mention it, but as a Genin you can own 2 C rank weapons of your primary weaponry and only one rank below (D rank) weapons that fall under your secondary specialty. At least that's what I was asked to clarify to you. Please make the necessary changes, both in your arsenal and in combat style. |

| Sorry, but you misunderstood. You can have 2 C rank weapons that are close ranged since that is your primary one. That means you can have a second C rank close ranged weapon, whatever that is.
