Appearance: Stahl is quite a tall man with average skin tone whilst being a touch on the tan side. Perhaps Irish in origin his voice sounds nothing like it; rather, a bit grouchy while being somewhat smooth with bits of roughness splashed in. Though strangely enough he does hold an odd "capability" to speak as an Irishman yet when we know of his true origin's Stahl comes from the leaf. Standing tall at the height of five feet seven Stahl can be quite the intimidating man but it is not his height nor his one-hundred and fifty pounds of muscle that totally makes this true. Rather this is primary supported by his strange black spiky hair. Added with his clothing Stahl is easy to spot and recognize even at a distance. A strong man you could imagine him as a quarter back in American Football.
Lean, those well built muscles are defined each with equivalent strength showing the maximum peak a human may reach yet this "maximum" is only large for a large-average man without overly doing muscles. With a lean yet tone body each feature is well defined moving down from a decent chest slightly slender abdomen showing a full six pack he's worked his whole life to attain and keep. With a healthy body Stahl hardt is capable of getting sick without hindering to much as he recovers from sickness within a day or few days, depending how sever and/or how much he rests.
Various physical scars remain unseen much of the time. When not wearing a shirt his chest is whittled in scars. Three prominent scares may make the weak hearted weary of just how Stahl could have survived. The first is a single slash going down from his right shoulder down to left abdominal. An older scar it was one of the first he received ten years ago thus it is rather faded. Secondly there exists a stab wound in the left side of his gut just below the belly-button which comes out on the same side upon his back. The third is a rather large two-fold scar that sinks deep into the skin to the point of damaging the spin nearly cutting it in half. Large amounts of damage was taken in the past just months ago leaving him unable to do much for two months. If not for being saved he clearly would have died. While the wounds are completely healed Stahl does say the scars sometime sting when touched by another or the wind itself.
Forehead Protector: He doesn't really wear it, keeping it in his pocket but when wearing it the headband is tied onto his head.
Personality: The man called Stahl can come off as a cold, sarcastic, rude, and abrasive person never missing a chance to use vulgar language. Generally taken as that stereotypical bad-boy people don't with to mess with people find it difficult to approach him due to his rather aggressive nature starting out. While this nature is indeed abrasive it is merely to protect himself as he believes relying on others is a sign of weakness. With no one eve around to dry his tears always striving merely just to live it became difficult seeing others whom are happy as can be. Those who do not know the true dangers of the world, how it really is, sicken him while at the same time he is envious of them. Those whom have yet to dirty their souls with the blood of others or yet to witness the true horrors this world possesses Stahl sees them as lucky. Though beneath this gruff exterior there does exist a softer, a more compassionate side that is rarely seen.
His "bad attitude", foul language, self-confidence are comparable to that of an orphaned young adult who has been forced to fend for himself from a young age. Though at the root of his existence there exists a fear or anger at his lack of belonging which caused darkness to be in his heart. Impatient by nature, he is very prideful having a difficult time to admit when he did something wrong but is not above it. Given the chance Stahl would rather kill than someone kill for him. There is no second thought to killing someone who threatens his life and he would rather use his sword or bare hands than anything else. When it comes to combat he is not known for his subtle-side yet is by no means foolish. Growing up most of his life alone you learn when to pick a fight or run. Preferring tactics over power he does mold bits of power into something he calls “brutally tasteful”.
Beneath this rough and gruff exterior exists a compassionate man rarely seen. Kept hidden in order to protect himself Stahl generally only shows kindness to some women and children. Though Stahl does have a weakness for most women unable to properly talk to them. This is not to say he can't get with one rather when an argument starts he is unable to hold back generally making them cry which makes him feel bad. Normally resulting to him leaving with a pseudo victory or give in. Among other notes about Stahl are some interesting ones. He views hypocrisy as the height of villainy as people preach one thing yet betray those very words that were spoken. Attacking the innocent, or those unable to defend themselves, is something he won't stand for – even if they are enemy but there are exceptions. Somewhat of a pig he eats large amounts of food with a seemingly bottomless stomach, he sees himself a connoisseur of sorts often using it as a means for free food. Some of his favorite foods are ordinary steaks, salads, and apples – a man with simple tastes but does enjoy a “fansy smanshy dinner” at times. Lastly he has a code of conduct in battle often following the Codes of Chivalry believing in honor-bound duels but is not against getting down and dirty when the time calls.

Combat Style: Very little of Shiki's style is focused on brute force but rather striking key points on the human body. These spots focus upon joints, vital organs, along with certain locations such as the back of the neck. No matter the person, large or small, fast or strong, if the right places are struck they can be brought down. Gentle Fist encompass this and like other Hyuuga Shiki aims to understand the rhythm of the foe's moves, however, Shiki takes this a step beyond by combining it with two various of Kenpo. Go no Sen uses counters by dodging an attack with the slightest margin, it's used solely based on counters and is most effective when the user syncs their speed with the foe. By doing so the user of Go no Sen can appear to have taken an attack head on where in reality they took no damage at all. The second style of Kenpo, similar to Tiger Claw and Piguaquan (true name unknown) , focuses primary on open palm and spear strikes. It's heavy hitting often attacking joints thus breaking them and is effective for direct body strikes. These spear strikes are useful for actually stabbing into people.
Weapons? Well, Shiki might not have magic cards but he's got magic hands. Those hands have the force, that some might say, are like canons. And well, bitches love canons. Course, bitch being the person on the receiving end on his heavy blows. That aside, he knows how to use basic knife combat but uses it more for support when needed.

Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time.
THE BACKGROUND.
History: Years ago two siblings eventually became lovers. Brother and sister. Apart of the main family. Their names were Tomoya and Natsumi. Like many siblings they cared deeply for one another however this sparked into love after years of taking care of Natsumi. A sick child, she was unable to become a ninja remaining at the home mostly doing choirs around the house. Tomoya looked after Tomoya when not on missions spending every waking and sleeping minute with his beloved sister. This eventually lead to them being young lovers during their teen years. At the age of twenty Natsumi's illness struck her hard when she was to give birth with a high possibility of death, however, she managed to pull through. It was thought their son might be ill as well which there was truth to that. At a young age Shiki was always sick. He was unable to play outside with the other kids. Being sickly the slightest bit of emotional or physical stress aggravated this condition.
With his father now always away on missions Shiki didn't have much of a fatherly figure. Always with his mother he became somewhat of a mama's boy but without dad around he wanted to be strong for his mom. Shiki tried pushing himself, always acting tough despite his body being weak. He'd carry things, move, and do things to big for a young boy to tackle. This lead to him being picked on by other children. Having few friends there wasn't anyone around for him beyond Natsumi. He didn't care for the other Hyuuga nor did they care for him. They were to high-strung, thinking themselves better than others. Despite all this Shiki pushed himself when not bedridden. On several occasions he nearly died because of this. One case being Natsumi finding him passed out in the forest just behind their house leaving him in bed for an entire month. At the age of ten word got to Natsumi and Shiki that Tomoya was killed in the line of action. When told this Natsumi passed out on the floor going into shock where Shiki nearly began, especially after seeing his mother in such a condition. For the next month her status worsened leading to her death.
Ridden with despair Shiki felt he had no reason for living anymore as his live was always to be strong for his mother, however, at her deathbed she left him with parting words. “Be strong, your world might seem of darkness but there is light. Our eyes extend past the horizon, we see what other's can not see. Though mine and your bodies are weak our hearts are strong.” Following this Shiki tried entering the academy yet was denied due to his sick body leading to him severing ties with the Hyuuga and the village where he lived. This lead to Shiki leaving the village on his own but being so young he couldn't survive for long, especially with his condition. Far away from the village Shiki was found collapsed on the ground by a traveling tea maker where he took Shiki in as his own child after hearing his story. From here Shiki traveled with the man for five years. During this time Shiki's health slowly became better especially with the “special tea” made by this man called Yuki. Eventually Shiki joined the Lightning Village with Yuki using his connections with the higher ups. This was done so Shiki could finally become a ninja. Finally accepted into an academy Shiki proved himself quite skilled in Taijutsu over the next year eventually becoming a Genin by the age of sixteen spending the next year as a genin.

Quite a few remained in the hotel built right beside. While there were many events going on throughout Naruki it grew tiresome constantly leading. Always busy Naruki's leaders held much responsibility upon their shoulders. Not only were they responsible for their own family but maintained a business. Tiss a difficult job and there were questionable times if it was worth it all, but at the end of the day, rather Overseer or Councilman, they were just normal people who enjoyed life's simple pleasures. Sometimes Ellis wanted to escape it all but in the end she enjoyed this job. At least once a week Ellis meet with someone that was her friend since a young child. Hotoru was her name. Just like for the past few years Ellis set up wine and several hand foods on a glass table. Card games, movies, and other stuff; they planned little just going with what they felt at the time. Tonight Ellis was the host so she made arrangements suited to Hotoru's likes keeping bitter food on the glass table with her own choice pick of spicy. Even the refrigerator contained various food and drink; which Ellis always kept a constant stock for her friend in case there was ever an unexpected visit. Room comfortable as the fire kept it warm on a cool night like tonight. Above the fireplace rested a fifty inch plasma television built into the wall of which Ellis flipped through the guide seeing what movies were playing tonight. Ellis rested peacefully on the right side of the couch with her legs folded knees up to chest with her halfway laying on the arm rest. Tonight Ellis wore a simple black thigh-high bathrobe that remained strapped halfway showing her petite chest and black undergarment. She will be here soon. There looks to be a few good horror movies playing but I'm more in the mood for a comedy. It's to peaceful for horror. Ah yes, Hotoru loved romance so maybe a romance comedy to suit both their interests. While it would be fun to go the movies, clubbing or out to eat tonight was particularly busy so Ellis they agreed on a simple night at home.

Name: Byakugan (Activation) Rank: E-S [C] Type: Bloodline - Doujutsu Range: Description Clan: Hyuuga Description: Byakugan "White Eye" is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. This technique is the activation of the ability from the eyes previous dormant state. When activated the users lavender eyes become more focused, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one small blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The user is able to see into vasts distances in which a regular eye cannot behold. They are capable of seeing insects behind trees with distinct perception and look behind wall with the Byakugan's ability. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. Requirements: Must have the Byakugan (Activated) Description: The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) or Gentle Fist Style (柔拳法, Jūkenpō) is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage and disrupt the body's Chakra Pathway System so as to ultimately inhibit an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user surgically injects a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The infiltrating chakra can then be used to disrupt or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu.Targeting the Tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Jūken user can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gate-keeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Jūken-user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have. Description: This is the base fighting style the Hyuuga learns at an early age, which emphasis the abilities of their Byakugan which allows them to see chakra networks. This technique allows the user to passively seal a persons Tenki points upon physical contact, thus slowly depleting their chakra in the process. 3CP will be depleted with each successful attack from the user, no matter how minimal it is. Because the chakra network and human system are so aligned, while depleting a persons tenki points the user also causes severe internal pain upon the contacted area. Jutsu Name: Hiratehi-ru Dageki | Palm Heel Strike Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Hiratehi-ru Dageki is a very base technique performed by the members of the Hyuuga Clan. This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the users' palm to an opponent's body. If the jutsu strikes at dead center, it may can thrust the enemy back a couple of meters. Chakra Cost: 3CP Name: Chakura Hari no Jutsu | Chakra Needle Technique Rank: D Type: Taijutsu - Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: - Description: Chakura Hari no Jutsu is a common technique performed by the members of he Hyuuga Clan. After focusing chakra outside the body, the chakra is formed into visible needles which can be propelled at the user's target. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used to hit very small targets, such as bees etc. This attack can also be used to attack a persons chakra network by performing accurate shots into their chakra system. It these needles exceed the range, they disappear. 4 needles make be made at one time using this jutsu. Chakra Cost: 4CP Name: Hakke Kūshō | Eight Trigrams Empty Palm Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: - Description: Hakke Kūshō is a technique performed by members of the Hyuuga Clan. This technique is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to violently push the opponent away a few meters. Chakra Cost: 7CP Name: Hakkeshō Kaiten | Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: - Description: Hakkeshō Kaiten is a technique performed by members of the Hyuuga Clan. A Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. Chakra Cost: 8CP Name: Gentle Fist - Alternate Specialty: In Description Emphasis: In Description Requirements: Understanding of Gentle Fist Style, 1000 words of training from someone who knows it, and Eijutsu. The Eijutsu requirement is such that the user may have the necessary anatomy knowledge to actually inflict damage with their strikes. Description: This is dubbed “Fierce Palm”. This utilizes Gentle Fist but without use of the Byakugan. Rather than focusing on attacking the chakra network the user attacks the body directly with the passive cost chakra spikes. Though overall attack power is minimal it is that Gentle Fist utilizes high speed strikes that accumulate damage over time. Jutsu: Taijutsu/Gentle Fist Name: Gentle Burst Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: - Description: This utilizes the basics of Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin and seen as its predisesor. By eminating chakra from all points at once the Hyuuga can create a "burst" of chakra. This causes knockback equal to a C rank, however, it also can cause objects such as kunai or projectiles (jutsu included) to go off course. Though if the strike/projectile is of higher rank it would be sent off by a moderate or small degree. While this is active Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin can be used by merely spinning. This could also be focused into a singular side of the body (noted rotation cant be used when that aspect is done) which upgrades. While it can't outright defend against B Rank techniques it could take the brunt of it. This can only be kept up for 3 posts, 2 cooldown, and the kockback/block only works during the first post. Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target.

Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference.

Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken.

Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels.

Name: Ningen Sukiningu Shuhou - Human Skinning Technique

Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts.

Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal.

Description: The user will focus chakra to their hands and release it to either the throat, in order to loosen the air ways, or the chest, in order to help the lungs expand. This will help the user or the patient breathe easier. A bastardized use of this technique causes the airways to constrict making it much harder for the target to breath. This technique lasts one post without continuous contact.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two.

- I've added the [Kumo Genin] tag to the topic title for you, as this is required.
- You only have 10/15 available starting jutsu (excluding your fighting styles) Are you sure you don't want to add more jutsu before getting this approved? Whilst this isn't compulsory, you will be charged EXP for jutsu once you are approved.
- Solidified Nail - I can't allow a C-Ranked jutsu to have a "minimal" chakra cost. Regardless, it should cost between 5-9CP. Also, being only C-Ranked, the jutsu should only be able to damage flesh, not organs.
- I fixed the image of your Reversed-Double Bladed Knife, as you forgot the [/url] code.

Well, took out Solidified Nail. I'll work on it as a newer jutsu later on. As for the other five, this opened up a sixth slot so I added in the follow jutsu from yalls' list.

Gentle Fist - Alternate;
This really isn't any different from standard Gentle Fist; there's no reason you can take the regular style, and attack a point other than the chakra network. Nothing stopping you from just slapping someone in the gut with regular Gentle Fist.
Viper Death Fist;
The way I'm reading this style, I'm taking it that you can simply redirect a blow, mid-blow, to pursue an evading opponent? I would say that, at the very least, this would require Speed and Evasion SCs. Seeing as you can only start with one SC, it may be best to wait until later on in your character to apply for this style.
Iron Finger/Tiger Claw;
Nit-pick, but such precision surely requires medical knowledge. Something you already have, granted, but it should still be stated within the Requirements. Also, you say it must be taught by someone who already knows it? In that case, you should elaborate in your history when and how Shiki learned this style.
And just a side note, but while it's all well and fine to have multiple fighting styles, these descriptors are more or less fluff; they're meant to describe a common feature or attribute of multiple techniques. Without any actual jutsu and techniques relegated to the style, you won't be able to actually do much with them.
Chakra Absorption Technique;
This is a Ninjutsu. As you are a Taijutsu and Eijutsu specialist, you cannot have this technique.
Reversed-Double Bladed Knife;
Please upgrade this to D-rank. No weapons outside the the basic kit items (kunai, shuriken, etc) should be E-rank. |

| Gentle Fist Alternate - the reason I have it is because it says you cant use the chakra spikes without the Byakugan active, however, its been proven to be done without Byakugan active in the show. I just have this so people won't try saying something.

The main reason the Byakugan tends to need to be active is such that you can actually see where you're hitting, and intentionally strike highly-damaging areas. Without it, you'd be relying on pure memory, or fighting blind. I would say is you added in Eijutsu as a requirement, or that's to say, a detailed knowledge of the human body as a result of your medical training, you'd stand better odds of doing damage with this style, rather than just flailing blindly.
Gentle Burst;
Essentially a stationary Kaiten, if I'm reading this correctly? Not bad in and of itself, so long as it's established as slightly weaker, being without the benefit of rotation. I can also see the reasoning to keeping this jutsu running for multiple posts, to allow a speedier execution of the Kaiten. That said, I'd prefer if this jutsu had a maximum limit, say, 3 posts. Finally, I would like it stated that its blocking capacity is only in effect on the first post, much like the Kaiten is a single-post jutsu.
As for focusing the chakra to a singular point, I'd recommend that, in addition to the inability to rotate, it also stipulates that it benefit the user with stronger "Shielding," as it were, in the particular area it was being focused. I mention this because, really, if they're equally capable of expending the same amount of chakra to defend their entire body, compared to spending the same amount of chakra to defend only one small portion, it really defeats any purpose to only focus it to a small area. |

Gentle Burst - Thanks. Stated it lasts 3 posts without the knockback after the first post. Stated that if using to defend one side its upgraded to a B rank effect with cost still being that of C. Not sure if this could be allowed which is why I didn't originally state the compression would make it stronger. Logically you are correct in that it would but some sites just really don't go for that stuff. If it can't be B then I can easily restate. Sound good? |
