Background:Hakamaru went to the forest to train one but he always takes a book for when he is resting. So Hakamaru wnet to the libary that day to find a book to take with him. Hakamaru found a book on sumons and i he had taken an intrest in sumoning ever sinse he first became a ninja. So Hakamaru went up to the forest with the book in his hand. Hakamaru Did a bit of training but couldnt resist to read the bok so he sat down and picked up the book. Hakamaru read how to summon in the book for about half an hour. HAkamaru found out how to summon but diddnt reas that if you havent got a contract some thing bad could happen. HAkamaru couldnt wait to the summoning jutsu out and tryed to summon. The ground started shaking underneith Hakamaru and then hefelt a tingleing feling all over his body. Then before Hakamaru knew it he was lying on some sort of hot wet solind. Hakamaru opend his eyes and there rite in front of him was a massive 10 ft tall DRAGON!

Hakamaru was amazied that the dragon could talk. Whilest geting up from the weind substance Hakamaru Said "Iwanted to summon an animal"Hakamaru stood there gazing at the beast. {color=red]Ahh Isee Zakamechi come forth zakamichi will be youre c rank summon[/color] A dragon came forward out of the darkness the dragon was a quter off the size of the big dragon but looked strong."We shall send you back to youre world but as soon as you arive you must practice youre sumon."Hakamaru was very surprised that the dragon would just had him a sumon like that but he was not going to turn the offer down"Ok i shall do as you say."Then all of a suden Hakamaru got that tingiling feeling again.

Name: Great Fireball Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, gather up chakra in their chest, then spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. Sasuke is seen doing this technique without making a ring over his mouth. The fireball may ignite externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask, but may also be seen as pulling it down to blow out the fireball).

According to Kakashi Hatake (in the anime Part II), the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was originally created by the Uchiha clan, becoming one of their favorite moves with which they became very adept with. The Uchiha clan also uses the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Description: The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spits it out, and ignites it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of of flame bullets by partitioning the oil. If this technique is fired after covering the enemy with oil using the Toad Oil Bullet, it has plenty of power to wound or kill. As this also keeps down the consumption of chakra.

Dragon Summons arent allowed. Its kind of an unwritten rule there, but I believe the summoning guide states that the summons need to be real creatures.
