| "Crap, you're not getting away!" Ogatami yelled, as he chased the drug smuggler through the hinterland forest area of Konoha. His determination had solidified, his eyes narrowed at the intention of inflicting this man great harm if it came down to it. He was leaving him no choice, however. The chasing game was quickly becoming old, and Ogatami was not in the mood for verbal reasoning anymore, it was time to get loose. Wind started to circulate around him as he was preparing to use one of his signature techniques. He pulled all the wind within his relative area around himself, forming of globe of rippling air currents. Using hand seals, he divided the spherical wind shield around himself into three separate currents. Each current began to sprout miraculous bird wings, and shape themselves into the figures of large owls. The owls screamed as they were launched through the forest, gliding through the trees and branches as they made their way towards their target. The man looked back in fear as he heard the sounds, his amber eyes widening with intensity as he started one of the owls directly into its eye. Sweat poured from his face and neck. He gasped as he took another leap onto branch, but the first owl was already closing in. Quickly, he pivoted himself around a tree crown at a very sharp angle, which the owl apparition was incapable of doing. It missed, landing on another branch instead, shredding it to sawdust pieces. Without a moments hesitation, the drug smuggler continued to race through the forest and flee from Ogatami, his destination; unknown.
Eventually, he managed to outrun Ogatami, and dodge his other two storm owls. His image began to fade through the leaves, it was futile to continue chasing him at the point. Normally, Ogatami would highly upset that he got outrun by a mere smuggler, but, then again, the man must have been use to this sort of thing. The young boy ceased his movement on a branch in a crouching position. Through the holes of his mask, he gazed at the man as he vanished through the greenery. He stood up straight, and crossed his arms. His new reaper uniform wasn't too bad of a wear. The movement was free, and shroud started to look quite majestic, and he liked the feel of wearing a mask, even though it scared most people away, such as the smuggler man. This was his first assignment as an Ikaku agent, and so far he things weren't turning out like he had planned. Then again, he was performing this assignment alone, without the aid of his teammates, or even another reaper for that matter. Still, stealing this man's drugs and finding the whereabouts of his dealer coould bring Ogatami closer to the organizations elites, and bringing them down. So, with that in mind, he meditated.
Losing his sense of self, he bonded with his surrounding nature, expanding his spirit and sensory through their vines and root networks. Every tree, every flower, every breeze, was now a part of him. Experiencing a tunnel vision like effect, he spoke to nature as if speaking to himself. "Mother earth, guide me to my target." Within his mind, a spectral light of green energy glowed in the direction of the smuggler. He opened his eyes, and saw an imaginary pathway of spiritual energy that would guide him to his objective point. He gave thanks, by touching the tree next to him in a kind gesture, before proceeding down his sensory path. He'd been meditating for a few minutes, and by that time, the man was a considerable distance away from him. However, the spirits told him that the man took refuge in an abandoned house just east of his location. Ogatami passed through the woodland area with great dexterity and speed. He ran on the water of the lily ponds and dodged the alligators that tried to make a snack out of him. He finally reached the abandoned house area which was stationed on the base of a river circuit. It was actually two of them, one on each side of the pond.

| They were quite beautiful, and Ogatami thought it was shame that they were placed in such a remote location. It was possibly an old clan headquarter or something of that nature, feudal clans had a knack for taking their secrecy to more extreme levels than most modern based ones. Normally, a shinobi would have first examined the building for any signs of recent activity, possibly a still intact clan symbol, or anything in the windows. However, there were several reasons Ogatami didn't have to. One, was because, if this place were inhabited, the smuggler would have taken refuge here. Two, Ogatami could sense the chakra signatures within the building, and if his sensory was correct, the smuggler was the only one hiding within it. He decided to take his time while walking up the steps of the building. There was no need to rush at this point. The smuggler was exhausted, and he didn't know that Ogatami would be able to track him there. As far as he knew, he was safe from the genin's wrath, which was far from the truth.
The steps led to the houses balcony area just outside the first floor. Ogatami was amazed by the serenity of the scenery. He leaned over the red wooden railing and looked deep into the flowing water beneath him. The stream was magnificent. The water was pure, the bedrock was glowing in the presence of the sun, and small fish were seen swimming in their own little quarters inside the stream. Ogatami was tempted for a second to take off his clothes and join the fish as they played, but, he had more important things to do. He turned around, and began to open the sliding door, before a realization hit him. Ever since becoming a shinobi, Ogatami has never had the opportunity to connect with nature like he would when he was younger. When he was a young boy in the fields, his connection with the spirits was immense, he could commune with animals and flora without even focusing. Now, that sort of skill needed meditation in order to do. Maybe it was an age thing, kids are more psychic of course. Or, maybe Ogatami was changing, and whatever he was changing into, was natures way of telling him it was the wrong path.
He passed through the sliding doors into a large dojo that occupied all of the first floor. Like the outside of the house, it was red and wooden. The theme of the dojo seemed to be heavily snake inspired. The floors matting was the picture of a large snake, and a large golden serpent statue was seen in the front of the dojo, coiling around the statue of a monk. The training dummies and equipment were situated in the back of the dojo, and were dusty by the sands of time. Towards the back of the area, was a set of stairs that ascended to the second floor. As soon as Ogatami made it halfway to the stairs, at the center of the dojo, the drug smuggler liesurley walked down, holding the banister. “Welcome to my Dojo, Reaper, I hope you're not too tired.” He hissed. From behind, a kunai was flung towards the back of Ogatami's head, and pierced him in a deadly sight.

| In a puff of smoke, the substitution Ogatami placed was now just a random log found form outside. Before the ambushers could question their failed attempt of a sneak attack, the real Ogatami bashed his way back inside through the window, in a glorious display. His crimson scarf danced as he tumbled towards the center of the dojo, and withdrew a kunai from his pouch. Several groups of men started to manifest from the flooring, by some strange camaflouge technique. Ogatami began to turn around, and examine all his enemies for any further obscenery. From what his sensory was picking up, dozens of enemies were present inside the Dojo, and none of them looked to be on the pleasant side. “These are my little friends here. I'm so glad you fell into my trap, punk. Enjoy your slaughter.” He taunted. That guy was starting to seriously piss Ogatami off, and the fact that he proceeded to go back up the stairs unworried, only put the icing on the cake.
The fighting had commenced. Three by three, groups of masked bandits threw themselves at Ogatami, and tried ot overwhelm him with brute force. It seemed to be quite effect, for Ogtami's agility was beginning ot fail him. He managed to put up a good fight, however, performing an array of kicks, twirls, tumbles, and punches that defeated a few of them and kept him out of harms way. However, as more of them kept coming, the more he got hit in the crossfire. He received a devastating blow to his tomach, which almost knocked his mouth off from the force alone. His head was and back were hit a few times as well. Shaking out of his diseray, Ogatami decided that his taijutsu wasn't enough to defeat these guys. He would have to stick to his more skilled speciality, his powerful ninjutsu.
Ogatami leaped away from the mob and was now in front of the slide in door that he first entered from. He remembered the sight of the flowing water, and the memories of his childhood when he use to manipulate the water between his hands as a form of playing. Finishing a set of qiuck seals, he caused the water from the nearby pond, over the balcony, to rise up, and crash through the slide in door and into the dojo. Numerous enemies were washed through the dojo, crashing into the walls, and receiving the blunt impact of the waves force. The water moved around Ogatami as it continued to flood the dojo, as if Ogatami was the most precious thing it had to protect. Now that the dojo was wet, Ogatami decided to finish them with his final technique. Vibrating his chakra into a frequency identical to that of electricity, he forced that chakra into his hands which caused lightning to erupt from his palm. The miniture thunder clouds began to form, which showed the technique was now complete. With great force, Ogatami slammed the raiton jutsu into the ground, which traveled through the water and electricuted all the enemies within the dojo in one blow.
On the second floor, the smuggler sat comfortably at a table while drinking his tea, oblivious to the ruckess going on downstairs. From beside him, a blade pierced the floor and erected upwards towards him. He yelped in fear, and spilled his hot tea all over his lap. In a large bang, Ogatami emerged from the floor and gracefully landed on the tea table, staring at the horrified man and crawled on his back towards the wall. “Ple... please! Don't hurt me -ah!” He said before Ogatami gripped him by the collar. He stared at the smuggler deep into his eye, so close, that his own violet eyes showing through his mask. “Who, what, when, where, and why is your leader smuggling drugs in our boundary?” He asked him coldly. Honestly, Ogatami started to scare himself by how icy his tone had become, he didn't expect it to come out that way, but secretly, he enjoyed it. “H-e...he... his name is Togu, he lives just over the river bed, at a large house with red roof tile. He's one of the leaders of the drug raids in Grass Country. He wanted me to drop the shipment at that point in Konoha, and somebody was suppose to pick it up.” “Who?” Ogatami asked swiftly. “I don't know, I swear, I was just suppose to give it to him in exchange for payment.” He said. Ogatami punched the man square in the face, breaking his nose and teeth. With his other hand, he let go of the man's collar, and let him sink onto the floor. Apparently, this Togu man, is doing underground drug work across Konoha, the Ikaku's territory. As their Reaper, it was Ogatami's job to stop the extortion and remind the other drug lords that the Ikaku were back, and no drugs would be sold on their turf from an outsider. Personally, as a Konoha genin, he couldn't allow a drug dealer to have this access to the village, and harm the community. He walked out of the dojo, passing bodies on his way out. It was time to pay this, Togu, guy, a visit.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or his attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2 Name: [Water Release: Stormy Upheaval]. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Suiton. Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8. Name: [Lightning Release: Son of Raijin]. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: Raiton. Description: A customary lightning technique developed for strong offensive purposes, and thus takes its ranking within Ogatami's arsenal as a powerful finisher. It is the lesser variant of the more concentrated parent technique [Father of Raijin] and is more suitable to a user of lesser capability. This technique is performed by formulating a sequence of hand seals and manifesting a large, yet unstable amount of lightning chakra into the hand. The lightning takes the form of a miniature thundercloud around the user's hand, approximately a few feet in diameter. At this techniques current level, it is only capable of delivering a powerful shock to those who come within physical contact with it. Or, at a short distance, the user can hurl the thundercloud at a target before it disperses. Like other lightning based techniques, its carnage only increases with the addition of water. Chakra Cost: 8[2].
