Clan Traits: Affinity with oil type jutsu. All members posses the water and fire elements.
Kekkei Genkai: Not surprisingly, the kimura clan has certain natural abilities that utilize oil. The most recognizable of these is the oily coating on members of the clan that makes them extremely slippery. They are in fact so slippery that they can slide barefoot across mostly flat surfaces (wooden decks, level floors, flat roads). The oil itself is hydrophobic (meaning that it doesn't mix with water), allowing water to roll off a kimura without getting them in the least bit wet. This is so potent that they can go swimming and be completely dry the entire time.

Indeed the oil is multipurpose and acts as an insulator, keeping the clans scantily clad members warm even in the pouring rain that Ame is known for. But it's not just a defense against water. Most are surprised to know that the oil produced on the skin of the kimura clan is flame retardant. While this wasn't always the case, the trait was favored by the self immolation of those without it. A delightful side effect is that the oil has a pleasant scent.

Two other notable characteristics of the Kimura clan are their purple eyes which lack pupils and their excessively sharp canine teeth. Their eyes give them superior vision in low light but restrict the colors they can perceive somewhat. The sharp teeth have no other effect then giving them a rather vicious bite. With their teeth sunk into a fish or other small animals, they can often kill it by snapping the animal's spine. In Ame, the clan acts as fisherman and takes great pleasure in the consumption of live fish in this manner.

They posses qualities which can't be seen among which are: the ability to combine fire and water chakra to create unique oil jutsu, and their stomachs ability to produce oils of varying types. (Note: some lone fire and water techniques can produce oil, but true oil techniques cannot be imitated without access through this KKG, just like other advanced elements.)

Most Clansmen don't have much control over their ability to use the oils in their stomach and can't get much variation in them, but with training in the medical arts it's possible to get a great variety of effects from the stomachs oil by controlling the reactions of the body. Further refinement outside the body can lead to some potent and unique oils.

Hailing from the Rain prone land of Amegakure, the Kimura clan is mostly fishermen by trade, or were before disaster struck Ame in the form of flash floods. Even though they had evolved to become superior dwellers of a rain afflicted country, the clan couldn't stand up to the most recent wave of disasters. With their livelihood and homes decimated by storms of the like never before seen they had few options left.

With Iwa destroyed to the north, the Kimura clan feared they would be next to be wiped out if they stayed in Amegakure. Instead of risking certain doom, the little known clan of rain dwelling fisherman packed up and moved to a foreign land so different from their own that they nearly turned back. Fortunately for them, the newly expanding suna was in need of those who could work in and around water to set up and maintain the various water features and pools of the area now known as the strip. With Kimura clansmen being particularly adept in and around the water they garnered themselves a little niche in Suna society, members of the expanding working class needed to support the metropolis rising in the middle of the desert.

The Kimura clan was never considered a ninja clan of any renown, but some of the youth have taken up positions as Suna nin rather then enter into the normal workforce. Like everyone else in suna, this younger generation wants more then their parents, seeking fame and renown in a land of startling grandeur.

Relaxing Rubbing Oil
- So the oil only affects a target's skin if the user is continually touching them.. When you say the user would feel like putty afterward, is that after the physical contact? If so, how long does the physical contact need to be for that particular effect? Is there lesser effects? If not, then does the oil's affect stop immediately after physical contact has ended?

Reverse Peristalsis
- You mean only the oils in the stomach correct? For instance, if the user was orally poisoned would they be able to single out the poison and throw it up?

Good questions.
Relaxing Rubbing Oil:
As the jutsu suggests, it most be topically applied, hence the amount of time is more about how long it would take to be applied then to take effect. The amount of "contact" is bad term to use for this, since the user is literally applying oil to the subject. This means that the oil is in contact with them even after the user is done, however that is superficial because the active agent that causes the muscles to relax is absorbed through the skin. In other words, once it's in you, washing the oil off your skin wouldn't be of any use.

To elaborate upon it's effects, since it is topical it is relatively fast acting. The relaxant would stay in the users system for a period of time approximately 1-2 hours depending on the size of a victim. Since the ability isn't oen that can be readily used in combat though, it is less important to quantify the time as posts can range from seconds to hours to days, out of combat.

To answer your question about lesser effects, not really. It does what it does, and it does it relatively fast. It also clears out of the system faster then a conventional drug or poison which could span many hours to days.

Reverse Peristalsis:
Yes and no. The user can't separate particles to isolate a poison from what it is diluted in. What they could do is throw up a capsule of poison, a key, or anything which differs enough from other things in the stomach. This lets them vomit up their oil, which separates from stomach acid naturally. If a poison were soluble in oil, they could throw up the oil and along with it, the poison. They could not draw the poison out of the oil though.
