Panic was struck across the nearby area. Landslides attacking the village, this impact spewing smoke and flames would surely be trouble. It was chaos. Lady Raikage was in control. She was ordering her ninja around, driving them to complete what needed to be done. She sheer strength and drive to protect the village was astounding. She acted like there was no trouble but at the same time she drove them and pushed them like they were all going to die. She was a true leader, able to stay calm in situations and still order her ninja around to do what needs to be done. Katou was going to fill his part and get job done.

Lady Riku had sent Miku off to the bottom of the landslide where it affected the village. Miku was to use her skills to seal off the area and prevent more rocks and boulders from coming into the area and leveling the village. Then she was to attend to anyone that was injured. Miku was a skilled kunochi but she was in over her head even so, she would need help. "Miku, a Genin, Wanizame, is a in-Training Medical Ninja, get a message to her for help. She will be of great use.” But it entirely help because it wasn’t in Katou’s area to give advice, although he felt he should put in his two cents.

Moving on, Junso joined in the brigade moving towards the impact site. Junsho was another Jounin in the village and very skilled one too. And now it was just the three of them as Miku headed off to her job. "Katou, Junsho I will need your help in clearing away the mess at the impact site. Katou use your bloodline for a wide range to gather any falling rock and crush it. I will need you to be lower on the mountain to gather anything that Junsho and I miss." Nodding his head, with his rubber substance, he could take care of that. Pulling back, he dashed to the side as they continued to the impact site.

Approaching the crash site, Katou jumped into the air and glided back down the mountain a bit off from where Lady Riku and Junsho were. “Junsho, you better protect Lady Riku…” Katou muttered to himself as he tightened his fists. “Let’s go, Gomu Gomu!” With his adrenaline rushing, Katou pumped up his muscles ready for the landslide. Boulders were streaming down the mountain. Grinning, his fists expanded and grew in size. Swinging his fist, he shattered the boulders as all that was left was a dust cloud and rubble as it flew harmlessly.

It was a start to say the least. But it was still coming down. Springing himself into the air, he came jet streaming down onto a boulder, cracking it into two. Expanding his hands even more, he began twisting his bottom half as it wound itself up like a clock. Then, stopping and holding his ground, his top began to spin like a top and smash boulders left and right turning them into dust. Then cocking both arms back, he shot them forward destroying a row of boulders coming down.

It was overwhelming on how many boulders there were and seeing the Raikage and Junsho destroying them, it was astonishing at how much there was. Turning on a pivot foot, he wrapped his leg around his back and flung it in a wide arc in front of him destroying more rocks that came tumbling down. Panting slightly, Katou’s body was all cut up and bleeding from all the cuts and bruises his body was taking. Licking his lips, he quickly spun his arms into many spirals and held that stored energy, then cocking his arms back again, he released all the stored energy, this time firing out into a wavy motion destroying more rocks and debris that came tumbling down. Even with the endurance Katou possessed, it was taking effect, but he stood strong and ready to continue.

"Can't a man read in peace?" Kichi as usual was reading a book, like every day. He was in his sitting room when people started to yell. At first they were all just talking loudly and that's why Kichi didn't suspect anything. He tried to continue read but he couldn't concentrate anymore. He mumbled and went for a glass of water. When he came near the window he saw a blinding green light that was piercing through the sky. Kichi couldn't believe his eyes. He ran out of the house to see what's going on. When he came out he had a lot of things to see. People were afraid of what could happen, you could see it in their eyes and the Raikage herself looking at that weird meteor with fear. And moments later the meteor crushed on the Grey Mountains. The impact was so strong that many people fell down on the floor. However that was not the end of the disaster because a single piece of meteorite was coming at the village. The people now started to panic and run in every possible direction. The Raikage and few jounins rushed at the meteorite. They are probably going to stop it somehow. Kichi was still frozen and he didn't really know what to do except looking at the giant mass coming towards the village. A second later however, a monk came near Kichi and said that he has orders from Raikage-sama. The chunnins had to gather the people and send them to the temple while the genins should scout around the village to see if there are any people left in their houses. Kichi nodded and started to look through houses immediately.

Just about he entered a house he remembered that his mother has went to the market to buy some stuff. He had to find her and quickly. He first was running through the streets but it was hard because there were a lot of people running in the opposite direction, probably the temple because he saw few genin and chunnins showing them the was few blocks away. He decided to jump on the roofs and move around that way. On the way of the market he saw few groups of people lost, they didn't know what to do. They were just standing in one place and covering their heads with their arms. Kichi jumped down and told them to go to the temple and that they will be safe there. And without thinking they ran towards the temple. And after an hour of looking for his mother and showing people the way he found his mother. She was composed as every Kyuudousha member is and Kichi knew she was going to be fine, but he still felt so relieved when he found her. He jumped back to the streets "Mother, are you alright?". She looked up in the sky and saw Kichi jumping off the roof "Yes I'm fine, but what happened" even though she was composed she was still a bit scared and Kichi could hear it by the way her voice had changed "I don't know, a meteor fell on the Grey Mountains, but the important thing is for you to go to the temple fast. I have to go search through the village to see if there is anybody else left." He jumped back on the roof "See you in the temple" and he took off.

He searched the village for half an hour now and than he ran into two persons that were staying at the door calling someone. It seams they were calling for an old man but he didn't want to leave the house. Kichi came to them and asked them what's happening. They told him that their neighbor is an old man that is attached to his house, seems it was owned by his family for generations and now he doesn't want to leave the house, that he would rather die than let this house get destroyed. Kichi told them to go to the temple and that he will take care of the old man. They went away and Kichi entered the house. The old man was sitting in his living room and praying. "Old man you have to go to the temple!" The old man turned to Kichi "I am not leaving this house and thats it.". Kichi had to bring everybody to safety even if he had to use force. He came near the old man and grabbed him. The man struggled "Leave me alone!" Kichi couldn't lift him up and so he hit the old man on the neck with a chop. The man fell unconscious and Kichi placed him on his shoulder. He left the hose and went towards the temple.

When he came to the temple he gave the old man to a group of medical ninjas and than he searched for his mother. Than he heard that the boulders were getting destroyed, probably by the Raikage and the jounins. It seems everything was going fine but you never know, in a split of a second something could go wrong, very wrong.
