I just wanted to let you guys know (assuming some of you don't already) about Google Drive. You can link it so that multiple people are working on the same document at the same time (it's a browser based program with stuff like word). So in future if you decide to change the rules or anything else important, it's a useful feature in Google Chrome. Much easier to use if you're also talking to each other while editing (with voice preferably).

A few of us actually used Google Documents for a period of time, it can be quite useful for projects involving multiple people however the traditional method of using Staff Lounge topics proved to be the easiest method of dealing with matters. I'd still recommend Google Docs to anyone who was interested though.
