this is going to have to be slight, and take a good amount of chakra... Changing the direction of an advancing blade has lots of OP opportunities, just be wary of this.

I honestly don't think your second Kusarigama is A rank, it does have chakra channelling, like the first, but honestly I think it'd be about B

You are probably right, I guess I missed that. Well, instead of making a Jutsu for it, I just added the maximum angle and some other things.

I will just leave it at A-Rank if you do not mind, it makes people think that is way stronger than it actually is.

I have, unfortunately, some bad news. Adam says that kiri Jounin is full. I understand this really isn't fair, and I implore you to wait a little while longer. I know of a jounin spot opening up in konoha, and soon all the ranks will be expanded.

I'm truly sorry for this, on top of the amount of time you've had to wait. Adam hasn't been in the best of communication with us lately.

Yes, I know that, because Adam told me that he gave me the last Jounin spot....

Mine character is the 4 Kiri Jounin, not sure who is getting the 5th spot....

He is the one who gave me Kiri Colors and placed Jounin into my Rank, and he gave me permission to take the last Jounin spot....

So, are we good then??

Kage Bunshin is a Konoha only technique I believe. Beyond that, I see no problems.
