Clan Traits: [Very pale skin, sky blue colored eyes (which allows them to see past high intensity light]
Kekkei Genkai: [ The Lucier clan is a clan that has experienced several mutations in the very blood cells that make up their body. These cells are partially chemoautotrophic ( which means they make there own light through chemical reactions. This type of reaction is mostly fond in deep see bacteria that generate their own light by feeding off of deep see volcanic vents. But the chemical reaction in the blood on this clan is a bit different. The members of this clan have two different types of blood that work in harmony to make a new type (X). This blood consist of 1/3 fire type blood and 2/3 of lightning type blood. These bloods somehow work in harmony throughout the chemical reaction known as cell respiration which if you didn’t is how cells convert energy. When cell respiration takes place the dominate cell, the 2/3 lightning type cells lacks one phosphate needed for the processes and without this phosphate the cell cannot grow, live, or do functions. And to make up for this the 1/3 fire type lacks two phosphates and only has one. And to keep the body alive the cells are forced to briefly combine throughout the body to have the needed amount of phosphates to make the cells live. Now that the cells are combined for this brief moment the “ cell couple” now has the required amount of phosphates and has a whole 3/3. But the collision of the cells causes a spark and mixture of both fire and lightning which forms a glowing plasma. Now this plasma is harmless and doesn’t affect the body and simply floats inactive BUT with the additive of a complexed and highly trained chakra system the glowing plasma is pushed out wards to the body and is released out the skin as a very bright light. This glowing plasma is pushed out by the chakra like a mist BUT with further training the glowing plasma can be mixed with the chakra which causes a chemical reaction since the fire and lightning chakra combined with the oxygen in the air the plasma is instantly dried out and the glowing plasma molecules are combined together and become a harden substance. This chakra also has another ability in which is referred to as negative light. This is the presence of the wierd chakra, but in this case it does not glow due to being currupted. This combination actually attracts the light in the area and thus gives off the glow. This form of the chakra uses twice as much chakra as the first.

The second part of the kekkei Genkai is a pair of wings similar to that of angles. These wings came along with the mutation after several additives to of bird DNA. This additive makes a small set of wings grow in the “selected members” of the clan. This part of the Kekkei Genkai is seen as the full mutation and is not present in all members at birth BUT with extensive training they can be brought out. Inside the wings are the primary source of the chemical reactions that makes the glowing plasma since the skin of the wings are “thinner” than normal skin due to the feathers being present. None the less the skin is weaker and allows air (oxygen) to seep in the body and helps with the glow of the wings and makes the dried reaction that hardens the plasma. This is why the wings are very hard and the feathers grow white because of the harden plasma BUT UNFORTUNALTY THE HARD PLASMA WIEGHS DOWN THE BONES SO FLIGHT IS REDUCED TO LOW GLIDDING.]

Description: The members of this clan can naturally produce a bright light from any part of the bodies due to the chemical reaction in the blood.
Drawbacks: None

Name: Stopping light (named since the light STOPS and hardens)

Description: the users can harden the light the created through the process I stated in the description of the clans abilities. And due to how light it is the user can move it with there minds.
Drawbacks: The light can be broken by a good powerful hit or jutsu

Name: Light Beam
Rank: C
Description: Light within high consentration burns through most organic matter at a slow rate
Drawbacks: The light is concentrated and takes a bit more time to create.

Name: Flash

Description: This is a quick burst of light (as fast as a camra flash) in which the eyes of those who are not apart of the clan are effected. This qucik flash causes alter images and very brief figures to appear, all of which will vanish later.

Name: Unbreakable light
Rank: A
Description: It’s the same variation of the stopping light except this one is very hard and can only be broken by A rank and above jutsu.
