BATON ROUGE [Downtown Toronto – Canada]My first time eating at Baton Rouge! Went for my birthday with my family and we were really pleased with the food. Lots of options and you could tell they use the freshest ingredients. Expensive, but worth it!
FUTURES [Downtown Toronto – Canada]Futures is a breakfast/brunch restaurant really close to my school. Came here with my cousin for some brunch, and it was really good. It had lots of options for a breakfast/brunch place, and really cheap! My favourite is their french toast and fruit bar.
KONA BEANS [Seoul – South Korea]Kona Beans is a café in Seoul, South Korea. I came here with my aunt & uncle when I visited them during Reading Week. Coffee is muuuuch better than Starbs and the cream on top of the cake was a mix of whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. So good!
MILESTONES [Montreal – Canada]My favourite Milestones is in Montreal – it has the prettiest ceiling lights and the food just tastes better (maybe because it’s made by French people). They had a promotion where they offered free sushi if you order 2 mains or more. Good deal and sushi was pretty decent too!
KAYAGEUM [North York – Canada]Kayageum is a Korean restaurant in North York (Toronto area). They have this bell – you push it when you need service. I came here with my friends and the best part was the unlimited side dishes. So far, Kayageum is my favourite Korean restaurant in Toronto.
ST LOUIS [Downtown Toronto – Canada]St Louis is the best wings & ribs restaurant in Toronto! I always go on Tuesday nights for half price wings (comes to around $10) and it’s always honey garlic. Best onion rings in town, too!
CN TOWER 360 RESTAURANT [Downtown Toronto – Canada]360 is at the top of the CN Tower (around 350 meters tall) and it revolves as you eat! You can see all the way up to Thornhill at this height and it’s really pretty at night with the Toronto lights. I came here with my manager and I can’t remember what we both got, but the picture above is not the main dish! It’s some sort of fish appetizer that I cannot pronounce, but it was good! Super expensive though – meal for 2 costs around $150, and you need to pay to get into the CN Tower, which is an additional $50 for 2 people.
PHO 88 [Broadway – USA]Pho 88 is my favourite pho restaurant. I always get the plain noodles – no meat. It was just my friend & I but we ordered for 4 people… Did we finish it all? You bet.
SHIN JUNG KOREAN RESTAURANT [Orlando – USA]First meal in sunny Florida – shabu shabu! Shabu shabu is just really thin meat in boiling water mixed with a bunch of vegetables. Everything was just so nice and clean, and the meat was extremely tender.
