Non-Spec Limitation

I need to know an actual number on the number of jutsu you can have with none spec. There's no actual rule on it and I've scanned the site. I only know it caps at C rank. It's an "unofficial, official rule" therefore not making it actually official. Talked to someone, and several others, and he's got more than this sooo.....I'ma need an actual ruling on this that's actually added into the sites rules. The site says "the sky's the limit" but if its C rank it shouldn't matter to much on the number you have regardless if its non spec.

Would, let's say, nin+tai jutsu fall under the five limit if I don't dice in it but spec in ninjutsu and taijutsu

I think he's trying to ask if he has jutsu that use both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu (NinTaijutsu), would that fall under those rules, if his two specs are Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Correct me if I'm wrong. But in that case, I believe not.

I think he means that if he gets Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he can only get 5 Nintaijutsu techniques.

If so, that's not the case, seeing as you can freely combine specialties you own. If that was not the case, that means I am just as clueless as the rest xD

Here is, in the simplest terms, what Nintaijutsu means.

"Yay! I'm a Taijutsu/Genjutsu user! Imma punch this ugly SOB with my FISTS OF FIRE. Which are like regular fists, but COVERED IN FIRE. POW POW!"

"Yay! I'm a Ninjutsu/Genjutsu user! Imma... Oh? I can't punch people with fists of fire? Aww. Oh well. MAGIC MISSLE! PEW PEW!"

If you have ninjutsu and taijutsu, you can have as many ninjutsu/taijutsu techniques as you want. You have the previous two specs, and you're allowed to make jutsu that read "Ninjutsu/Taijutsu" all you want. There are even examples of that in the encyclopedia. So jutsu which fall under your own specs do not count as the five you may have of jutsu from other specs. Is that clear?
