| Training this Badboy - Chidori:
Name: Chidori | One Thousand Birds Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After performing numerous hand seals, the user will proceed to draw their dominant arm out, and begin condensing large amounts of Raiton chakra into the hand. The high concentration of chakra will create a chirping sound reminiscent of a chorus of one thousand birds; exactly where the name of this jutsu was derived from. The chakra also glows white and blue with several electrical tendrils extending from it in a random pattern, reminiscent of a ball of electricity. After stabilizing this electrical charge, the user must then proceed to charge at high speeds toward the target, in hopes of landing a perfect hit on them. Because it is essentially a straight-line charge, the user may have a difficult time landing this technique from afar, but should it hit, it could potentially win the battle in sheer power. A single strike will also stun the target for a single post, allowing the user to execute a follow-up technique to ensure a clean assassination. The main flaw in this technique is; that though it is very powerful; it is fairly easy to avoid. So simple, that a ninja of equal rank could succeed. This technique requires the Flash Speed Special Characteristic. Chakra Cost: 35 [5 per post] Price Tag: 50 EXP + Administrative Approval & Training Topic.
I have been given Permission a while back from Adam. I have a PM as proof and if people wish to double check, feel free to ask the man himself.

| Day One | | |
Having taken care of several missions in the last month, Yoroi had been neglecting his training a bit, though that was to be expected when one became swallowed by the many needs of the village. With the village and the monastery being free from attacks by the puppeteer for at least a couple of weeks now that his horde of minions had been destroyed, Yoroi had some time for himself again. Before he had to go through the trouble of taking down a horde of undead minions at the Fire temple, he had decided that he would focus more on controlling and fully mastering his lightning release through any means required. The reason as to why he had decided to go to a place like the forest of death was quite simple, to enter a terrain so very hostile that it could even kill a master Shinobi if he was not careful enough. The forest of death was a very dangerous and hostile territory, housing many different kinds of massive creatures that were either great hunters, incredibly venomous or a combination of the two. Even the plants were venomous, meaning all the food he would be getting from this place was what he had brought with him to the place. Not expecting to find any food in the place itself, his rations would just have to do.
Finding a good spot up in one of the massive trees that had been growing for years in the forest of death, he made sure that his stuff would not get stolen by one of the many inhabitants of the forest. With his gear secured, it was time for him to start training in the rocky areas that were hidden in several spots of the woodland. A while ago, Yoroi had been pondering on augmenting his physical techniques with lightning chakra. Though this had already been achieved, there was still a lot he had not been able to do with it yet, up until today. Standing in the center of a large amount of tall rocks, Yoroi would be able to see any approaching predators, just in case they would want to try killing him. Taking his mind off of the many creatures that lurked in the forest around him, he took his stance and got to work. Focusing a large amount of chakra into his right hand, he used the left to support it by holding on to his wrist. Being one of the few true masters of the lightning element, the controlling of lightning chakra was something he had little to no problems with. In fact, as the lightning chakra ran down the length of his arm and into his hand, it did not feel painful or straining in the slightest. Running more and more chakra into his hand, electricity started forming around it like an aura of sorts.
What was more, it seemed that the intensity of the chakra was covering his entire hand in large amounts of lightning chakra. Trying to stabilize the chakra in his hand into a more powerful blade, tendrils of lightning lashed out around it, proving just how much energy was poured into it and how much it required Yoroi to control it from simply discharging into a mass of lightning. When the energy seemed to have stabilized itself, the young Kaguya focused on one particular stone that stood right in front of him, Holding his arm to the side, he started moving as fast as he could towards it. As he ran, he felt like all he could see was what was right in front of him. Whether this was a side effect of the jutsu or just the speed at which he moved, he closed in on the rock and thrust his arm forward. With a loud bang and the sound of chirping, his arm purged through the rock, sending his entire arm in elbow deep. Placing his left arm onto the flat rock, he braced himself as he pulled out his right arm, noticing that the lightning chakra had not faded on impact. Though he had already expected as much from this technique, he was still not truly satisfied with the results. No close combat situation ended after one hit, so this technique had to last for more than just the one hit.
Releasing the energy that had been wrapped around his hand, the young Kaguya felt that this could be the kind of technique that would serve him well some day, though it was far too unstable at this point. The chirping lightning made it too noisy for an assassination technique while it was not controlled enough to serve him in close quarters, at least not when fighting someone who is at least as fast and perceptive as he was. For now, he would leave the technique for what it was, a failed attempt at making a great technique. Heading back home to document his findings, he'd leave it for some other time.

| Two Years Later | | |
A lot of time had passed since Yoroi had last been working on his new technique, though he felt that it was about time to pick up on his old work. Though months had passed, he knew exactly what the problem had been and how he had executed the technique. Whether it was just a matter of him spending more time working on other techniques, handling simpler techniques and simply learning more about Ninjutsu and his elemental affinities as a whole, he felt that the whole deal had become a lot easier. Returning to where he had first created the general outline for the technique, the white haired Sennin stood and looked at the damage he had managed to do during that time. While the place had been weathered up over the past year, he could still see the hole his arm had made when it was sent elbow-deep into it. Watching the site where he had been practicing his new technique in the making brought back certain memories of the event that shined some light on how things had gone down at the time. More importantly, it made him remember the faults in the execution of the jutsu when he rushed forward at his target.
Thanks to some time well spent with Uriko, the young Sennin managed to get his hands on the skills belonging to a medical shinobi in training, something that in turn became the stepping stone towards greater chakra control. It was not much of a secret that his chakra levels were close to that of a Jinchuuriki to those that had fought with or against him, though his level of control could use further refinement. While his chakra control was far above that of most people he had met, save for his sister and Uriko, the young shinobi wanted to keep pushing himself further so that he would one day be able to surpass them both in terms of chakra control. Forming the hand seals that matched with his technique, he held up his right hand, channeling the molded lightning chakra towards it. As soon as the lightning chakra started to manifest, the faint chirping became louder and louder as it took on it's fully charged form, creating a blade of lightning around his hand. Lashing tendrils of electricity roamed around the main blade as Yoroi swung it up and down and from side to side to test his level of control. The crackling lightning was something he was fairly familiar with, having used lightning release for years, though to wield it in the palm of his hand was something that felt odd.
Feeling the lightning in the palm of his hands, his mind took him back to the time he had fought against Toshiro. For a long time, he too had been one of the people he wanted to best in battle, believing that Kimiko would never pick a weak man to become her husband. While he had a few tricks that seemed crafty, the moment he had taken things to the point of no return, he had been dispatched without forcing Yoroi to break a sweat. While some might have called it overkill, it was sufficiently powerful and kept Toshiro from further escalating the fight and making it into a real life or death situation, one that would have ended up hurting Kimiko either way. If Toshiro had been killed, Kimiko would have been devastated, if he were killed, she would most likely feel the same way, if not less than Toshiro's own death would hurt her. The outcome of the fight had shown exactly how much she had cared about Yoroi's own explanation as to what had happened, eventually pinning the blame on him and comparing him to a child yet again while more or less stripping him from his title as Hokage's adviser. Feeling the chakra held in his hands shift, the white lightning seemed to be harder to control when Yoroi's own emotions, mostly his anger, started shining through.
Since he had last used the technique, he had become a lot faster and more skilled in terms of controlling his own chakra. Not just that, but he had become far more perceptive than he was back then. Right now, he was feeling like there was no one person that could take him on and win. Being shamed in the eyes of many because he had made the choice to survive and hurt Toshiro who was trying to kill him, this being someone no one seemed to care about, Yoroi did not exactly feel a very strong tie to the village anymore. Though not everyone had given up on him, some of the people that mattered to him the most had done just that. Again, the lightning chakra held in his hand began to fluctuate, the tendrils lashing out at the ground and leaving a small cut in his clothing as it moved past it. If nothing else, it showed exactly how dangerous the technique would be if he lost control over his emotions during battle. Strengthening his resolve, he put his personal problems behind him for the time being, focusing instead on maintaining a constant flow of chakra and shape manipulation to keep any of the lighting tendrils from lashing out at their wielder.
Finding that this was now far easier than it had been years ago, it stood as a testament to the fact that he had grown over the past year, something he had not experienced much due to his constant training. While it helped him grow stronger, it did not exactly give him a lot of insight as to how much he had been growing. The lack of combat and possible sparring partners did not help him much either. The only two people that were on his level were either mad at him to the point of not caring for him or even hating him while the other had been hospitalized by him after he had made an attempt to take his life. As such, it was safe to say that there was no opposition for him at all in the fire country. While this severely limited his own personal growth, he had high hopes for the members of his squad and the squads trained by Kimiko and Toshiro, believing that they would soon become at least strong enough to provide somewhat of a warm-up for the Sennin. For Yoroi, their growth could not be fast enough. After all, if more people rose to his level, there would be far less for him to personally worry about in terms of village security and ensuring that the village would have a good name as the strongest of the three villages.
Wasting no more time pondering on what could and what should be, Yoroi locked his eyes on the target in front of him. Rushing towards the large rock next to the one he had pierced over a year ago, the tendrils of white lightning ripped a path through the earthen soil beside him, leaving a cloud of dust and rubble behind him. Rapidly closing in on his target, there was nothing he could do about the tunnel vision effect caused by the technique and his already great speed, though his perceptive eyes allowed him to at least pick up on everything that he could see in front of him such as hindrances on the ground and anything that might come to attack him from within his field of vision. Bringing his arm back, time seemed to halt for a moment as his hand moved forward until the tip of his fingers touched the side. In the blink of an eye, time went back to normal as a loud roar could be heard throughout the forest. For a few seconds, all he could hear was rock shattering and flying all over the place while his sight was blocked by a thick blanket of dust. In the aftermath of the attack, not much was left of the rock that had been struck by Yoroi's more complete Chidori. Aside from large chunks of stone, rubble and dust, very little remained of what it once was.
Unlike last time, the lightning wrapped around his hand had not faded on impact, still chirping as loud as it did before impact. Holding his lightning imbued hand outstretched in front of him, he looked at the bright white energy. Where others would see a powerful jutsu, Yoroi saw the possibility to create new forms of combat and new techniques of the lightning branch. A long time ago, the lightning element had been the first he could control and was the strongest of the elements he possessed. When he learned how to control fire, he had never really tried to further increase his manipulation of lightning. Starting today, that would change. Releasing the Chidori, he let his arm fall to the side of his body, his eyes looking ahead at the woodlands that stretched out for miles. With the Chidori now mastered as much as it could be, he would soon start increasing his lightning technique arsenal as a means of killing time. After all, there was no such thing as having too many Ninjutsu up one's sleeve.
