Special Characteristics

I know i'm new and all, but i've noticed something about certain characteristics. there are quite a few that i have noticed that seem to be very vague. i don't mean to cause much an uproar, i would just like to address my thinking. i will only go over a few that i think needs to be looked at.

Description: The first level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 20% which makes them slightly faster. They can cross distances quicker than others would expect and outrun others with little effort.

Generally, the same problem persists in a lot of the SCs, that i would like to look at. if you look at. the reoccurring problem is that percents are seen throughout a lot of of the SCs. i looked at this and wondered what it was twenty percent of. there is no clear number that it goes off of. at this time i do not have a solution for the physical based characteristics, i just wanted to address the issues.

However, i did notice that this site is equipped with a chakra point system, and the chakra based special characteristics could be fixed rather simply. while they can increase the ability of user in their certain aspect, instead of saying it increases the effectiveness of the ability by a percent, it could possible lower the needed chakra to use in that certain category.

Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a innate talent for the manipulation of clan based techniques and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the the clans abilities has become so considerable that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy by the clan elders. Because of this, the user's clan based attacks are 20% more destructive with their increased power and size.

For example, it would cost the person who obtained this SCs 5 less chakra points to use all of their clan's jutsu. just a thought, let me know what you guys think!

It's nice to see people noticing these types of things, but the SC's are being reworked as we speak. I can't give an exact time frame of when it'll all be finished up, but these things are being addressed in this re-work.

I apologize that this isn't very insightful, but that's really all I'm going to say on the matter as hopefully things will be sorted out in a timely manner.

I noticed, I just chose not to share it with anyone other then myself xD

The SCs went under a rework progress and are likely to be changed soon.
