| | You need to ask Adam before you make your application through a PM. It saves you a lot of time in case you don't get it, because no one really gets an Uchiha on US all that often. Just saying, if you follow the rules, things will go a lot more smooth. |

| Yeah. You need 10 posts though, not 15, unless Adam increased it without saying anything.
