| It had been fun while it lasted, the Yu no Kuni. It was a fun place to bathe and relax but now he had to leave. He had a job to be getting on with in a different country and he did not want to be late for it. The whole experience had been one that he had found enjoyable. Without this trip he would never have swam in the luxurious hot springs, eaten the most amazing dango and most importantly he would not have met Murasami Kai. He was sure that someday their paths would cross once more. It was interesting to meet another in his position. As a fellow Tenei Nukenin it would be good for both of them to meet up again. Maybe he would be able to learn one or two things from the boy. Maybe he would come to the Grass Country and maybe fight. It would be fun to fight the host of a Tailed Beast. That was what he called a challenge and a good one at that.
Having checked out early from the place at which he staying the boy was not trekking along a path that would lead him to the Ta no Kuni. It would be a day or so walk to his next destination. On this whole trip he would have to walk a lot more than he ever had. But it was worth it, to see blood. Maybe he could get something that would take him places. Like a horse, large snake or bird. Being able to ride a flying bird would be very cool. Maybe he could find one, eventually he wanted to have a summon. Having heard stories about all the most powerful shinobi who could summon great beasts, he wanted his own. Something that would strike fear in the hearts of his enemies.
After a while he reached the end of the Land of Hot Springs. From here he had to go to keep following the maze of paths. Each road led to a different country, so he had to keep on the right path. It would be important to get there as soon as possible. So he did not miss his chance at the mission. Still he was sure that he would get there in time. He could not wait to start the assignment. It would be the first time that he had killed another human in a while. Unsurprisingly he did not feel any disgust at what he was going to do. Byt such was to be expected from a psychopath. |
