Exactly three years ago, Yoroi had spoken to the great sage of the Ryuchi caverns about what they believed would be his destiny. At a certain point, they had believed him to be the kind of person that was fit to be counted among the leaders of the serpentine realm. When the white snake sage looked into his soul, he came up with the nickname “Byakuryuu”, meaning White Dragon. Believing at the time that this was merely because of his white hair and emerald eyes that were similar to some Kirin in old story books he had read through, he soon figured out that there was a lot more to it than just his physical appearance. The first time when the youth had been angered, his white chakra rose up from his body like an aura that acted as a means of intimidation, telling his adversary to turn back and not anger him further. After that time in his life, things had been relatively calm for about a year, though that was when he met the puppeteer. The puppeteer was the only person in Yoroi’s short lifetime that had pushed him to the brink of death, but had failed when Yoroi mortally wounded him and forced him to retreat. At the time, he had brought himself back from almost passing out, showing what the man would later call “Ōwatatsumi’s second coming”.
Still being unaware of his inner power, his white chakra had always been considered as a stoic and somewhat imperial vibe that could keep people from arguing with him, just like it often kept people in check when needed. Aside from the time he had almost met his end at the hands of the puppeteer, his chakra had never really taken on the more dense and sinister form as it had back then, this being why Yoroi had never truly figured out the reason behind the shock. Meditating near the waterfall, Yoroi let his chakra rise up around him as per usual, allowing him to feel his chakra both inside and outside of his body, giving him two set points on which he put his focus. The thing with Yoroi’s chakra was that his reservoir was massive, almost at the level of the tailed beasts, just like his sister Kimiko. It was something that got people to respect him, as well as fear him in case they would ever be put up against him as an enemy. Through meditation, Yoroi reached out into the deepest reaches of his soul where he had once found the strength to further increase his powers by unlocking his hidden potential. Searching for what it was that had inspired enough fear in his adversary to allow the trick shot that had allowed the young Kaguya to walk out alive, he simply had no idea where to look, knowing only that it had come out when he was angry, very angry.
Knowing how to bring it out, he started thinking back to the worst times in his life, hoping that the negative emotions would bring out his inner beast. Thinking back of the time when Tora had been taken away, when Hani had left him to fend for himself again and when he found out that his parents had never truly left him but had gotten caught in a village-wide plot that eventually got them assassinated, he could feel waves of sadness pulsing through his very soul. Though some changes were made, he did not really feel different in the sense of his chakra awakening to the point where it became notable. Adding on even more mental strain, he got to the time when he first met Kimiko, the time when Kimiko shattered his pride by just playing around while he tried his best to prove that he was a potent fighter. At the time, it was all he had to take pride in, though it had been stomped out so easily by the woman who was just toying around with him. Making things worse was that in his blind anger, he had almost taken her life, further damaging his pride. Whenever he thought about it, the young Kaguya just trembled with anger.
As his anger rose, he could see himself in the water as a reflection. Surrounded by his white chakra, he could see the visual form of a dragon’s face inside of the dense whiteness. How this had come to be was unknown to him, though chances were that it was something that had formed subconsciously when he trained with the Hakuja sennin. Whether it had always been like it or if it had formed thanks to someone the Hakuja sennin had done was unknown to him, though there was no doubt about it that this was a part of him, his anger. He knew that the anger inside of him was strong, though to think that it took on a form of it’s own was quite unsettling. Yoroi had never really been the kind of person that could easily deal with mental and emotional problems, though this meant that he had to control it more than ever before. Having the information he needed, there was no purpose in meditating any longer.
