Description: Allows one eye of the shinobi to connect to the eyesight of a crow generated by “Calling the Murder” for 10 turns. During this time, the eye chosen see’s nothing but what the crow see’s and this split vision can make it hard to perceive depths, discern images with both eyes open, or move too quickly while observing through the second eye. By using the jutsu a second time for the same cost of chakra, they can sever the bond immediately.

These makeshift couriers lack the durability of normal birds. A single blow to the bird will pop it and send the scroll plummeting towards the earth. Normally, multiple crows are used as a distraction for this process.

Exploding crow is impossible without fire chakra. Explosive regular chakra is definitely sookato only.

what does the energy do?

The split vision would make it literally impossible to fight. With the way eyes function, you would not have an issue with depths, but with split vision and image merging. This would be useful only staying still and closing your other eye.
