Question about Taijutsu and Weaponry:

Is it true that everyone can get high ranking physical SC's now? Because those being more restricted in rank for the Taijutsu and Weaponry users kinda made the specialty more useful. If everyone can bump their physical prowess up to S rank, the concept of being a physical fighter that's just as strong, fast or durable as everyone else seems a bit lost.

That's good to know,
I talked about it with someone who said it no longer worked like it did before, and seeing as I heard no mention of it, I thought people passed something like that in without others seeing it, which does happen a lot (mostly with Canon jutsu).
