| Clean morning breeze flowing wind through the open window. The sun was starting to wake up the lands with comforting warmth. The gentle sounds of the ocean and the view from the window made his country beautiful everyday. On the windowsill stood a small bird that chirped the early morning blues. Birds are natural alarm clock. Though the bird was much more than just a regular bird, she was a snipe. A great snipe. Shikari slowly opened his eyes to see the heavenly view of the Water Country. Then the great snipe gently flew towards Shikari and landed on his chest. A smile appeared on his chest, and he could feel the happiness and joy coming from the great snipe. “Heya Soge…. how was the trip?” The great snipe hopped lightly and chirped proudly. Shifting his right hand up to the bird, he gently rubbed the breast of the bird. Then unhooked several latches on the harness of the vastly superior bird. He then pulled out a small note that was addressed to Nara, Shikari.
‘A joint training session has been allowed under collaboration between Kumogakure and Konohagakure. You are to partake in this training as an instructor. You will be seen as a representation of the village. You will be head instructor of Kumogakure sensory squad. You will meet with other head instructors to create a schedule. All head instructors must prove their qualifications by completing all lessons taught by other head instructors. After completing qualifications, you will then teach your class your lesson. This also contains your invitation and travel papers.’
A bright wide smile came across the special jonins face. “Soge, we’re going to Konohagakure!” The bird leaped with joy but only because she was always filled with joy. Shikari was actually filled with joy because he can visit some old friends, his family and even a great personal hero, Mitsu-sama, The former Hokage. The young genius owned much of his international reputation to Hokage-sama. The Hokage was the one who inducted him into the Allied Shinobi and taught him much about life. He promised he would visit him once again as a jonin, but it seems like he was to late. The Nara does have to pay a visit to his cousin whom he has seen twice since being a genin. It certainly will be a sentimental mission for Shikari. The young jonin leaped out of his bed and collectively gathered his belongings. Being a shinobi, he traveled light. Packing his things took a minuscule amount of time and quickly stood at the frame of the door. Bag on his back, and weaponry on his hip, Allied Shinobi shined on his forehead and energy prepared for the long trip. It wasn’t very safe for shinobi to travel a lone; most would travel following the rules of ‘the buddy system’. For the particular shinobi who can prevent an ambush and fight multiple shinobi at once, then there was no reason to fear.
The herculean giant was easily one of the most well trained protective shinobi that Kumogakure had to offer. He was so specialized and focused; nothing could even come close to harm anyone he was protecting. Shikari didn’t fully realize this though, he couldn’t comprehend that he was one of the best protective shinobi. Though, he has usually only gone on protective missions by himself and has never seen the rest of the service in action. Along side with Soge, who made him even more dangerous because he was never alone. The great snipe was capable of reaching incredible speeds and maintain those speeds for a remarkably long distance. Even for targets of high interest, he has invented a new way of protection that utilizes his puppetry. Being such a genius, new and improved plans are another key factor he can bring into his class.
A relaxed stroll, through the unpaved roads will route him to the ports. Shikari used to be a navigator and still from time to time, find hidden routes and treasures. The route would take him through the native and natural lands of the Water Country. The natural scenery was something that the Nara could truly appreciate. It was easily the best way to end his visit in the fabulous country. Reaching the port, there were always boats going everywhere, these boats were always going everywhere so traveling was easy. Also for an increased fee, smuggling was not unheard of. On the same side, some boats wouldn’t take shinobi. These boats were usually holding some sort illegal activity. Some boats would take shinobi for free which were always on the nicer boats. The cheaper boats were always extremely sketchy and human smuggling was associated with the cheaper boat prices. Of course, being a manipulative Allied Shinobi, Shikari got a really good seat for free. Being on a boat was one thing that he loved but working navigation is ideal. As a token of gratitude, Shikari offered his abilities as a seaman to the captain. The genius managed to snag an oceanographers mate position and help with navigation while being able to enjoy all the benefits of being on that particular boat.
The boat was filled was great assortments of fish while; Soge was fishing on her own for small baitfish. She enjoyed being around the water just as much as Shikari did. The boat was very clean and one of the most enjoyable trips. Shikari spent much of his time on deck, checking the whether and enjoying the whether. He also mingled with the captain and lieutenant of the ship, alongside the seaman who operated the ship. As night came, Shikari watched the stars from the deck until he was called in by the second lieutenant. It was time for dinner and Shikari with invited to sit at the captain’s table. A feast fit for an admiral was served before the genius. Being a shinobi had many perks but this one was easily among the top of the list. Difficult to find but a beauty once found. Soge, also made an appearance sharing a feast with the other birds that the sailors and captain claimed. The boat ride was easily one of the highest-class ships around and strange because the boat seemed to have no real purpose. It could have just been a personal travel boat. The only cargo seemed to be food, oil and clothing. Hardly any weapons, at least from which he found. Shikari didn’t want to think bad of this ship…but it is a nice ship.

| The sun came up to the ocean and by high noon; they should be in port to arrive in the Fire Country. The young genius hidden in the clouds surely enjoyed his trip. Being the oceanographer, he examined the clouds once more; he used various tools and equipment to assist him. The conclusion to the exam showed that there were going to be clear skies for the remainder of the journey. He was pleased, so was the great snipe that was on his shoulder, enjoying the beauty of a view. The sun rising in the sea was a divine view and a symbol of their companionship. Several sea creatures leaped out of the water, dancing. They were truly beautiful creatures that showed how mysterious the ocean really was. It made sense for someone who crazed the power of omniscience. A particular goal, which will trouble Shikari but if achieved will set him apart from the world. He ultimate way to show that he is merely not just human, but a god. The shinobi has always thought of him as superior but not at that level yet, he knows he has a lot to do and a lot to learn before he can claim any title. The ship soon ported and Shikari gave his thanks once more. Bowing to the captain, he took his first steps ashore.
The sun shined on his skin as he walked through the port of the Fire Country. He knew it was going to be quite a walk from the port to the Fire Country, but international travel is what makes a shinobi known. The young Nara was able to keep track of time quiet well and he was certain he had some time to spare. Roiyaru Road was one of the Fire Country’s most famous points of interest. The shinobi has been on his road only as a genin and would love to see how it grew. Walking through the main highway, he would reach Roiyaru Road in due time.
“You hungry, Soge?” The bird chirped and the devilishly handsome shinobi could easily tell she was. They haven’t eaten since the ship ported. The jonin had an abundant amount of money, being known for many great things, he earned many bonuses. He also was a prisoner of war during the war against Yukigakure and his story is in production! The play will consist of his struggle to survive and his account to what really happened, talks have also been spoken about publishing it into a book before the actual play comes out. Anyways, Shikari has earned a handful amount of money from that, along side his international works, and jonin pay. Being a shinobi can turn out to one very well paying job that comes with an amazing amount of prestige and benefits. On Roiyaru Road is a restaurant called The Dragons Tongue, it is a critically renowned restaurant known for their meats and environment. Of course, the likes of Shikari will need to attend such a restaurant.
…
After a busty meal, which was rich in flavor and rich in price, Shikari was prepared for the rest of the voyage. Soge seemed so full that she couldn’t even stand up, her precious legs would snap under all the weight she just gained. She took a nap on Shikaris backpack, which was more comfortable than the nests she used to live in. The shinobi doesn’t feel pressure or stress but he was starting to feel a little nervous. He was extremely excited though and could hardly wait for him to be at Konohagakure once more. Perhaps he will be able to meet the new Hokage-sama. He does have a tendency to be in a Kages presence. Shikari has noticed that he has spent more time with other Kages than his own, which isn’t usually how things should work. At one point, he thought the Raikage might have been dead since he was hiding so long. He always thought about becoming Raikage and he knew he would be a marvelous chief in command. There is so much that needs to be changed with the economy of Kumogakure, the tax rates, and the housing problem. SO many things need to be addressed and new legislation needs to assist the masses. The council needs to be completely updated due to corruption and laziness. Shikari could hardly think of any reasons why a village would want to work with Kumogakure. Unless one was trying to police the world and based off the international relations and studies, Konohagakure hasn’t done much. The Mist village might not even have a Mizukage and the Earth Country is so lost that they can’t even get out of their own country. The world is becoming a dangerous place and Shikari knew he was one of the few shinobi that were capable to handling such a worldly problem. Another problem occurs because he knows he can’t change the world by himself so he needs to assemble a team.
A team of members that are just as smart and capable as he is, of course, the Allied Shinobi has many members but they are usually concerned for global public safety. They are very successful with their goal but there are also other goals that must be addressed and taken care of. Not just one group of shinobi can reform the world…unless…
Facing off the Allied Shinobi would set a demolishing reputation to the group, unless propaganda was put into play. Shikari had a lot to think about and was thinking about a lot, he truly wanted to be a global force for good. So many things were running around his mind and before he even knew it, he was at the Leaf Villages doorsteps. It seemed that he had taken autopilot and was stuck in his mental game. It was amazing how he remembered exactly how to get to the village, perhaps there is much more that he remembers than he thought…or remembers that he remembers.
