Mission Objective: Catch the thieving cat burglar that has been swiping some of the wealthier residents jewelry and ryo from their safes. She is needed alive and well for questioning. The owners do want to know where there stuff is after all, she can't answer that if she is dead or has a concussion.

Description: Hotaru is a tall shapely woman from the land of hot springs who picked up her skills from who knows where. She wears a black bandit mask that hides enough of her face to keep her identity secret. Her outfit is one of the reasons she keeps escaping. All black and rather revealing so the men she robs are easily distracted until after she makes a get away. The job is more fun then a way to make money, but the sheer amount of stuff and other goods she has taken are not all spent on her. A lot of it seems to have no monetary value for a normal thief. What could this mean?
