Mission Title: The second politician
Mission Type: Custom
Mission Location: Kirigakure
Shinobi Requirement: C
Mission Rank: C
Mission Objective: A local politician is leaving the village, following a row he had with the ruler of the Kirigakure. He can not be allowed to make it back to his home on Capital Island. Kill him as he leaves the village, follow him into the mist and strike. He does not seem to be a particularly powerful one, so he will have a fairly small amount of guards
